"This edited volume brings together some of the best papers from the 2022 Conference on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), held at the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, Romania. The volume seeks to expand the current research on PLS-SEM and promote the method’s application in the scientific community. It gathers research from scholars in many different fields who work on the advancement of PLS-SEM and who apply the method to explain and predict behavioral phenomena.Researchers today can draw on a wide array of different PLS-SEM-based algorithms, complementary methods, and model evaluation metrics. "Sejalan dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia, terjadi peningkatan jumlah pembangunan proyek konstruksi untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penduduk. Hal ini menghadirkan banyaknya masalah seperti biaya dan waktu berlebih, serta hasil limbah konstruksi yang banyak. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut adalah dengan smart construction. Smart Construction merupakan proses dari sebuah proyek konstruksi yang memanfaatkan digitalisasi, jaringan, kecerdasan, dan perkembangan teknologi untuk pembangunan. Namun penerapan smart construction di Indonesia masih sedikit dan mengalami beberapa permasalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor apa saja dan hubungan antar faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan smart construction di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validasi pakar, survei kuesioner, dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan enam variabel yang mempengaruhi penerapan smart construction di Indonesia yaitu kompatibilitas, aksesibilitas, kesiapan organisasi, pendanaan, ilmu pengetahuan, dan kondisi pasar. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dengan tingkat signifikansi yang tinggi pada penerapan smart construction di Indonesia berdasarkan nilai T-Statistics secara berurutan yaitu ilmu pengetahuan, kompatibilitas, kesiapan organisasi, dan pendanaan. Variabel faktor pengaruh mempengaruhi pandangan pelaku konstruksi terhadap manfaat penerapan smart construction di Indonesia.

In line with the rate of population growth in Indonesia, there has been an increase in the number of construction projects to meet the needs of the population. This presents many problems, such as excess cost and time, as well as the resulting large amount of construction waste. One of the solutions offered to deal with this problem is smart construction. Smart Construction is the process of a construction project that utilizes digitalization, networking, intelligence, and technological developments for development. However, the application of smart construction in Indonesia is still small and experiencing several problems. Therefore, this research is aimed at identifying factors and the relationship between factors that can influence the implementation of smart construction in Indonesia. The methods used in this research are expert validation, questionnaire surveys, and data processing using Partial Least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study show that there are six variables that influence the implementation of smart construction in Indonesia: compatibility, accessibility, organizational readiness, funding, knowledge, and market conditions. Variables that have a high level of significance for the implementation of smart construction in Indonesia based on the T-Statistics values sequentially are knowledge, compatibility, organizational readiness, and funding. Influence factor variables affect the views of construction workers on the benefits of implementing smart construction in Indonesia."

"Seiring dengan perkembangan populasi, urbanisasi dan industrialisasi, kebutuhan terhadap jaringan lalu lintas berupa jalan tol semakin meningkat. Jalan tol dapat memudahkan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Akan tetapi dengan melajunya perkembangan proyek infrastruktur tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap konsumsi energi dan polusi lingkungan. Salah satu solusi untuk menangani ini adalah dengan implementasi jalan tol hijau. Melihat bahwa penerapan jalan tol hijau di Indonesia hanya mencapai 2% dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi tersebut dan hubungan antar faktor. Metode peneltian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah validasi pakar, pilot survei dan survei responden. Dengan metode uji PLS-SEM dengan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Berdasarkan hasil validasi pakar ditemukan terdapat 17 indikator yang mempengaruhi implementasi jalan tol hijau di Indonesia. Berdasarkan nilai T-Statistics tahap konstruksi merupakan tahap dengan signifikansi tertinggi. Regulasi mengenai proyek jalan tol hijau, pengalaman dalam mendesain, training terkait metode konstruksi serta apresiasi dari pemerintah merupakan indikator yang paling signifikan dari setiap siklus hidup proyek. Berdasarkan penelitian ini implementasi jalan tol hijau paling signifikan pada jalan tol eksisting yang belum bersertifikat hijau.

Along with population development, urbanization and industrialization, the need for a traffic network in the form of toll roads is increasing. Toll roads can facilitate humans in everyday life. However, the accelerated development of these infrastructure projects has an impact on energy consumption and environmental pollution. One solution to deal with this is the implementation of green toll roads. Seeing that the implementation of green toll roads in Indonesia has only reached 2%, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence this implementation and the relationship between factors. The research methods used to achieve the goal are expert validation, pilot surveys and respondent surveys with the PLS-SEM test method with the SMARTPLS application. Using PLS-SEM with the help of SMARTPLS application it was found that there are 17 indicators that influence the implementation of green toll roads in Indonesia.  Based on T-statistics, construction stage is the stage with the highest significance. Regulations regarding green toll road projects, experience in designing, training related to construction methods and appreciation from the government are the most significant indicators base of project life cycle. Green toll road implementation is most significant applied in existing toll road."
