"Gangguan kepribadian ambang (GKA) merupakan gangguan jiwa dengan dampak psikososial yang bermakna dan umumnya lebih sulit ditata laksana dibandingkan dengan gangguan psikiatri lainnya. Sebagian besar Peserta Program Pendidikan Spesialis Kedokteran Jiwa (PPDS-KJ) menyatakan sulit melakukan psikoterapi pada pasien GKA dan belum ada metode pengajaran psikoterapi psikodinamik yang khusus dan terstruktur untuk kasus GKA. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghasilkan Modul Pendidikan Psikoterapi Psikodinamik untuk kasus GKA (PP-GKA) beserta instrumen untuk mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran PPDS-KJ setelah mengikuti modul pada domain pembelajaran kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Penelitian dilakukan pada Januari–Desember 2023 di sembilan institusi pendidikan psikiatri di Indonesia menggunakan mixed method kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan desain exploratory sequential, terdiri dari tahap pengembangan modul, pengembangan instrumen evaluasi, dan uji efektivitas modul. Penelitian ini juga mengadaptasi Kuesioner Kirkpatrick level 1 untuk mengevaluasi reaksi peserta terhadap modul. Pengembangan modul dan instrumen dilakukan secara saksama melalui tahapan focus group discussion, survei Delphi, diskusi panel ahli, uji validasi isi modul dan instrumen, serta uji reliabilitas instrumen dengan narasumber dari kalangan PPDS-KJ, psikiater, ahli psikoterapi, dan staf pengajar psikoterapi dari institusi pendidikan psikiatri di Indonesia. Modul yang dihasilkan bersifat valid (S-CVI/Ave = 1), berbentuk pembelajaran daring dengan durasi 12 kali pertemuan. Penelitian juga menghasilkan instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar berupa 50 butir soal pilihan ganda, rubrik penilaian formulasi psikodinamik (RP-FP), dan rubrik penilaian praktik psikoterapi psikodinamik (RP-PPGKA). RP-FP dan RP-PPGKA juga valid (S-CVI/Ave RP-FP = 0,981, RP-PPGKA = 1) dan reliabel (ICC RP-FP = 0,879, RP-PPGKA = 0,727). Uji efektivitas modul dengan pre-test post-test control group design dilakukan kepada 33 orang PPDS-KJ semester 6–7 dari sembilan institusi pendidikan PPDS-KJ di Indonesia yang direkrut berdasarkan stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis instrumen soal pilihan ganda, RP-FP, RP-PPGKA, dan Kuesioner Kirkpatrick level 1 versi Indonesia, Modul Pendidikan PP-GKA efektif memberikan perubahan dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor serta mendapatkan reaksi yang positif dari peserta. Modul Pendidikan PP-GKA dapat diimplementasikan pada pendidikan PPDS-KJ di Indonesia sebagai panduan pengajaran dan membantu meningkatkan kompetensi PPDS-KJ dalam melakukan psikoterapi psikodinamik untuk kasus GKA di Indonesia.

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a mental disorder with significant psychosocial impacts and is difficult to manage compared to other psychiatric disorders. The majority of psychiatry residents in Indonesia stated that it was difficult to carry out psychotherapy on BPD patients and that there was no specific and structured psychodynamic psychotherapy teaching method for BPD cases. The aim of this study is to produce a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Module for BPD cases (PP-BPD) along with the instruments to evaluate the residents’ learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning domains after receiving the module. The research was conducted in January–December 2023 at nine psychiatric educational institutions in Indonesia using mixed qualitative and quantitative methods with a sequential exploratory design, consisting of module development stages, evaluation instruments development, and module effectiveness testing. This study also adapted the Kirkpatrick Questionnaire level 1 to evaluate participants' reactions to the module. The development of the module and instruments was carried out carefully through the stages of focus group discussions, Delphi surveys, expert panel discussions, content validation testing of the module and scales, as well as inter-rater reliability testing of the scales with psychotherapy experts and teaching staff as participants. The resulting module, in the form of online learning with a duration of 12 meetings, is valid, (S-CVI/Ave = 1). The learning outcomes evaluation instruments were 50 multiple choice questions, Psychodynamic Formulation Competency Assessment scale (PF-CAS), and a Practical Competency Assessment Scale (PC-CAS) for psychodynamic psychotherapy for BPD. PF-CAS and PC-CAS were valid (S-CVI/Ave PF-CAS = 0.981, PC-CAS = 1) and reliable (ICC PF-CAS = 0.879, PC-CAS = 0.727). The module effectiveness test with a pre-test post-test control group design was carried out on 33 PPDS-KJ students in semesters 6–7 from nine psychiatric educational institutions in Indonesia who were recruited based on stratified random sampling. Analysis of the multiple choice exam, PF-CAS, PC-CAS, and Kirkpatrick Questionnaire level 1 Indonesian Version showed that the PP-BPD Education Module was effective in inducing changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and received positive reactions from participants. The PP-BPD Education Module can be implemented in resident education in Indonesia as a teaching guide and to help improve residents’ competency in conducting psychodynamic psychotherapy for BPD cases in Indonesia."

Latar belakang: Frekuensi tumor ovarium serosum ganas menempati urutan tertinggi dari seluruh keganasan ovarium di dunia barat 80-85 , sesuai dengan arsip Departemen Patologi Anatomik Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia FKUI /Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo RSCM selama 10 tahun 2004-2013 , sebanyak 200 kasus 21,4 dari seluruh keganasan ovarium. GLUT-1 dapat digunakan sebagai penanda perangai biologik tumor ovarium serosum. Tujuan penelitian ini membandingkan ekspresi GLUT-1 pada tumor ovarium serosum borderline dan ganas serta faktor risiko.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang. Sampel terdiri atas 17 kasus untuk masing masing kelompok tumor ovarium serosum borderline dan ganas. Dilakukan pulasan GLUT-1 dengan penilaian berdasarkan intensitas dan jumlah sitoplasma dan/atau membran sel yang terpulas. Dilakukan penghitungan histoscore dan persentase setiap kasus dan dinilai ekspresi GLUT-1 berdasarkan titik potong kemudian dikelompokkan menjadi ekspresi rendah dan tinggi.Hasil: Pulasan GLUT-1 ekspresi rendah sama banyak dengan ekspresi tinggi. Sebagian besar kelompok tumor ovarium serosum borderline menunjukkan ekspresi rendah. Kelompok tumor ovarium serosum ganas sebagian besar menunjukkan ekspresi tinggi. Background : The frequency of serous malignant tumors of ovary occupies the highest order of all ovarian malignancies in the western world 80-85 , in accordance with Department of Anatomical Pathology, Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia / Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital datas, for 10 years 2004-2013 , as many as 200 cases 21.4 of all ovarian malignancies. GLUT-1 can be used as a marker in differentiating biological behaviour of serous ovarian tumor. The aim of the study was to compare expression of GLUT-1 in serous borderline and malignant tumours of the ovary. Methods : This was cross-sectional study. Sample consists of 17 cases for each group, serous borderline and malignant tumor of ovary, stained with GLUT-1 antibody. Quantification was based on the intensity and distribution of cytoplasm and/or cell membrane. The appraisal was done with estimating histoscore and percentage of each case. Calculation result was assessed by GLUT-1 expression, based on the point of intersection and then grouped into low and high expression.Result : The GLUT-1 low expression results are equal with high expression. Low grade expression found in majority cases of serous borderline ovarian tumors group. Groups of serous malignant ovarian tumors largely exhibit high expression. "Perluasan Akses Pendidikan Dokter (PAPD) adalah upaya untuk memberikan kesempatan yang setara pada semua pihak dari berbagai latar belakang untuk mengakses pendidikan dokter. PAPD menjadi perhatian di berbagai negara karena terkait dengan kemampuan empati dokter dan pemerataan dokter di daerah tertinggal. Penelitian tentang PAPD di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas, profil keberagaman mahasiswa kedokteran pun belum tersedia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bermaksud memberikan gambaran awal tentang posisi PAPD di Indonesia saat ini dengan mengeksplorasi sudut pandang para pimpinan Fakultas Kedokteran mengenai konsep PAPD di Indonesia. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam secara daring terhadap pimpinan Fakultas Kedokteran. Kemudian dilakukan transkripsi verbatim, pengkodean, pencarian tema, dan deskripsi tema. Diperoleh 6 tema utama yaitu pemahaman konsep, manfaat, peran pemangku kepentingan, penerapan tahap pra-seleksi, penerapan tahap seleksi, dan penerapan tahap pasca seleksi. Temuan menarik dalam penelitian ini diantaranya mengenai manfaat mempererat persatuan nasional, kurangnya peran lembaga akreditasi, tantangan dalam merancang metode seleksi masuk mahasiswa, stigma biaya pendidikan FK mahal, kurangnya tenaga dosen di bidang kedokteran, dan rendahnya resiliensi mahasiswa asal daerah tertinggal. PAPD di Indonesia adalah upaya mewujudkan kesetaraan kesempatan mengakses pendidikan dokter bagi mahasiswa asal daerah tertinggal dan status sosio-ekonomi rendah dengan tujuan utama memenuhi kecukupan dokter di daerah tertinggal.

Medical Education Widening Access is an effort to provide equal opportunities for all people from various backgrounds to access medical education. It has been concerned in various countries because it related to the doctors’ empathy and distribution of doctors in rural areas. However, research on this subject in Indonesia is still very limited. Therefore, this study intends to provide a preliminary overview of Medical Education Widening Access in Indonesia by exploring the perspectives of medical school’s leaders regarding its concept. Data collection was carried out by online in-depth interviews with the leaders of the Faculty of Medicine then verbatim transcriptions analyzed by coding, theme search, and theme description. Six main themes emerged in this study are the conceptual understanding, benefits, roles of stakeholders, pre-selection staged implementation, selection staged implementation, and post-selection staged implementation. Some interesting findings are about impact on strengthening national unity, challenges in designing selection methods, stigma that medical education must be expensive, inadequacy of lecturers, and the low resilience of students from rural areas. In conclusion, Medical Education Widening Access in Indonesia is an effort to achieve equal opportunity to access medical education for students from rural areas and low socio-economic status aiming to meet the adequacy of doctors in rural areas."

"Lansia mengalami perubahan biologis, psikologis dan sosial. Diperlukan dukungan untuk membantu lansia beradaptasi melalui pendekatan keperawatan. Tujuan dari KIA ini adalah menggambarkan penerapan terapi kelompok terapeutik dan reminisence untuk mencapai integritas diri menggunakan pendekatan model stres adaptasi stuart dan model adaptasi Roy. Sejumlah 20 lansia menjalani terapi TKT, 10 yang mengalami depresi dan HDRS dilanjutkan dengan terapi reminisence.
Hasil: terjadi peningkatan integritas diri lansia, penurunan tanda gejala depresi dan HDRS.
Kesimpulan: pemberian TKT dapat membantu lansia beradaptasi dan mencapai integritas diri, sedangkan reminisence mampu menurunkan tanda gejala depresi dan HDRS. Diperlukan penelitian lanjut tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian integritas diri.

Elderly changing biologically, psychologically and socially through time. They need support to adapt changes in their lifetime. The purpose of this scientific work is to know the Therapeutic Group Therapy dan Reminisence Application to Achieve Personal Integrity in Elderly Through Stuart Stress Adaptation and Roy Adaptation Model. 20 Elderly recruited to therapeutic group therapy, and 10 depressed elderly continued with Reminiscence therapy.
The Result shows there were increasing personal integrity and decreasing symptom of depression and situational low sel-esteem.
Therapeutic group therapy help elderly adapt the changes, while Reminiscence decrease depression and situational low self-esteem. Need further research about factors influence personal integrity in elderly.
