"Perkembangan pesat online brand community secara global, didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi, telah mendorong banyak perusahaan untuk mengadopsi strategi serupa guna mempertahankan basis konsumen mereka. Salah satu keuntungan dari mengadopsi strategi ini adalah menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua jenis produk yang berbeda dimana terdapat online brand community di dalamnya untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap loyalty intention serta bagaimana pihak brand memanfaatkan wadah ini dengan jalur yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pengguna yang lebih baik. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 270 responden melalui kuesioner daring dan data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa information quality completeness dan timeliness mempengaruhi customer satisfaction, sedangkan aspek information quality believability dan amount tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, aspek-aspek sosial seperti need for social capital bridging, bonding, dan maintaining juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan customer satisfaction. Lebih lanjut, customer satisfaction juga terbukti berdampak positif pada loyalty intention, bersama dengan relationship commitment yang kuat. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi online brand community yang efektif untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan konsumen dan membangun loyalitas yang berkelanjutan.

The rapid development of online brand communities globally, supported by technological advancements, has prompted many companies to adopt similar strategies to maintain their consumer base. One advantage of adopting this strategy is fostering long-term customer loyalty. This study identifies two different types of products with online brand communities within them to examine their influence on loyalty intention and how brands utilize this platform through different avenues to enhance user loyalty. The research was conducted with 270 respondents through online questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results show that information quality completeness and timeliness affect customer satisfaction, while aspects of information quality such as believability and amount do not have a significant impact. Additionally, social aspects such as the need for social capital in bridging, bonding, and maintaining also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been proven to positively impact loyalty intention, along with strong relationship commitment. These findings provide valuable insights for companies in designing effective online brand community strategies to strengthen relationships with consumers and build sustainable loyalty."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Experience Toko Online Tokopedia, baik itu experience yang positif maupun negatif dalam mengengaruhi tingkat Online Repurchase Intention Konsumen Toko Online Tokopedia pada wilayah Jabodetabek. Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang melibatkan 100 responden dengan menggunakan salah satu teknik penarikan sampel non-probability sampling, yaitu teknik purporsive yang dilakukan melalui adanya screening questions pada kuesioner seperti apakah mereka melakukan transaksi di Tokopedia setidaknya satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22 for Windows. Dilakukan Uji Analisis Regresi yang pertama untuk mengukur kekuatan hubungan (korelasi) antara Variabel Brand Experience Terhadap Online Repurchase Intention dan yang kedua untuk mengetahui diterima atau ditolaknya hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh yang terbentuk antara Brand Experience Toko Online Tokopedia dengan Tingkat online repurchase intention konsumen merek tersebut yang artinya Hipotesisnya diterima atau Ha diterima sementara Ho ditolak, dengan kekuatan interpretasi korelasi yang tergolong kuat menuju sangat kuat, dimana seluruh dimensi dalam penelitian memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

This study aim to analyzing the influence of the Tokopedia Online Store Brand Experience, either positive and negative experiences in influencing the level of Online Repurchase Intention of Tokopedia Online Store Consumers in the Jabodetabek area. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires involving 100 respondents using one of the non-probability sampling techniques, that is the purposive technique which was carried out through the filtering questions on the questionnaire such as whether they had made transactions on Tokopedia at least once in the last three months. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 22 for Windows program. The first regression analysis test was conducted to measure the relationship (recommendation) between the Brand Experience Variable on Online Purchase Intention and the second, the hypothesis could be accepted or rejected in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence that is formed between the Tokopedia Online Store Brand Experience with the level of Online Repurchase Intention consumers of the brand, which means the hypothesis is accepted or Ha is accepted while Ho is rejected, with the power of interpretation that is classified as strong towards very strong, where all dimensions in this study have a significant effect."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada produk es krim. Di dalamnya terdapat juga variabel kepuasan dan brand trust yang akan membangun brand loyalty. Lebih lanjut lagi, skripsi ini melihat besarnya pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty yang ditimbulkan oleh brand experience, kepuasan, dan brand trust. Brand experience merupakan hal yang subjektif atas tiap-tiap konsumennya. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini ingin menunjukkan sejauh mana objek penelitian telah mengemas brand experience-nya untuk dapat membangun loyalitas dari konsumennya. Objek penelitian ini adalah es krim dengan merek 'Magnum' yang merupakan produk baru di pasar es krim Indonesia. Penilitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh pada kepuasan dan brand trust, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap brand loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga terdapat implikasi manajerial serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

This study discusses the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty of an ice cream product. This study also includes two other variables, namely satisfaction and brand trust antecedents of brand loyalty. Furthermore, this study looks at how brand loyalty is influenced by brand experience, satisfaction, and brand trust. Brand experience is a subjective thing upon each consumer. Object of this study is Magnum ice cream brand, which is a new product in Indonesia ice cream market. This study results that brand experience has influence toward satisfaction and brand trust, but has not influence toward brand loyalty. There are also managerial implications and advices for the next research."

Produsen berusaba untuk mendapetkan customer perceived value yang positif dan brand trust sehingga loyalitas dari konsumen akan tereapai. Melalul penelitian ini pemdis ingin melihat loyalitas pengguna mobil di Jakarta yang dipengaruhi oleh customs perceived value dan brand trust. Serta ingin mengetahul apakah tiga variebel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang positif. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan kuesloner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan menggunakan regresi sederhana dalam menganalisa data primernya. Hasilnya customer perceived value dan brand trust memang mempengarubi dari loyalitas pengguna mobil di Jakarta.

Automotive Industry in Indonesia has a positive growth for five years behind. The competition is happen between Japan, Europe, America and China car to get market share in Indonesia. They all innovative to get positive customer perceived value and brand trust from customer. With customer perceived value and brand trust can generate brand loyalty from customer. The research subjects are car users and they are asked to respond the questionnaire on understanding the effect of customer perceived value and brand trust on brand loyalty. The research is use a simple regression to analyze the primary data. And 1he result is customer perceived value and brand trust has a positive effect on car users brand loyalty in Jakarta."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik interaksi di dalam komunitas tersebut bisa mempengaruhi perceived benefits yang dirasakan anggota komunitas, apakah perceived benefit yang mereka rasakan bisa mengembangkan community commitment mereka, serta melihat pengaruh dari community commitment terhadap oppositional brand loyalty. Sampel penelitian ini adalah anggota beberapa komunitas mobil yang ada di Indonesia, dengan jumlah sampe valid sebanyak 133 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa community engagement dari brand community membuat anggota merasakan banyak benefits. Selanjutnya, learning benefits merupakan faktor utama untuk membentuk community commitment. Tapi, ketika anggota memiliki community commitment, mereka tidak akan membentuk oppositonal brand loyalty terhadap merek pesaing lainnya.

Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin meneliti Ayam Geprek Bensu dengan judul “Pengaruh Brand Experience terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Customer Satisaction Pada Restoran Ayam Geprek Bensu di Kota Depok” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand experience terhadap brand loyalty melalui customer satisfaction pada Ayam Geprek Bensu di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand experience memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediator yaitu customer satisfaction. Therefore, researchers want to examine the Bensu Geprek Chicken with the title "The Effect of Brand Experience on Brand Loyalty through Customer Satisaction in the Geprek Bensu Chicken Restaurant in Depok City" which aims to determine the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction in Chicken Geprek Bensu in the City Depok. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty through mediators, namely customer satisfaction. In addition, there is the strongest dimension that is the intellectual experience of the brand experience variable that affects customer satisfaction."

"ABSTRAK
Saat ini persaingan merek di industri Managed Print Services semakin ketat. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan Xerox/Fuji Xerox sebagai market leader adalah dengan menggunakan strategi branding. Salah satu dari strategi branding yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan descriptive analysis dengan cara metode survey (kuesioner). Kuesioner akan diberikan kepada customer-customer PT. Astra Graphia di cabang Jakarta 1. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Tehnik ini berarti memilih responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa nilai analisis regresi linear berganda adalah sebagai berikut:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari penelitian ini brand awareness memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,142 terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,324 terhadap keputusan pembelian, perceived quality memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,335 terhadap keputusan pembelian dan brand association memliki pengaruh sebesar 0,165 terhadap keputusan pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, brand competition in Managed Print Services is more tight. Hence, one of strategies which can be used for maintain Xerox/Fuji Xerox as market leader is using branding strategy. One of branding strategy which can be used is measure how much the influence of Brand equity for purchasing decision.
This study use descriptive analysis with survey (questionnaire) method. The questionnaire will be given to customers PT. Astra Graphia, especially branch of Jakarta 1. Technique of sampling which will be used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. This technique means that responden is choosed based on certain criteria. The result from this study shows that the score for multiple linear regression analysis is:
Y = 0,142 X1 + 0,324 X2 + 0,335 X3 + 0,165 X4
So, it can be summarized from this study that Brand awareness have an influece 0,142 to Purchasing Decision variable, Brand loyalty have an influence 0,324 to Purchasing Decision variabel, Perceived quality have an influence 0,335 to Purchasing Decision variabel and Brand association have an influence 0,165 to Purchasing Decision variabel."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat pengaruh antara advertising dan sales promotion terhadap terbentuknya brand equity dari merek La Senza Indonesia. Dimensi brand equity yang diteliti adalah perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association, brand personality, self-brand connection, dan brand loyalty. Dari data tersebut, dilakukan penghitungan dengan Structural Equation Model SEM dengan menggunakan piranti lunak Smart PLS untuk mendapatkan model dan insight untuk peningkatan brand equity yang nantinya dapat berpengaruh kepada penjualan jangka panjang sebuah brand. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perceived advertising spend, attitude towards advertisement, dan monetary promotion memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity tersebut. Namun, non-monetary promotion tidak memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap brand equity. Hal ini akan dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan brand equity konsumen terhadap merek melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat.

ABSTRAK
This research aimed to see the influence between advertisement and sales promotion towards brand equity from La Senza Indonesia brand. The dimension of brand equity are perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association, brand personality, self brand connection, and brand loyalty.The data was calculated using Structural Equation Model SEM using Smart PLS software. The result showed the perceived advertising spend, attitudes toward advertisement, and monetary promotion have positive influence to the dimensions of brand equity. Non monetary promotions, however, do not have a positive effect on brand equity. This result will be utilized to increase brand equity of consumers towards brands through appropriate marketing strategies that can affect the long term sales of a brand."

"Pakaian merupakan kategori produk yang paling banyak dibeli oleh pengguna internet di Indonesia. Nila ritel dari kategori pakaian dan sepatu (fashion) mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan pada tiga tahun terakhir. Hal tersebut mendorong berkembangnya fashion online retailer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel product brand image , online store image¸ financial risk, product risk, dan time risk terhadap purchase intention pada fashion online retailer terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu Zalora. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa online store image merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi untuk membeli di Zalora, dimana variabel ?variabel perceived risks tidak menunjukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Clothing is the most widely purchased product category by internet users in Indonesia. Retail value for clothing and footwear (fashion) has significantly increase over the last three years. It encourages the development of online fashion retailer in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the influence of product brand image, online store image, financial risk, product risk, and time risk towards purchase intention in the context of online fashion retailer in Indonesia, namely Zalora. Result shows that online store image is the only factor that affects purchase intention to buy in Zalora, while perceived risk is not significantly impact purchase intention."

"Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Experience terhadap Brand Loyalty Melalui Brand Satisfaction dan Brand Trust studi pada Maskapai Penerbangan Lion Air Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran 100 kuesioner dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling kepada penumpang Lion Air yang dalam satu tahun terakhir menggunakan maskapai penerbangan Lion Air Indonesia minimal 3 kali. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22.0 dan SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa brand experience memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand satisfaction dan brand trust, brand experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand experience memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand satisfaction, brand experience memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand trust, brand satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap brand loyalty dan brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, hasil kajian merekomendasikan untuk menambah variabel lainnya yang juga mempengaruhi brand loyalty seperti brand love dan brand personality.

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of Brand Experience toward Brand Loyalty through Brand Satisfaction and Brand Trust in the study of Lion Air Indonesia Airline. This study uses quantitative approach, with 100 questionnaires distributed by non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling technique to service users that have used Lion Air Indonesia Airline minimum 3 times in one last year. The descriptive analysis data process is using SPSS 22.0 and data analysis is using SEM-PLS. The study aims to shows that brand experience has a significant positive influence toward brand experience through brand satisfaction and brand trust, brand experience has a significant positive influence toward brand loyalty, brand experience has a significant positive influence on brand trust, brand satisfaction has no significant influence on brand loyalty, and brand trust has a significant positive influence on brand loyalty. The study suggests that further research is expected to examine other variables that influence brand loyalty as brand love and brand personality"
