"Wanita pengusaha mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Kegiatan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah di Indonesia banyak dikelola oleh wanita pengusaha. Pengembangan wanita pengusaha diperlukan untuk negara yang sedang berkembang seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat wanita pengusaha berdasarkan 12 (dua belas) ciri sikap yang berperan penting dalam keberhasilan wanita pengusaha dan 11 (sebelas) unsur yang membentuk pola pikir prestatif pada wanita pengusaha. Faktor pendukung diketahui dari tingginya ciri sikap yang ada dalam diri wanita pengusaha dan tampilnya unsur pola pikir prestatif pada wanita pengusaha, sedangkan faktor penghambat diketahui dari belum tingginya ciri sikap pada wanita pengusaha dan tidak tampilnya pola pikir prestatif pada wanita pengusaha sehingga dibutuhkan intervensi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan wanita pengusaha dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Selain itu faktor pendukung dan penghambat juga dapat diketahui dari datangnya dukungan dan hambatan baik dari diri pribadi wanita pengusaha sendiri maupun dari lingkungan wanita pengusaha. Faktor-faktor tersebut terbagi menjadi dua kelompok faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal yang berasal dari dalam diri wanita pengusaha dan faktor ekstenal yang berasal dari lingkungan wanita pengusaha. Sehingga untuk mencapai keberhasilan perlu dilakukan intervensi dari pemerintah, masyarakat dan organisasi kewirausahaan.

Women entrepreneurs have a very important role in economic growth in Indonesia. Activities of micro, small and medium enterprises in Indonesia, many run by women entrepreneurs. The development of women entrepreneurs is needed for a developing country such as Indonesia. The study was conducted to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting women entrepreneurs by 12 (twelve) characteristic attitude was instrumental in the success of women entrepreneurs and 11 (eleven) elements that mindset prestatif in women entrepreneurs. Factors known supporter of the high characteristic attitude that exists within women entrepreneurs and the appearance of elements prestatif mindset on women entrepreneurs, while inhibiting factors known to characterize the attitude of not higher in women entrepreneurs and not appearing prestatif mindset in women entrepreneurs so that interventions are needed to improve the success women entrepreneurs in starting and developing a business. Besides supporting and inhibiting factors can also be known from the support and resistance coming from both the self and the woman entrepreneur of the women entrepreneurs. These factors are divided into two groups of factors: internal factors and external factors. Internal factors originating from within the women entrepreneurs and ekstenal factors derived from the women entrepreneurs. So as to achieve the success necessary intervention of the government, community and entrepreneurial organizations."

"Penelitian ini adalah mengenai efektivitas kepemimpinan perempuan pengusaha pada empat kelompok etnis di Indonesia yang diteliti melalui faktor intrapersonal, interpersonal dan kultural. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan karena dengan mengetahui dan membuktikan faktor?faktor yang mendukung efektivitas kepemimpinan perempuan dapat dilakukan upaya-upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan perempuan pengusaha yang memimpin di dunia usaha. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pemimpin perempuan pengusaha yang berasal dari etnis Bali di Bali, Jawa di Jawa Tengah, Minangkabau di Sumatera Barat dan Batak di Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model yang diajukan sesuai (fit) untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara efektivitas kepemimpinan perempuan dengan faktor intrapersonal, interpersonal dan kultural. Namun, dampak ketiga variabel laten eksogen tidak signifikan terhadap variabel laten endogen. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa bawahan mempersepsi pemimpin perempuan pengusaha dari empat kelompok etnis memiliki efektivitas kepemimpinan yang tinggi dan bergaya transformasional. Perlu studi lanjut dengan menggunakan parameter pengukuran yang lebih bermakna bagi efektivitas kepemimpinan perempuan, jumlah subjek lebih banyak pada tiap kelompok etnis, dan variasi dari bidang usaha yang diteliti.

This is a research about effectiveness of businesswomen leadership in four different ethnic groups in Indonesia. The effectiveness is measured in a condition where the leadership is supported by several factors, such as intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills and culture. The subjects of this research are 216 female leaders of business units that consist of at least 10 employees, from Bali in Bali, Java in central Java, Minangkabau in West Sumatra and Batak tribes (Karo, Angkola, Mandailing) in North Sumatra. The result of this research shows that the examination of hypotheses using the theoretical model consisting of intrapersonal factors (leadership intelligence, sex roles, educational background), interpersonal factors (assertiveness, leadership style and leadership behaviour), and culture (family, business environment, and cultural environment) can be used to explain leadership effectiveness, although the influence of the three factors above are not significant. Almost all business women have a transformational leadership style. A more meaningful parameter to measure female leadership effectiveness, a larger number of subjects in each ethnic group, and variations of business fields are suggested."

"Studi ini membahas tentang implementasi pemberdayaan kelompok usaha perempuan melalui Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Semen Tonasa di wilayah pesisir Desa Bulu Cindea Kabupaten Pangkep. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mendiskripsikan proses impelementasi program Tonasa Mandiri beserta dengan hambatan-hambatan impelementasi yang terjadi dalam proses pelatihan maupun dalam proses pengadaan kelompok usaha perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Terdapat 8 (delapan) orang informan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 6 (enam) tahapan dalam proses impelementasi program Tonasa Mandiri yang terdiri dari; tahap persiapan, tahap pengkajian, tahap perencanaan, tahap formulasi, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi program. Adapun hambatan yang terjadi antara lain; kendala pelaku perubahan, kendala internal, dan kendala ekseternal.

This study discusses the implementation of empowerment of women's business groups through PT Semen Tonasa's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the coastal area of Bulu Cindea Village, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation process of the Tonasa Mandiri program along with the implementation obstacles that occur in the training process and in the process of procuring women's business groups. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. There were 8 (eight) informants who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were 6 (six) stages in the implementation process of the Tonasa Mandiri program consisting of; the preparation stage, the assessment stage, the planning stage, the formulation stage, the implementation stage and the program evaluation stage. The obstacles that occur include; constraints of change actors, internal constraints, and external constraints."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan berwirausaha perempuan umur produktif 15-64 tahun di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data Susenas 2013. Hasil regresi logit biner menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, yaitu umur, upah, pendidikan, status dalam rumah tangga, status kawin dan status kesehatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha perempuan. Variabel lainnya yang merupakan karakteristik rumah tangga, yaitu keberadaan anak umur 0-6 tahun, keberadaan anak umur 7-14 tahun, keberadaan pembantu rumah tangga, keberadaan anggota rumah tangga dewasa lain, kepemilikan rumah, keberadaan anggota rumah tangga yang menerima kredit usaha dan daerah tempat tinggal juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha perempuan.

This study is aimed to analyze the factors influencing women's decisions to be self-employed in their productive age in Indonesia by using the Susenas 2013. The results of binary logistic regression show that age, wage, education, head of household status, marital status, and health status significantly affect women's decision to be self-employed. Household characteristics variables such as presence of children age 0-6 years, presence of children age 7-14 years, presence of maid(s), other adult household member(s), home ownership, loan recipient status, and area of residence significantly affect women's decisions to be self employment."
