"Teknologi keuangan saat ini berpengaruh terhadap banyak aspek yang mencakup peluang dan tantangan bagi individu, bisnis, dan lembaga keuangan itu sendiri. Dalam bisnis perbankan, penggunaan bank digital terus meningkat seperti yang tercatat pada laba/rugi bersih bank digital di Indonesia pada semester I-2023 terlihat bahwa mayoritas emiten bank digital di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang positif. Layanan teknologi informasi dalam dunia fintech (financial technology) ini cukup baru sehingga studi terkait bank digital masih sangat terbatas terutama pembahasan terkait keberlanjutan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan harapan agar dapat menambah wawasan baru mengenai fintech post adoption. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam terkait loyalitas yang merangkum keinginan untuk terus menggunakan dan penggunaan nyata bank digital. Data identifikasi variabel penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 13 narasumber pengguna bank digital dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk membuat model survei yang diisi secara valid oleh 491 responden dan data diolah menggunakan covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). Data konfirmasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 11 narasumber yang diambil dari responden survei dan dianalisis dengan content analysis. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua perspektif utama yaitu user satisfaction dengan faktor-faktor eksternal (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, convenience value, economic benefits, integration, perceived aesthetics) dan personal innovativeness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perceived aesthetics memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use penggunaan bank digital, (2) perceived aesthetics dan perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness penggunaan bank digital, (3) perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, dan integration memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction penggunaan bank digital, sedangkan convenience value, economic benefits, dan perceived aesthetics tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction penggunaan bank digital, (4) satisfaction dan personal innovativeness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention penggunaan bank digital, dan (5) continuance intention memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap actual usage penggunaan bank digital. Untuk meningkatkan intensi keberlanjutan penggunaan, penyedia layanan bank digital harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan proaktif dalam mengadopsi teknologi serta fitur inovatif.

In the banking business, the use of digital banks continues to increase as recorded in the net profit/loss of digital banks in Indonesia in the first semester of 2023, where it appears that the majority of digital bank issuers in Indonesia experienced positive growth. Information technology services in this financial technology (fintech) world are relatively new, so studies related to digital banks are still very limited, especially discussions regarding the continuance of their use. Therefore, the authors conducted this research in the hope of gaining new insights regarding fintech post-adoption. This research uses a mixed-method approach to gain an in-depth understanding of loyalty, which encapsulates the continuance intention to use and actual use of digital banks. Research variable identification data was collected through interviews with 13 digital bank user respondents and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the analysis were used to create a survey model that was validly filled out by 491 respondents, and the data was processed using covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). Confirmation data was collected through interviews with 11 respondents taken from the survey respondents and analyzed using content analysis. This research uses two main perspectives, namely user satisfaction with external factors (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived security, convenience value, economic benefits, integration, perceived aesthetics) and personal innovativeness. The research results show that (1) perceived aesthetics have a significant influence on the perceived ease of use of digital bank usage, (2) perceived aesthetics and perceived ease of use have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness of digital bank usage, (3) perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and integration have a significant influence on satisfaction with digital bank usage, while convenience value, economic benefits, and perceived aesthetics do not have a significant influence on satisfaction with digital bank usage, (4) satisfaction and personal innovativeness have a significant influence on continuance intention of digital bank usage, and (5) continuance intention has a significant influence on actual usage of digital banks. To increase the intention to continue using, digital bank service providers must focus on improving service quality to increase user satisfaction and be proactive in adopting innovative technology and features."

"Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh customer experience terhadap loyalitas pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia. Transformasi radikal di sektor keuangan, dipicu oleh perkembangan fintech, telah mengubah cara masyarakat mengakses layanan keuangan dengan menyediakan sistem transaksi yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi customer experience, termasuk ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed dan perceived firm innovativeness, serta pengaruhnya terhadap loyalty intention. Data dikumpulkan dari 301 responden pengguna aplikasi fintech investasi di Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan, nilai yang dirasakan, jaminan keamanan, kecepatan layanan, dan inovasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer experience. Customer experience juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat loyalitas pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan fintech investasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka dan memperkuat ikatan dengan pelanggan.

This research explores the influence of customer experience on user loyalty of investment fintech apps in Indonesia. The radical transformation in the financial sector, triggered by the development of fintech, has changed the way people access financial services by providing a more efficient transaction system. This study focuses on the factors that influence customer experience, including ease of use, perceived value, customer support, perceived risk, speed and perceived firm innovativeness, and their influence on loyalty intention. Data were collected from 301 respondents of investment fintech application users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results showed that ease of use, perceived value, security assurance, service speed, and company innovation have a significant influence on customer experience. Customer experience is also proven to have a significant effect on user loyalty intentions. The findings provide insights for investment fintech companies to improve their service quality and strengthen bonds with customers."

"Riset ini mencoba mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan secara daring atau E-Banking Loyalty melalui variabel intervening kepuasan pelanggan secara daring atau E-Banking Satisfaction. Faktor-faktor penentu utama yang digunakan adalah E-Banking Service Quality (EBSQ) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi besar, yaitu: kehandalan (reliability), privasi dan keamanan (privacy and security), desain website/app (website/app design), dan layanan pelanggan serta dukungan e-banking (customer serivce and support) dengan studi kasus nasabah sekaligus pengguna BNI Mobile Remittance (MoRe) di Singapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey online dengan 190 partisipan dengan menggunakan judgmental sampling. Data diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Model menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada masa pandemi, terdapat adanya shifting perilaku konsumen. Dimana pada kondisi normal, privacy & security menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun kepuasan dan loyalitas dalam bisnis perbankan, sementara penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada masa pandemi bantuan dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh customer service menjadi lebih penting dibandingkan privacy & security. Namun hal tersebut memerlukan kajian yang lebih dalam mengenai alasan mengapa kebutuhan informasi menjadi lebih penting dibandingkan keamanan pada saat bertransaksi secara daring dalam bisnis perbankan. Pada penelitian ini menemukan bahwa reliability dan web/app design hanya memiliki sedikit pengaruh dan tidak signifikan dalam membentuk kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah terkait layanan daring.

This research tries to examine the factors that affect online’s customer loyalty or EBanking Loyalty through online customer satisfaction intervening variables or EBanking Satisfaction. The main determining factors used are E-Banking Service Quality (EBSQ) which consists of four major dimensions, i.e. : reliability, privacy and security, website/app design, and customer service and support, with case studies of customers as well as BNI Mobile Remittance (MoRe) users in Singapore. This study used an online survey method with 190 participants using judgmental sampling. The data were processed using the Structural Equation Model method using Smart PLS. The results of this study indicate that during a pandemic, there was a shifting of consumer behavior. Where in normal conditions, privacy & security are the main factors in building satisfaction and loyalty in the banking business, while this study finds that during the pandemic, the assistance and services provided by customer service are more important than privacy & security. However, this requires a deeper study of the reasons why information needs are more important than security when transacting online in the banking business. In this study found that reliability and web/app design have little and no significant effect in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty related to online services."

"Pada tesis ini akan dibahas loyalitas konsumen jasa layanan internet perorangan di jabodetabek. Model hasil penelitian Cheng et al. (2008) diuji secara empiris untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang merupakan pcndorong loyalitas konsumen terhadap Internet Service Provider (ISP) di Jabodetabek. Structura1 Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi model. Dari 156 responden, terdapat 134 responden yang valid. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa faktor customer satisfaction, corporate image, price, dan switching cost adalah faktor-faktor yang berhubungan langsung dengan customer loyalty. Walaupun ditemukan bahwa ada hubungan langsung antara service quality dan customer satisfaction yang pada akhimya akan berpengaruh pada customer Ioyalty, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan langsung antara service quality dengan customer loyalty. Ditemukan juga bahwa service quality mempunyai hubungan dengan corporate image.

In this tesis we examine customer loyalty in retail market in .Iabodetabek area. Previous model from Cheng et al. (2008) was empirically tested to examine the antecedents of customer loyalty towards Internet Service Provider in Jabodetabek. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to evaluate the proposed model. 134 valid returns show that customer satisfaction, corporate image, price, dan switching coszare antecedents that lead directly to customer loyalty. Altough we found that service quality is significantly influnces customer satisfaction, which in turns lead to customer loyalty, we did not find direct relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The result also showed that service quality is directly related to coiporate image."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas di Industri suplier alat berat, di tengah persaingan industri suplier alat berat yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini adalah penilitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data primer menggunakan metode SEM. Penelitian ini menggunakan PT Traktor Nusantara sebagai studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa customer experience dan transaction cost terbukti berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas perusahaan pelanggan, dimana hal ini bermanfaat untuk pemilihan strategi PT Traktor Nusantara.
Hasil uji hipotesis penelitian menjelaskan variabel antecedent yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas adalah customer experience, transaction cost, dengan mediasi trust. Kedua variabel tersebut juga penting dalam menciptakan relationship satisfaction.

This thesis discusses the factors that influence supplier loyalty in the heavy equipment industry, amid heavy equipment supplier industry competition increasingly fierce. This research is a quantitative penilitian primary data processing using SEM. This study uses PT Traktor Nusantara as a case study. Results of this study explained that the customer experience and proven transaction costs affect the company's customer loyalty, where it is beneficial for the election strategy of PT Traktor Nusantara.
The result of the research hypothesis to explain the antecedent variables that can affect loyalty is customer experience, transaction costs, with the mediation of trust. Both of these variables are also important in creating a relationship satisfaction.

"Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan nasabah, dan kesetiaan nasabah layanan cash management bank UOB Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan terhadap nasabah perusahaan yang menggunakan layanan cash management. Kuesioner disusun untuk penelitian ini berdasarkan model Servqual yang mengidentifikasi pengaruh lima dimensi (tangibility, assurance responsibility, reliability, dan empathy) pada lingkungan bank terhadap kepuasan nasabah.
Penelitian pendahuluan dilakukan untuk melakukan verifikasi kuesioner alat ukur yang telah disusun sebelumnya kepada nasabah melalui indepth interview.Perbaikan dan perubahan kuesioner dilakukan berdasarkan temuan dan masukan dari nasabah-nasabah tersebut.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bawah semua dimensi SERVQUAL memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah..Reliability memiliki pengaruh paling besar dikuti oleh tangible, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Kepuasan nasabah juga didapatkan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesetiaan nasabah.
Penelitian ini juga menyarankan kedepannya agar dapat dilakukan penelitian yang sama yakni pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan kesetiaan nasabah atas masing-masing segmen nasabah yang mendapatkan layanan cash management secara terpisah.

The goal of this research is to identify interrelationship between service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in cash management service of Bank UOB Indonesia. Sampling was conducted to corporate customer of cash management service customer.
The questionnaire developed for this research was based on Servqual model that identified the influence of five dimensions (tangibility, assurance responsibility, reliability, and empathy) in banking environments on customer satisfaction. Prelimenary research was conducted to verify the questioannaire to customer through indepth interview. Revision and update of questionnaire was done based on the finding and customer inputs.
The research results indicate that all SERVQUAL dimensions have a positive influence to customer satisfaction. Reliability has the biggest influence to customer satisfaction followed by tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Customer satisfaction also found out has positive influence to customer loyalty.
This research also suggest for future research to conduct separate research on service quality influence to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to every customer segement that served.

"Krisis ekonomi yang melanda Indonesia di akhir 90an juga dirasakan oleh kalangan perbankan. Krisis ini telah membuat perubahan market utama yang digalang oleh kalangan perbankan dari yang berorientasi perusahaan menjadi consumer banking. Perubahan strategi yang dilakukan serentak oleh hampir seluruh bank membuat kompetisi untuk memperebutkan dan menjaga loyalitas nasabah semakin tajam.
Tentu saja masalah loyalitas pelanggan (dalam kasus ini nasabah) bukan monopoli kalangan perbankan. Dan upaya untuk menjaga dan menumbuhkan loyalitas juga dilakukan balk kalangan perbankan maupun kalangan diluar perbankan sendiri.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguji 10 faktor yang dianggap mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah bank. Penulis mengidentifikasi kesepuluh faktorfaktor ini berdasarkan basil studi pustaka yang ekstensif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mencari faktor-faktor mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah.
Lima faktor yang merupakan penumbuh dedikasi: emotional commitment, kepuasan, relational benefit, kepercayaan, dan citra serta 5 faktor yang merupakan switching barriers: economic cost, indirect economic cost, ketiadaan alternatif, ikatan legal dan ikatan geografis diteliti untuk menentukan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah.
Penelitian yang melibatkan 200 orang responden yang terpilih dengan kuota sampling yang mewakili 6 bank berbeda. Keseluruhan responden adalah nasabah BCA, BRI, BNI. Bank Mandiri, Permata dan Bank Mega. Adapun responden yang diwawancara secara tatap muka dengan instrumen kuesioner ini berasal dari daerah DKI Jakarta dengan latar belakang demografis yang berbeda-beda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang merupakan penumbuh dedikasi ditemukan lebih berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah dibandingkan switching barriersnya. Citra bank, kepuasan dan relational benefit yang dirasakan nasabah ditemukan sebagai faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah. Sementara itu, adanya indirect economic cost merupakan faktor switching barriers yang paling berpengaruh.
Oleh sebab itu sangatlah logis bagi sebuah bank untuk berkonsentrasi meningkatkan citranya di masyarakat guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan juga merekrut nasabah baru. Selain itu upaya untuk menjaga kepuasan nasabah dan menjamin nasabah merasa mendapat benefit yang memuaskan juga tidak kalah pentingnya didalam menjaga loyalitas guna memenangkan persaingan dalam dunia perbankan saat ini.

The economic crisis which strike Indonesia at the dawn of the 90s were also stampeded banking industry. This economic crisis resulted in the shifting of primary market aimed by banking industry where they start to give more focus on consumer banking rather than just concentrating on corporate banking. This shift in market strategy was done by almost all banks and resulted in fierce competition to gain market share and to keep the customers loyal.
Obviously, customer loyalty issues are not at the monopoly of banking industry. The efforts to maintain a loyal customer were also an important issue in other industries outside the banking industry.
The goal of this research is to identify and test 10 factors which was assume to have an impact or influence to customers' Ioyalty. These ten factors were identified through an extensive study of literatures. It is the goal of this research to determine which of the ten factors is the most influential to customers' loyalty.
There are 5 factors which are supporting loyalty by enhancing customers' dedication: image, satisfaction, relational benefit, emotional commitment, and trust. While 5 switching barriers: economic cost, indirect economic cost, lack of alternative, legal binding, and geographical binding are tested to find out which of these factors are the most dominant in influencing one's loyalty to their bank.
This research interviewed 200 purposively selected respondents with quota sampling from 6 different banks in Jakarta. Respondents are customers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri Bank, Permata Bank and Mega Bank. All respondents domiciles in Jakarta with different demographic backgrounds.
This research has shown that loyalty supporting factors which generate customers' dedication to their banks are more influential to their loyalty compare to the switching barriers. Image of the bank, satisfaction, and relational benefit are the most dominant factors affecting respondents' loyalty. On the other hand, indirect economic cost is the most influential switching barrier affecting loyalty.
It is logical for a bank to concentrate their effort to improve their image which in turn will increase their customers' loyalty and also to attract new customers. In addition to that, efforts to make sure customers receive the benefits they expected and satisfy to the service they receive are also important to maintain customer loyalty and triumph the fierce competition in the banking industry today.

"Kemajuan teknologi yang begitu pesat mengubah cara individu melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari termasuk bagaimana kita melakukan transaksi. Maka, tidak heran jika saat ini orang-orang melakukan pembayaran menggunakan dompet digital. Namun, dengan semua potensi manfaat yang dapat diperoleh, ada juga risiko yang harus dihadapi terutama pada masalah privasi yang terkait saat menggunakan dompet digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara trade-off pengungkapan data pribadi dengan manfaat dan resiko yang dirasakan dan dampaknya kepada kepercayaan dan loyalitas pengguna dalam layanan E-Wallet. Penilitian ini dibuat berdasarkan kombinasi Privacy Calculus Theory dan Relational Mediator Meta-Analytic Framework untuk menggambarkan pengaruh trade-off pengungkapan data pribadi terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas. Sebanyak 914 responden diperoleh melalui metode purposive dan convenience sampling, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Temuan penelitian memvalidasi bahwa manfaat yang dirasakan (perceived credibility, information interest, perceived control, perceived ease of use) memiliki hubungan positif dengan perceived value, sedangkan cost yang dirasakan (privacy concern, perceived vulnerability) memiliki hubungan negatif dengan nilai yang dirasakan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived value memiliki dampak positif terhadap kepercayaan dan loyalitas pengguna serta variable kepercayaan memiliki peran mediasi antara perceived value dan loyalitas.

The rapid advancement of technology changes the way individuals conduct activities on a daily basis including how we do transactions. It should come as no surprise that people nowadays mainly pays using digital wallets. In presence of all the potential benefits gained, there are also risks especially on privacy issues associated when using digital wallets. This study aims to examine the relationship between personal data disclosure’s trade-off with perceived benefits and cost as an antecedent, trust, and attitude loyalty in E-Wallet services. This research is build based on the combination of the Privacy Calculus Theory and the Relational Mediator Meta-Analytic Framework to describe the effect of personal data disclosure’s trade-off to trust and loyalty. A total of 914 respondents were obtained through purposive and convenience sampling method, then analysed using the PLS- SEM. The research findings validate that perceived benefits (perceived credibility, information interest, perceived control, perceived ease of use) have a positive relationship with perceived value, whereas perceived cost (privacy concern, perceived vulnerability) have a negative relationship with perceived value. The result further confirmed that perceived value positively influence trust and attitude loyalty as well as trust is a mediating role between the relationship of perceived value and attitude loyalty."
