"Praktek Spesialis Keperawatan merupakan sebuah proses penting dari pendidikan profesi dalam rangka mengaplikasikan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan. Sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, mahasiswa residensi telah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori Virginia henderson pada 1 kasus kelolaan utama dan 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunitis. Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa residensi telah mengaplikasi penerapan intervensi motivasi harian pada pasien HIV/AIDS dan hasil dari evidence based nursing ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi motivasi harian dapat meningkatkankepatuhan minum obat pasien HIV. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi membuat Booklet Modul HIV Education And Emotional Support (HIVE) Dukungan Sebaya Dalam Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Antiretroviral Therapy dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat bagi ODHIV.

Specialist Nursing Practice is an essential process in professional education aimed at applying the roles of specialist nurses to enhance the quality of nursing services. This practice is conducted and developed based on knowledge and technology through various research studies. The Virginia Henderson Model and Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory at Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta are utilized. Three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a nursing theory approach, implementing evidence-based nursing practice, and conducting innovative nursing projects that benefit the practice setting. As a provider of nursing care, residency students have delivered nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theory approach on one main managed case and 30 patient resumes of HIV/AIDS cases with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, residency students have applied the daily motivation intervention for HIV/AIDS patients, and the results of this evidence-based nursing practice indicate that daily motivation intervention can improve patients' adherence to medication. As innovators, a project was implemented to create a Booklet Module "HIV Education And Emotional Support (HIVE)" for Peer Support in Enhancing Adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy. The implementation results of this innovative project showed significant benefits in improving medication adherence among people living with HIV (PLHIV)."

Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi optimalisasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada pasien dengan HIV / AIDS yang mana media teknologi digital berupa laman web yang dengan berbagai topik edukasi dengan web yang dapat di akses menggunakan barcode. Hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemudahan pasien dalam mengakases informasi penting tentang penyakit HIV sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam minum obat ARV.

Meanwhile, as an innovator, digital technology optimization innovations have been carried out in improving adherence to taking ARV drugs in patients with HIV / AIDS where digital technology media is in the form of web pages with various educational topics with the web that can be accessed using barcodes. The results of the implementation of this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge and ease of patients in accessing important information about HIV disease so as to improve adherence in taking ARV drugs."

Dalam proses residensi ini teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Kebutuhan Virginia Henderson untuk pasien rawat inap dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura untuk pasien rawat jalan, baik di Rumah Sakit Fatmawati maupun di Rumah Sakit Persahabatan. Menjadi ners spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah harus memenuhi kompetensi yang meliputi tiga hal, yakni pemberi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien kelolaan utama dan resume, kemudian menerapkan Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) dan membuat proyek inovasi terkait kebutuhan pasien dan ruangan. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, residen telah melakukan inovasi terkait pemberian dukungan sebaya dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan kepatuhan ART pada ODHA.

Medical nursing specialty practice is an important part of professional education that aims to develop the skills and knowledge of nurses to provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with medical and surgical conditions, both acute and chronic. In this residency process, the theories used are Virginia Henderson's Theory of Needs for inpatients and Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory for outpatients, both at Fatmawati Hospital and at Persahabatan Hospital. Becoming a specialist medical surgical nurse must fulfill competencies which include three things, namely providing nursing care to primary care patients and resumes, then implementing Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) and creating innovation projects related to patient and room needs. As a provider of nursing care to primary management patients, the resident has provided nursing care to one primary management case and thirty resume cases of patients with various diagnoses. As a researcher, the residency has applied the Motivational Interviewing Intervention to improve HIV Self Management and the results of this evidence based nursing show that the Motivational Interviewing Intervention can improve HIV Self Management. Meanwhile, as innovators, residents have made innovations related to providing peer support and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing ART compliance among PLWHA."

Sebagai inovator, mahasiswa telah melakukan inovasi edukasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien Sistemic Lupus Eritematosus (SLE) di RS Persahabatan Jakarta. Hasil inovasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media edukasi melalui webApp yang diakses menggunakan barcode menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang cukup signifikan.

Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi edukasi dan informasi melalui optimalisasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada pasien HIV/AIDS melalui web page, flayer yang dapat diberikan melalui daring dan luring serta banner dan kode kris. Dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap kepatuhan dalam minum obat pada ODHA.

"Praktek Keperawatan residensi yang di laksanakan di Rumah Sakit Fatmawati adalah suatu proses dalam Pendidika yaitu Profesi Keperawatan yang mana diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan sebagaimana mestinya. Peran perawat spesialis sangat berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan yang berdasarkan Evidennce base nursing. Perawat Spesialais harapkan juga dapat menjadi seorang Clinical Care Manager (CCM), yaitu sebagai perawat konsultan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan untuk kubutuhan dasar manusia dimana teori ini menunjukan peran sebagai perawat pemberi asuhan keperawatan dalam membantu dan menolong pasien baik dalam keadaan sehat maupun dalam keadaan sakit, dimana induvidu dapat berusaha melakukan beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung penyembuhan dan menjaga kesehatan sehingga menyiapkan kematian dengan damai. Tiga kompetensi yang harus di capai dalam praktik residensi yaitu memberikan Asuhan Keperawatan menerapkan Implementasi keperawatan yang berbasis bukti Ilmiah (Evidennce base nursing), dan melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang dapat di gunakan di tempat lahan praktek residensi.Mahasiswa residensi telah melakukan penerapan mindfulness pada pasien HIV khusunya perempuan yang mengalami kualitas hidup yang menurun dan dalam kondisi seperti ini pasien mengalami kesendirian atau kesepian. Hasil dari evidence based nursing menunjukan bahwa intervensi mindfulness dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup khusunya pada wanita yang terdiagnosa HIV. Sedangkan proyek inovasi yang telah di lakukan oleh residensi keperawatan tentang edukasi dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan minum AR dimana media edukasi yang akan di berikan kepada psien HIV ber bentuk wab page sehingg dapat di akses melalui barcode dan hasil dari penerapan proyek inovasi dapat menunjukan manfaat yang terlihat secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dalam pencegahan infeksi oportunitik pada ODHA.

Selama proses residensi menerapkan intervensi berdasarkan evidence based nursing, mampu menjadi seorang Clinical Care Manager (CCM) sebagai konsultan staf keperawatan, dan memberikan terapi keperawatan yang profesional. Dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada kasus kelolaan pasien dengan Bronkiektasis dan 30 kasus resume menggunakan teori Henderson 14 kebutuhan dasar manusia yang menunjukkan peran perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan dalam membantu individu baik dalam keadaan sehat maupun sakit, melalui usahanya melakukan berbagai aktivitas guna mendukung kesehatan dan penyembuhan individu atau proses meninggal dengan damai. Masalah keperawatan yang banyak muncul yaitu tentang pemenuhan kebutuhan bernapas normal. Penerapan EBN cold application dan latihan napas dan batuk untuk menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien terpasang chest tube. Pelaksanaan proyek inovasi pengembangkan video edukasi monitoring dan perawatan di rumah pasien terpasang WSD sebagai media self-management bagi perawat ruang rawat dan pasien yang terpasang WSD. Hasil analisis praktik residensi keperawatan didapatkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori Henderson bertujuan untuk membantu sesegera mungkin kemandirian pasien. Penerapan cold application dan latihan napas dan batuk dapat menurunkan skor nyeri pasien terpasang chest tube. Proyek inovasi video edukasi monitoring dan perawatan di rumah pasien terpasang WSD sebagai media self-management meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat dan kemandirian pasien.

The practice of residency nursing conducted at RSUP Persahabatan with the specificity of respiration is expected to overcome respiratory problems. During the residency process apply interventions based on evidence-based nursing, be able to become a Clinical Care Manager (CCM) as a nursing staff consultant, and provide profesional nursing therapy. In providing nursing care in cases managed by patients with bronchiectasis and 30 resume cases using Henderson's theory 14 basic human needs that show the role of nurses as nursing care providers in helping individuals both in health and illness, through their efforts to carry out various activities to support the health and healing of individuals or the process of dying peacefully. The implementation of an innovation project to develop educational videos for monitoring and care at home of WSD-installed patients as a self-management medium for nurses, inpatient rooms and patients installed with WSD. The results of the analysis of nursing residency practice found that nursing care using Henderson's theoretical approach aims to help as soon as possible the independence of patients. The application of cold application and breathing and coughing exercises can reduce the pain score of patients attached to the chest tube. Educational video innovation project, monitoring and care at home installed with WSD as a self-management medium increases nurses' knowledge and patient independence."

"Praktik Keperawatan Spesialis merupakan suatu proses yang penting untuk pendidikan profesi dalam rangka penerapan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Praktek ini dilakukan serta dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian. Pendekatan Teori yang dipakai dalam praktek ini menggunakan Teori Keperawatan Henderson dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura yang dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati dan Rumah Sakit Persahabatan Jakarta. Tiga kompetensi yang harus dicapai dalam praktik residensi ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan Teori Keperawatan Henderson, melaksanakan praktik keperawatan berdasarkan bukti ilmiah (Evidence Based Nursing), dan melaksanakan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang bermanfaat bagi Rumah Sakit Persahabatan. Mahasiswa Ners Residensi Keperawatan telah memberikan asuhan keperawatan melalui pendekatan Teori Henderson pada satu kasus utama yang ditangani beserta 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunistik. Sebagai peneliti, Mahasiswa Residensi telah menerapkan Teknik Relaksasi Benson dalam upaya penurunan kelelahan pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Sedangkan sebagai inovator telah dilakukannya pendidikan kesehatan dengan media yang inovatif yaitu melalui akses barcode video edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien SLE. Pelaksanaan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan yang akan  meningkatkan efikasi diri pada pasien SLE.

Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of professional education in order to apply the role of specialist nurses which has an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. This practice is carried out and developed based on science and technology through various studies. Henderson Theory Approach and Bandura's Cognitive Social Theory at Persahabatan Hospital, Jakarta. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a nursing theory approach, implementing nursing practice based on scientific evidence (evidence-based nursing practice), and carrying out nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency is practiced. As nursing care providers, residency students have provided nursing care using Henderson Theory approach in 1 main managed case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, residency students have applied the Benson Relaxation o Technique to HIV/AIDS patients. Meanwhile, as an innovator, innovative knowledge education has been carried out related to improve knowlwdge the other immune case with SLE patient in which educational media has also been formed to be barcoded and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge in improve self efficacy."
