"Obesitas merupakan masalah yang umum terjadi di dunia. Sebanyak 12,8 persen penduduk berusia 18 tahun ke atas di Indoensia menyandang berat badan berlebih. Dari angka tersebut, 20,7 persen penyandang obesitas. Obesitas dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit kronis seperti penyakit hipertensi, kardiovaskular, dan penyakit tidak menular lainnya. Untuk mengatasi obesitas, dilakukan penurunan berat badan dengan berbagai cara. Namun, penurunan berat badan pada penyandang obesitas sering naik kembali dan tidak bisa dipertahankan pada hasil penurunan tersebut. Hal ini disebut sebagai weight cycling. Pada keadaan weight cycling, massa lemak lebih rendah dari massa bebas lemak yang ada di dalam tubuh. Hal ini meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dan diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Untuk mengatasi weight cycling, dianjurkan diet yang teratur. Diet kalori rendah protein tinggi sering dianggap dapat menurunkan berat badan dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Pada subjek obesitas, terjadi hipoksia pada jaringan lemak. Keadaan ini meningkatkan kemungkinan terjadinya stres oksidatif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan SOD total plasma yang diukur pada subjek penyandang obesitas dengan weight cycling pada kelompok yang diberi edukasi diet kalori rendah protein tinggi dengan diet kalori rendah protein standar. Metode: Subjek adalah karyawan Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan di Balai Kota DKI Jakarta yang berumur 20-50 tahun penyandang obesitas dengan weight cycling. Subjek dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan edukasi diet kalori rendah protein standar dan kelompok perlakuan yang mendapatkan edukasi diet kalori rendah protein tinggi. Aktivitas SOD diukur setelah subjek mendapat perlakuan selama 8 minggu. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan aktivitas SOD total plasma yang bermakna antara kelompok subjek yang diedukasi diet kalori rendah protein tinggi dengan diet kalori rendah protein standar. Kesimpulan: pemberian edukasi diet protein tinggi dan standar tidak mempengaruhi aktivitas SOD total plasma pada subjek obesitas dengan weight cycling.

Obesity is a common problem around the globe. In Indonesia, 12.8 percent of above 18 years old population has excess body weight. From the mentioned number, 20.7 percent counts as obesity. Obesity can increase the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, cardiovascular, and other non-communicable diseases. To treat obesity, several ways have been done to lose body weight. However, weight loss in obesity is difficult to retain and often comes back to the starting point. This fluctuation on body weight is called weight cycling. In weight cycling, lipid mass level is lower than free lipid mass level, which can lead to increased risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Well-managed diet has been prescribed to treat weight cycling, in which low calorie high protein diet is often recommended for best result. In obesity, oxidative stress occurred in the fat tissue because of hypoxia. This study aims to observe the difference in total plasma SOD activity between the subject groups with low calorie high protein diet and low calorie standard protein diet. Methods : Subjects are 20-50 years old workers at Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan in Balai Kota DKI Jakarta and are obese with weight cycling. Subjects are divided into the control group, which receives low calorie standard protein diet education, and the treatment group, which reveives low calorie high protein diet education. Results : The result showed no significant difference in total plasma SOD activity between the low calorie high protein diet group and low calorie standard protein group. Interpretation & conclusion : high protein and standard protein diet educations do not impact total plasma SOD activity in obese subjects with weight cycling.

"Pergeseran pola makan memiliki peran penting terhadap peningkatan penyakit kronis pada masyarakat. Namun, informasi mengenai apa yang orang makan saat ini sebagai suatu diet kompleks berdasarkan pedoman yang ada masih kurang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara kualitas diet dan persentase lemak tubuh sebagai faktor risiko dari banyak penyakit kronis pada orang dewasa di Jakarta Timur. Studi potong lintang ini adalah bagian dari studi human nutrition research center (HNRC) yang merekrut 152 orang dewasa sehat dengan menggunakan multistage cluster sampling pada lima kecamatan di Jakarta Timur. Kualitas diet diukur dengan menggunakan skor AHEI-2010 yang
diperoleh dari perhitungan recall 2 hari 24-hour recall. Persentase lemak tubuh
diukur menggunakan air displacement plethysmograph (BodPod®). Karakteristik subjek dinilai menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Selain itu, aktivitas fisik dinilai menggunakan international physical activity questionnaire-short form. Hubungan
antara kualitas makanan dan persentase lemak tubuh dianalisis menggunakan multiple linear regression. Mayoritas subjek adalah perempuan (52.6%) dan sebagian besar adalah dewasa muda (46.1%). Nilai rata-rata AHEI-2010 adalah
46.1±9.1. Median dari persentase lemak tubuh adalah 35.4 (23.8, 41.9) dan prevalensi orang dewasa yang mengalami obesitas adalah 64.5%. Tidak ada hubungan yang ditemukan antara skor AHEI-2010 dan persentase lemak tubuh (β -0.002, p = 0.980) setelah dilakukan penyesuaian terhadap jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, aktivitas fisik dan asupan energi. Kualitas makanan orang dewasa Indonesia tidak terkait dengan persentase lemak tubuh. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas diet yang dinilai dengan menggunakan AHEI-2010 mungkin tidak
cukup sensitif untuk memprediksi lemak tubuh orang dewasa Indonesia, karena konsumsi dari tiap komponennya yang kurang bervariasi
Dietary shifted plays an important role to the increased of chronic disease among population. However, information on what people eating as a complex diet according to the dietary guideline was lacking. This study aims to assess an association between diet quality and body fat percentage (%BF) as risk factor of
chronic diseases among adult in East Jakarta. This cross sectional study is part of human nutrition research center (HNRC) study which recruited 152 healthy adults
by using multistage cluster sampling in five sub districts of East Jakarta. Diet quality indicated by AHEI-2010 score was obtained from a calculation of two-
times 24 hour recall. While, %BF was measured using air displacement plethysmograph (BodPod). General characteristics were assessed using
structured questionnaire. Moreover, physical activity (PA) was assessed using international physical activity questionnaire-short form. The association between diet quality and body fat percent was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The majority of subjects are women (52.6%) and mostly are young adult (46.1%).
The mean score of AHEI-2010 was 46.1 (9.1). The median %BF was 35.4 (23.8,
41.9) and prevalence of adults who obese was 64.5%. There was no association found between AHEI-2010 score and %BF (β -0.002, p=0.980) after adjustment for sex, marital status, PA and energy intake. Dietary quality of Indonesian adults was not associated with body fat percentage. These findings suggest that diet quality indicated by AHEI-2010 might not sensitive enough to predict body fat of
Indonesian adults, as the consumption of its components was less varied"

"Latar Belakang Pemenuhan nutrisi pada remaja sangat krusial. Gizi yang seimbang mampu memelihara tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal serta index masa tubuh yang normal. Kesadaran akan diet sehat saat usia muda akan membangun kebiasaan baik yang dapat merubah gaya hidup hingga dewasa nanti.
Metode Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode potong lintang melalui pemberian kuesioner kepada murid di beberapa sekolah di Jakarta. Kuesioner diambil dari Survey Global Kesehatan Berbasis Sekolah tahun 2015. Ditujukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi remaja Jakarta terhadap diet sehat. Seluruh data terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS.
Hasil Dari 390 responden, 79.3% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang diet sehat. 47.9% dari responden dengan pengetahuan baik memiliki BMI normal, 37.9% underweight, dan sisanya overweight. Persepsi tentang membawa makanan ke sekolah, membeli jajanan dari pedagang pinggir jalan, dan konsumsi buah dan sayuran memiliki hubungan statistic (p=<0.05).
Kesimpulan Tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang diet sehat adalah baik (73.9%). Sebagian besar remaja memiliki persepsi yang baik tentang diet sehat, dilihat melalui perilaku makan. Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan BMI (p=0.0016) dan persepsi dan BMI (p=<0.05). Tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi mungkin dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor demografis, lingkungan, dan kebiasaan.

Background Proper nutrition intake during adolescence is crucial. Balanced diet could ensure ideal growth and development along with normal BMI. Awareness refinement toward a healthy diet during adolescence could build better habits and consequently, positive lifestyle changes.
Method This research is done by cross-sectional method through questionnaire distribution to selected schools in Jakarta. Questionnaire is adapted from Global School-based Student Health Survey 2015. It aims to assess knowledge level and perception toward healthy diet among adolescents and its relation to BMI. All the data collected is being analysed using SPSS.
Result From a total of 390 respondents, 79.3% respondents have overall good knowledge about healthy diet. From respondents who have good knowledge, 49.7% of respondents obtain normal BMI, 37.9% are underweight, and the remaining fall into the overweight category. Perceptions about bringing lunch to school, buying food from street vendors, and consumption of food and vegetables are statically relevant in explaining BMI (p=<0.05).
Conclusion Adolescence’ knowledge level about healthy diet is generally well perceived. Majority of the respondents have a good perception about a healthy diet that is being analysed through eating behaviour. There are statistically positive relations between knowledge and BMI (p=0.016), and perception and BMI (p=<0.05). Knowledge level and perception are influenced by several factors (demographic, media, environment, etc).

"ABSTRAK
ICAO (International civil aviation organization) menyatakan pentingnya
menjaga kesehatan penerbang sehingga tidak terjadi inkapasitasi. Salah satu upayanya adalah
pola diet sehat dengan konsumsi buah dan sayur. Tujuan studi adalah mengetahui hubungan
aktivitas fisik dan faktor lain terhadap pola konsumsi buah dan sayur.Metode : Studi potong
lintang dengan sampel total dari data sekunder penerbang yang melakukan pemeriksaan
kesehatan berkala di Balai Kesehatan Penerbangan Jakarta bulan April 2016. Data berupa
data demografi, pekerjaan, konsumsi buah dan sayur, aktivitas fisik, pengetahuan konsumsi
buah dan sayur, dan dukungan sosial. Analisis dengan regresi Log. Hasil : Penerbang yang
mengikuti penelitian ini berjumlah 530 orang. Aktivitas fisik tidak berhubungan dengan
konsumsi buah dan sayur. Pengetahuan konsumsi buah dan sayur berisiko lebih sering
konsumsi buah dan sayur sebanyak 3,9 kali [ORa= 3,93; 95% CI=1,74-8,87; p=0,001], ini
sesuai dengan teori social cognitive, yang menyatakan pengetahuan konsumsi buh dan sayur
merupakan faktor personal. Simpulan: pengetahuan tentang konsumsi buah dan sayur sesuai
rekomendasi WHO berhubungan dengan seringnya konsumsi buah dan sayur (≥ 5 kali/hari).

ABSTRACT
International civil aviation organization stated the importance of maintaining pilot healthy and
avoid incapacitation. One efforts for this is consuming healthy diet with fruits and vegetables. The purpose of
this study is to identify the correlation of physical activity and other factors related to fruits and vegetables
intake. Methods: A cross-sectional study conducted with a total sampling, using secondary data of the pilot
that conducted periodic medical examinations on April 2016 in the Civil Aviation Medical Center, Jakarta. Data
collected were demographic and job characteristics, fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity,
knowledge about fruit and vegetable intake, and social support. Results: The pilots participate in this study were
530 peoples. No correlation between physical activity and fruits and vegetables intake. The dominant factor
associated with fruits and vegetables intake is the knowledge about fruits and vegetables intake. Pilots with good
knowledge increase consumption 3,9 times higher [ORa = 3.93; 95% CI = 1.74 to 8.87; p = 0.001]. In this study,
knowledge about fruit and vegetable intake as a personal factors according to social cognitive theory.
Conclusion: The knowledge about fruits and vegetables intake according to WHO recommendations increased
the frequency of fruits and vegetables intake.;;"
