"Residivisme menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam sistem pemasyarakatan di Indonesia. Kemampuan narapidana untuk tidak mengulangi tindakan kriminal setelah bebas sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, salah satunya adalah self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan self-efficacy dalam konteks residivisme, serta keterkaitannya dengan jenis kelamin pada narapidana di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Self-efficacy dalam konteks residivisme merujuk pada keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya untuk tidak mengulangi tindak pidana setelah menjalani masa hukuman. Partisipan penelitian (N=162) adalah narapidana laki-laki (N=78) dan perempuan (N=84) dari dua lembaga pemasyarakatan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara strategi regulasi emosi dan self-efficacy dalam konteks residivisme, di mana semakin tinggi penggunaan strategi cognitive reappraisal dan expressive suppression, maka semakin tinggi pula self-efficacy dalam konteks residivisme. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dalam penggunaan strategi cognitive reappraisal dan expressive suppression, di mana laki-laki menunjukkan skor yang lebih tinggi, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara self-efficacy dan jenis kelamin. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa regulasi emosi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keyakinan narapidana untuk tidak mengulangi pelanggaran hukum, sehingga penting untuk menjadi bagian dari intervensi psikologis di lembaga pemasyarakatan untuk pencegahan residivisme.

Recidivism remains one of the main challenges in the correctional system in Indonesia. The ability of former inmates to refrain from reoffending is strongly influenced by psychological factors, one of which is self-efficacy. This study aims to examine the relationship between emotion regulation and self-efficacy in the context of recidivism, as well as its association with gender among inmates in correctional facilities. Self-efficacy in the context of recidivism refers to an individual's belief in their ability to avoid committing crimes after serving their sentence. Participants in this study (N=162) consisted of male inmates (N=78) and female inmates (N=84) from two correctional facilities in Indonesia. The results showed a significant positive relationship between emotion regulation strategies and self-efficacy in the context of recidivism, indicating that higher use of cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression was associated with higher levels of self-efficacy. The findings also revealed a significant relationship between gender and the use of both cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression, with male inmates scoring higher. However, there was no significant relationship between self-efficacy and gender. These findings highlight the contribution of emotion regulation to enhancing inmates' confidence in avoiding future criminal behaviour. Therefore, emotion regulation should be considered as a key component of psychological interventions in correctional facilities to prevent recidivism."

"Residivisme masih menjadi tantangan dalam sistem pemasyarakatan di Indonesia sehingga penting untuk memahami faktor psikologis yang mendukung proses pembinaan narapidana. Sebanyak 161 narapidana laki-laki dan perempuan yang telah menjalani minimal setengah masa tahanan menjadi partisipan pada penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara self-efficacy dalam mencegah residivisme dan persepsi dukungan sosial pada narapidana laki-laki dan perempuan. Tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan pada self-efficacy dalam mencegah residivisme berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan ditemukan perbedaan signifikan pada persepsi dukungan sosial antarjenis kelamin.

Recidivism remains a challenge in Indonesia's correctional system, highlighting the need to understand psychological factors supporting inmate rehabilitation. This study involved 161 male and female inmates who had served at least half of their sentence. Instruments used were the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Results showed a positive correlation between self efficacy in preventing recidivism and perceived social support. No significant gender differences were found in self-efficacy in preventing recidivism, but perceived social support differed significantly by gender, suggesting the importance of gender-sensitive support in preventing recidivism."

"Tahap remaja awal ditandai dengan adanya perubahan dan instabilitas emosi yang dapat menghadirkan tantangan dalam kegiatan akademik anak. Di sisi lain, remaja awal perlu menghadapi peralihan ke sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang menuntut efikasi diri akademik yang baik guna menjaga performa akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran regulasi emosi dalam memediasi hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan efikasi diri akademik pada remaja awal. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 374 siswa SMP tingkat pertama di DKI Jakarta. Hasil analisis regresi dengan Hayes Macro PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan efikasi diri akademik.

Early adolescence is marked by emotional changes and instability that can pose challenges to children’s academic functioning. At the same time, early adolescents must navigate the transition to junior high school which demands good academic self-efficacy to maintain academic performance. This study aims to determine the mediating role of emotion regulation in the relationship between family functioning and academic self-efficacy in early adolescents. The participants of this study are 374 first-year junior high school students in DKI Jakarta. The results of regression analysis using Hayes Macro PROCESS shows that emotion regulation partially mediates the relationship between family functioning and academic self-efficacy."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis pola asuh dan creative self-efficacy pada remaja. Pola asuh didefinisikan sebagai aktivitas kompleks yang di dalamnya terdapat banyak tingkah laku spesifik yang bekerja secara individual dan memengaruhi anak selanjutnya (Darling, 1991). Sedangkan creative self-efficacy didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan solusi yang baru, orisinal atau sesuai (Abbott, 2010). Pengukuran pola asuh menggunakan alat ukur Parental Authority Questionnaire (Buri, 1991) dan pengukuran creative self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy II and Creative Performance Self-Efficacy II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). Partisipan berjumlah 175 remaja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis pola asuh permissive, authoritarian, dan authoritative dengan creative thinking self-efficacy dan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tipe pola asuh permissive dan authoritative dengan creative performance self-efficacy. Pola asuh authoritarian tidak memiliki hubungan dengan creative performance self-efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diketahui bahwa pola asuh authoritative paling baik dalam pengembangan creative self-efficacy anak.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between type of parenting style and creative self-efficacy among adolescent. Parenting style was defined as a complex activity that includes many specific behaviors that work individually and together to influence child outcomes. While creative self-efficacy was defined as an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel, original, or appropriate solutions. Parenting style was measured using a modification instrument named Parental Authority Questionnaire (Buri, 1991) and creative self-efficacy was measured using a modification instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy II and Creative Performance Self-Efficacy II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The participants of this research were 175 adolescents.
The main results of this research shows that there is significant correlation between permissive, authoritarian, and authoritative parenting style with creative thinking self-efficacy and there is significant correlation between permissive and authoritative parenting style with creative performance self-efficacy. Authoritarian parenting style has no correlation with creative performance self-efficacy. Based on research result, known that authoritative is the best parenting style to creative self-efficacy's development for children.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan civility di konteks media sosial pada 278 remaja. Regulasi emosi diukur dengan difficulties of emotion regulation scale (DERS) yang disusun oleh Gratz & Roemer (2004), dan telah diadaptasi oleh Listyani (2014). Sedangkan civility diukur dengan Incivility in Online Learning Environment Scale (IOLES) yang disusun oleh Clark, Wreth & Ahten (2012) yang telah diadaptasi. Data diolah dengan teknik statistik Pearson Product Moment. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan civility di konteks media sosial pada remaja (r = 0,306; p<0,01). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin meningkat kemampuan regulasi emosi seseorang maka semakin meningkat pula tingkah laku civil. Implikasi dan saran penelitian didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the relationship between emotion regulation and civility in social media context among 278 adolescences. Emotion Regulation is measured by Difficulties of Emotion Regulation Scale (DERS) which is developed by Gratz & Roemer (2004) and adapted by Listyani (2014). In this research, civility is measured by Incivility in Online Learning Environment Scale (IOLES) which is developed by Clark, Wreth & Ahten (2012) and has been adapted. Data was processed using Pearson Product Moment method. The result revealed the positive and significant correlation between emotion regulation and civility in social media context among adolescence (r = 0,306; p<0,01). The conclusion is higher level of emotion regulation predicts higher level of civility. Research implications and suggestions are discussed."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat. Pengukuran coping self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney dkk., 2006) yang memiliki tiga subskala, yaitu use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, dan get support from family and friends dengan total 26 item. Pengukuran terhadap burnout menggunakan alat ukur Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) yang memiliki tiga dimensi, yaitu emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan menurunnya sense of personal accomplishment dengan total 22 item. Jumlah partisipan yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 perawat. Hasil utama penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara coping self-efficacy dan burnout pada perawat, yang berarti semakin tinggi coping self-efficacy perawat, semakin rendah burnout yang dirasakan.

The aim of this study is to investigate whether any relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses. Coping self-efficacy was measured by Coping Self-Efficacy Scale (Chesney et al., 2006) which has three subscales, namely use problem focused coping, stop unpleasant thoughts and emotions, and get support from family and friends with a total of 26 items. Burnout was measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey (Maslach & Jackson, 1981) which has three dimensions, namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced sense of personal accomplihsment with a total of 22 items. Participants of this study were 131 nurses. The main result of the study shows that there is a significant negative relationship between coping self-efficacy and burnout among nurses, in conclusion, the higher score of coping self-efficacy obtained by nurses, the lower they perceived burnout."

"Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di perguruan tinggi Indonesia menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan besar, terutama di tengah masa pandemi Covid-19. Self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring diketahui menjadi komponen penting bagi mahasiswa untuk menghadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara self-compassion dengan self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa program sarjana yang tengah menjalani perkuliahan daring secara penuh. Partisipan penelitian (N=290) merupakan mahasiswa S1 dari UI, ITB, dan UGM yang berusia 18-23 tahun. Mereka diukur menggunakan Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Online Learning (SeQoL) dan Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). Ketiga institusi pendidikan ini dipilih atas dasar klasterisasi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia yang melihat adanya perbedaan kualitas dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil pengujian korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa self-compassion yang dimiliki mahasiswa berhubungan secara signifikan dan positif dengan self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran daring (r(290) = 0,42, p < 0,01). Hubungan positif dan signifikan terkuat ditemukan pada komponen self-kindness dengan dimensi self-efficacy dalam berinteraksi sosial dengan teman sekelas. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai kondisi mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran daring.

The implementation of distance learning among higher education institutions in Indonesia presents a number of challenges, especially in the midst of Covid-19. Self-efficacy in online learning context is known to be one of core component for students to deal with it. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-compassion and online learning self-efficacy among undergraduate students who are undergoing full online lectures. Research participants (N= 290) are undergraduate students from UI, ITB, and UGM, aged between 18-23 years old. They were measured using Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Online Learning (SeQoL) and Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). These three institutions were selected on the basis of a clusterization among universities in Indonesia, which saw differences in the quality of online learning. The Pearson correlation’s result showed that the students' self-compassion had a significant and positive relationship with online learning self-efficacy (r(290) = 0,42, p < 0,01). The strongest positive and significant relationship was found in self-kindness with dimension self-efficacy in social interaction with classmates. This study presents a new understanding of the students’ conditions in the context of online learning."

"Tingginya angka ketidaksesuaian karier dengan minat mahasiswa di Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier yang rendah di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, pola asuh orang tua yang tepat dapat menjadi bekal bagi individu untuk mengembangkan efikasi diri, khususnya di bidang karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara perceived parenting style dan career decision making self-efficacy mahasiswa di Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yakni Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) dan Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) untuk mendapatkan data terkait variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 146 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoritatif berkorelasi positif signifikan pada CDMSE (r = 0,411, p < .001). Artinya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan pola asuh otoritatif yang dipersepsikan mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula tingkat efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier. Sedangkan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pola asuh orang tua otoriter tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian mengimplikasikan bahwa penggunaan pola asuh otoritatif paling tepat untuk menumbuhkan efikasi diri dalam pemilihan keputusan karier individu.

The high rate of career misalignment with student interests in Indonesia indicates a low level of career decision making self-efficacy among Indonesians. In this case, proper parental upbringing can serve as a foundation for individuals to develop self-efficacy, especially in career-related areas. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived parenting style and career decision making self-efficacy among university students in Indonesia. The researchers used two research instruments: the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) and the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Indonesia Version (CDMSE-Ind) to collect data on these variables. The study involved 146 students aged 18-25 years. Statistical analysis showed that students' perceptions of authoritative parenting style significantly and positively correlated with CDMSE (r = 0.411, p < .001). This means that the higher the tendency for authoritative parenting perceived by the students, the higher their level of self-efficacy in career decision making. In contrast, students' perceptions of authoritarian parenting style did not show a significant relationship. The study's findings imply that the use of authoritative parenting is most appropriate for fostering self-efficacy in career decision making."

"Regulasi diri merupakan keterampilan yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh anak usia prasekolah. Walaupun sejumlah penelitian membuktikan bahwa regulasi diri anak dapat diprediksi oleh parenting self-efficacy melalui peran mediasi oleh faktor-faktor yang melekat pada orang tua, namun apakah hubungan keduanya diperantarai oleh faktor-faktor yang dimiliki anak masih belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran salah satu faktor kognitif anak, yaitu executive function, sebagai mediator hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan regulasi diri anak. Sebanyak 441 orangtua yang memiliki anak usia 48 hingga 72 bulan tanpa riwayat masalah perkembangan maupun psikologis mengikuti penelitian ini. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan, yaitu Me as a Parent (MaaP) untuk mengukur parenting self-efficacy, Childhood Executive Functioning Inventory (CHEXI) untuk mengukur masalah executive function anak yang dipersepsikan orangtua, dan Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) untuk mengukur regulasi diri anak yang juga dipersepsikan oleh orangtua. Analisis PROCESS Hayes menunjukkan hasil bahwa executive function anak secara partial memediasi hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan regulasi diri anak usia 48 hingga 72 bulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan parenting self-efficacy dan executive function anak penting untuk dilakukan agar regulasi diri anak dapat berkembang secara optimal.

Self-regulation is an important skill for preschoolers to have. Although a number of studies have proven that children's self-regulation can be predicted by parenting self-efficacy through the mediation role of factors attached to parents, whether the relationship between the two is mediated by factors owned by children is still unknown. This study aims to look at the role of one of the children's cognitive factors, namely executive function, as a mediator of the relationship between parenting self-efficacy and children's self-regulation. A total of 441 parents of children aged 48 to 72 months without a history of developmental or psychological problems participated in this study. The measurement tools used are Me as a Parent (MaaP) to measure parenting self-efficacy, the Childhood Executive Functioning Inventory (CHEXI) to measure children's executive function problems perceived by parents, and the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) to measure self-regulation. children who are also perceived by parents. Hayes' PROCESS analysis showed that children's executive function partially mediates the relationship between parenting self-efficacy and self-regulation in children aged 48 to 72 months. The results of this study imply that efforts to increase parenting self-efficacy and executive function of children are important so that children's self-regulation can develop optimally."
