"Persaingan di Industri pengiriman barang di Indonesia semakin ketat seiring dengan pertumbuhan layanan jual beli barang melalui online (e-commerce). Pelayanan yang terbaik dan berkualitas kepada pelanggan secara berkelanjutan merupakan kunci untuk tetap bersaing dan berkembang di pasar yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor penting dalam 4 dimensi berkelanjutan yaitu dimensi ekonomi, dimensi lingkungan, dimensi sosial, dan dimensi konsumen. Sebuah model logistik berkelanjutan akan dibuat berdasarkan dimensi berkelanjutan yang telah diidentifikasi. Hasil dari kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 182 orang yang bekerja pada level manajerial dalam industri jasa logistik akan digunakan untuk membuat model ini. Sebelum menentukan variabel dan indikator pada logistik berkelanjutan, dilakukan 2 focus group discussion dan validasi oleh ahli. Indikator-indikator berkelanjutan yang telah ditentukan selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan metode PCA (principal component analysis) dan LDA (linier discriminant analysis) untuk mengetahui faktor dan indikator yang paling mempengaruhi logistik keberlanjutan. Pengembangan model dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square). Secara umum hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, sosiak dan konsumen memberikan pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap logistik berkelanjutan dikarenakan nilai p-value <0,05 dan t-tabel > 1,96. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan apabila dimensi-dimensi berkelanjutan ditingkatkan, maka kinerja jasa logistik berkelanjutan akan semakin baik. Simulasi Model logistik berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan simulasi model dinamis, menghasilkan proyeksi valuasi model logistik berkelanjutan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya mulai dari 4,73% sampai dengan 13,05% dari tahun 2020 sampai 2040. Sehingga hubungan antar dimensi dan variabel dalam model logistik berkelanjutan sudah baik dalam menjaga keberlangsungan sustainabilitas perusahaan jasa logistik di Indonesia.

The expansion of online platforms for purchasing and selling goods (e-commerce) has resulted in increased competition within Indonesia's goods delivery sector. Managing competitiveness and expanding in an increasingly competitive market requires reliable and excellent customer service. The purpose of this study is to identify critical variables in the four sustainable dimensions of the economy, environment, society, and consumer. On the basis of the determined sustainable dimensions, a sustainable logistics model will be developed. This model will be developed using the responses to surveys provided to 182 managers in the logistics services sector. Two focus groups and expert validation were conducted prior to identifying factors and indicators in sustainable logistics. The sustainable indicators that have been determined are then analyzed using the PCA (principal component analysis) and LDA (linear discriminant analysis) methods to determine the factors and indicators that most influence sustainable logistics. Model development was carried out using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) method. In general, the research results show that the economic, environmental, social and consumer dimensions have a direct and significant influence on sustainable logistics due to the p-value <0.05 and t-table > 1.96. It can be concluded if sustainable dimensions are improved, the performance of sustainable logistics services will be better. Through the use of dynamic model simulation, the sustainable logistics model is simulated and the result is a projected valuation that rises annually between 2020 and 2040, from 4.73% to 13.05%. Therefore, the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable in the logistic model is well-established in terms of assessing the sustainability of the logistics company in Indonesia."

"Penelitian dilakukan pada proses kerja di salah satu site milik PT. CEVA Logistik Indonesia yang menangani kegiatan logistik ban, yaitu Site Michelin. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk menjelaskan tingkat risiko ergonomi pada aktivitas manual handling. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi terkait postur janggal, beban kerja, frekuensi, dan durasi pekerjaan. Terdapat empat proses kerja terkait aktivitas manual handling, yaitu proses unloading, proses put away stack, proses loading, dan proses converting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tahapan memiliki tingkat risiko ergonomi tinggi berdasarkan skor REBA akhir yang berkisar antara 5?13, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya perbaikan secepatnya dengan meminimisasi aktivitas manual handling, salah satunya dapat melalui penggunaan forklift tyre handler.

The research was conducted on work processes at one site owned by PT. CEVA Logistics Indonesia which handles the logistics activities of tire, the Michelin site. The purpose of the research is to describe the level of ergonomic risk in manual handling activities. The research uses cross sectional study design with the method of REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) to assess the risk of ergonomics-related awkward postures, workload, frequency, and duration of tasks. There are four work processes related to manual handling activities, process of unloading, process of put away stack, process of loading, and process of converting. The results showed that most of the tasks have a high level of ergonomic risk based on the final REBA score ranging from 5?13, so that changes are needed immediately to minimize the manual handling activities, for example by using forklift tyre handler."

"Dalam memenuhi komitmen penurunan gas rumah kaca secara nasional yang dikenal sebagai Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) sebanyak 29% (tanpa bantuan) dan 41% (dengan bantuan luar negeri) di tahun 2030, Pemerintah Indonesia menggunakan sebuah model komputer berbasis pendekatan sistem dinamis untuk menyimulasikan kontribusi sektoral terhadap perkembangan pembangunan rendah karbon di Indonesia. Model ini merupakan upaya untuk menjadikan pembangunan yang menghasilkan emisi karbon yang rendah di Indonesia menjadi arus utama pembangunan di Indonesia. Model yang berupa model multi-sektoral yang kompleks dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis. Untuk memberikan evaluasi teknis akademik terhadap model ini sekaligus untuk melakukan penajaman apakah model mampu memenuhi kebutuhan perencanaan nasional, maka serangkaian analisis model, lokakarya, pelatihan dan diskusi dilakukan untuk beberapa keluaran. Pertama, menghasilkan kerangka kerja analisis yang mencakup berbagai elemen penting dalam proses validasi model dalam pendekatan pemodelan sistem dinamis. Kedua, Evaluasi model berdasarkan kerangka ini menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi untuk memperjelas struktur endogen model serta mempertimbangkan untuk menyederhanakan model untuk memudahkan penyebarluasan model. Ketiga, berupa rancangan dan pelaksanaan uji coba lokakarya untuk mengajarkan konsep pengambilan keputusan berbasis model.

In order to fulfill the commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions as stated in the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) by 29% (without international support) and 41% (with international support) in 2030, the Government of Indonesia developed a system dynamics model to simulate each development sectors contribution to this target. The model is part of mainstreaming efforts to use low-carbon development initiatives in Indonesia, especially for planning and evaluation. It consists of complex multi-sectoral submodules using the system dynamics approach. Therefore, to increase its acceptance, the model needs to be technically validated. Through desk analysis, interviews, workshops, and discussions, the final deliverables included frameworks for analysis, model analysis results, and workshop design to introduce the model to the public. The framework of analysis is based on the principles of validation used by the systems dynamics approach. Model evaluation results show several recommendations to increase the endogeneity aspects of the model and develop a simpler model for knowledge transfer. The workshop design and prototyping were conducted to introduce the concept of model-based decision-making."

"Beras merupakan bahan pangan pokok bagi masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan. Permintaan beras terus meningkat setiap tahunnya seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk di Kalimantan Selatan. Namun, adanya aktivitas alih fungsi lahan dan keterbatasan ketersediaan lahan dapat menyebabkan penurunan jumlah produksi. Ketidakmampuan pemerintah memenuhi kebutuhan beras akan menyebabkan instabilitas baik di daerah maupun nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak strategi penyediaan beras di Kalimantan Selatan yang melalui pendekatan analisis kebijakan berbasis model sistem dinamis.
Berdasarkan hasil simulasi hingga tahun 2025, alternatif kebijakan gabungan berupa program lahan sawah abadi, program intensifikasi dengan pendekatan System of Rice Intensification (SRI), dan program gerakan diversifikasi pangan memberikan hasil capaian terbaik, yaitu surplus 1 juta ton beras, pertumbuhan produksi mencapai 4,95% serta konsumsi beras per kapita berhasil ditekan hingga penurunan 1,5% tiap tahunnya. Hal ini menjadikan Kalimantan Selatan sebagai daerah yang berswasembada beras berkelanjutan juga sebagai daerah pemasok kebutuhan beras nasional.

Rice is the staple food for the people of South Kalimantan. Rice demand continues to increase each year in line with population growth. However, the activity of land conversion and land availability constraints may lead to a decrease in the amount of rice production. The inability of the government to meet the needs of rice will lead to regional and national instability. This study aims to quantify the impact of rice supply strategies in South Kalimantan through policy analysis approach and based on system dynamics model.
Based on the simulation results up to 2025, the combined form of alternative policies perennial wetland programs, intensification program with the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) approach, and the food diversification movement program gives the best performance, namely a surplus of 1 million tons of rice, production growth reaches 4, 95% and per capita rice consumption was reduced by a decrease of 1.5% each year. This makes South Kalimantan region self sufficient in rice as well as a regional supplier of sustainable national rice requirement."

"Berbagai keterkaitan suatu perusahaan dengan dampak lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi menjadi perhatian stakeholders dan manajemen perusahaan di kalangan lokal, regional dan global. Perusahaan nasional yang bergerak di bidang energi khususnya eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi juga perlu memperkirakan berkelanjutannya korporasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model korporasi berkelanjutan perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi serta untuk mempelajari pengaruh sosial dan lingkungan terhadap keberlanjutan korporasi dan mempelajari tingkat sustainabilitas korporasi.
Metodologi penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa korporasi berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan data publik PT. X, melakukan pengembangan model korporasi berkelanjutan dengan mengadopsi model triple bottom line API/IPIECA.
Pengukuran tingkat sustainabilitas PT. X dibandingkan dengan perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi dunia sebagai benchmark dan pendekatan logika Fuzzy untuk melihat penyebaran tingkat sustainabilitas perusahaan. Analisa sensitivitas dengan perubahan + 10% pada indikator sustainabilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui indikator yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tingkat sustainabilitas.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan model korporasi berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan model triple bottom line API/IPIECA memberikan gambaran posisi perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi nasional relatif terhadap perusahaan di sektor perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi internasional. Tingkat sustainabilitas perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi PT. X sebesar 0,46 atau berada pada tingkat menengah. Tingkat sustainabilitas perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi dunia berada pada tingkat tinggi ? sangat tinggi. Model dengan pembobotan setara pada indikator inti memberikan perbedaan indeks sustainabilitas sebesar 4,3% dibandingkan dengan model DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index).
Urutan sensitivitas indikator inti dari yang paling sensitif adalah Indikator lingkungan, disusul indikator sosial dan terakhir adalah indikator ekonomi. Perusahaan minyak dan gas bumi PT. X sensitif terhadap indikator lingkungan, dimana peningkatan 10% pada indikator lingkungan akan memberikan kenaikan 15,1% pada tingkat sustainabilitas.

Several relationships of corporation with environment, social and economic aspects become the concern of stakeholders and corporate management in local, regional dan global point of view. National corporation in energy sector especially exploration and production of oil and gas industry shall predict the sustainability of their corporation.
The purposes of this research are developing the model of corporate sustainability of oil and gas and learning influence of the economic, social and environment aspects regarding the corporate sustainability.
Method of thesis is analizing corporate sustainability by using public information of PT. X and PT. Y as comparation, developing model of corporate sustainability of which adopt triple bottom line model of API/IPIECA guideline. Measurement of sustainability score is compared to world class oil and gas company as benchmark and uses Fuzzy logic approach to review corporate sustainability index. Sensitivity analysis with + 10% changing of sustainability indicator is carried out to study the most affecting indicator to sustainability index.
The results of this research shows corporate sustainability model with triple bottom line model API/IPIECA approach gives relative position of national oil and gas company to international oil and gas company. Sustainability index of PT. X is 0,46 or in intermediate level. Sustainability index of world class oil and gas company in high ? very high level. Equal weighting model to core indicator gives sustainability index difference at 4,3% compared to DJSI Model (Dow Jones Sustainability Index).
Rank of core indicator sensitivity start from the most sensitive is environment indicator, social indicator and economic indicator. National oil and gas company PT. X is sensitive to environment indicator, of which 10% increment on environment indicator increases 15,1% of its sustainability index.
