"Tren peningkatan partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan di Indonesia menunjukkan keterlibatan perempuan yang makin banyak dalam dunia kerja. Banyak di antaranya juga menjalani peran sebagai ibu sehingga kondisi ini menimbulkan tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan tanggung jawab di ranah pekerjaan dan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran persepsi dukungan keluarga dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja, serta mengetahui prediktor yang memberikan kontribusi lebih besar. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan skor total Satisfaction with Life Scale, serta skor rata-rata Multidimensional of Perceived Social Support - Subskala Keluarga dan 16-item Short Form of Survey of Perceived Organizational Support. Hasil regresi berganda hierarkis dari 117 partisipan yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan keluarga (β = 0,472, p < 0,001) dan persepsi dukungan organisasi (β = 0,269, p < 0,001) berperan signifikan pada kepuasan hidup. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa persepsi dukungan keluarga memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar (ΔR2 = 0,199, F = 34,692, p < 0,001) dibandingkan persepsi dukungan organisasi (ΔR2 = 0,180, F = 25,178, p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan dari lingkungan terdekat, yaitu keluarga, dalam meningkatkan kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja. Selain itu, hasil juga memperkuat urgensi bagi organisasi dalam menciptakan dan mempertahankan kebijakan kerja yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan peran ganda karyawan yang juga merupakan ibu.

The increasing trend of female labor force participation in Indonesia reflects a growing involvement of women in the workforce. Many of them also take on the role of mothers, which presents challenges in balancing responsibilities in both work and family domains. This study aims to examine the roles of perceived family support and perceived organizational support in predicting life satisfaction among working mothers, as well as to identify which predictor contributes more significantly. Measurements were conducted using the total score of the Satisfaction with Life Scale, also the average score of the Family subscale from the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support and the 16-item Short Form of the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis on data from 117 participants, obtained through purposive sampling, showed that perceived family support (β = 0.472, p < 0.001) and perceived organizational support (β = 0.269, p < 0.001) significantly predicted life satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived family support contributed more strongly (ΔR2 = 0.199, F = 34.692, p < 0.001) than perceived organizational support (ΔR2 = 0.180, F = 25.178, p < 0.001). These findings highlight the importance of support from the closest social environment, the family, in enhancing life satisfaction among working mothers. In addition, the results reinforce the urgency for organizations to develop and sustain work policies that are more responsive to the dual-role demands faced by employees who are also mothers."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dukungan rekan kerja dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Variabel ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), subskala keluarga untuk mengukur dukungan keluarga, Co-worker Support untuk mengukur coworker support, dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SLWS) untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 554 ibu bekerja berusia 20-40 tahun yang memiliki suami yang bekerja, memiliki anak usia 0-36 bulan, dan telah bekerja lebih dari 12 bulan pada perusahaan saat ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga (β = 0,321, p <0,01) merupakan prediktor yang lebih kuat daripada dukungan teman sebaya (β = 0,251, p <0,01).

This study aims to see the role of coworker support and family support in life satisfaction of working mothers. This research is a quantitative study using the Hierarchical Multiple Regression method. "ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran mediasi kepuasan karir pada hubungan antara perceived organization support (POS) dan kepuasan hidup. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup, versi singkat Survey of Perceived Organizational Support untuk mengukur POS, dan Career Satisfaction Scale untuk mengukur kepuasan karir. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Generasi Milenial (N = 107) berusia 24-38 tahun yang telah bekerja minimal 6 bulan. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh langsung (B = .03, SE = .12, p> .71) tidak signifikan, pengaruh tidak langsung (B = .10, SE = .07, BCa CI [.03) , .20]) yang signifikan, dengan ukuran efek diklasifikasikan sebagai sedang (k2 = .13, BCa CI [.04, .24]). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karir memediasi sepenuhnya hubungan antara POS dan kepuasan hidup. Oleh karena itu, berbagai perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan yang dapat menunjang kepuasan karir sehingga karyawan juga akan merasakan kepuasan dalam hidupnya.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to see the mediating role of career satisfaction in the relationship between perceived organization support (POS) and life satisfaction. This quantitative research uses the Satisfaction with Life Scale to measure life satisfaction, a short version of the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support to measure POS, and the Career Satisfaction Scale to measure career satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees of the Millennial Generation (N = 107) aged 24-38 years who had worked at least 6 months. The results of the mediation analysis showed that the direct effect (B = .03, SE = .12, p> .71) was not significant, the indirect effect (B = .10, SE = .07, BCa CI [.03), .20] ), with the effect size classified as moderate (k2 = .13, BCa CI [.04, .24]). These results suggest that career satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between POS and life satisfaction. Therefore, various companies are expected to provide support that can support career satisfaction so that employees will also feel satisfaction in their lives."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support yang diukur menggunakan Survey Perceived Organizational Support sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini ialah kepuasan kerja yang diukur menggunakan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Subscale. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 karyawan tetap PT. X yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X.

This research examines the analysis influences of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction among employees in PT. X. The independent variable is perceived organizational support which is scaled with Survey Perceived Organizational Support and the dependent variable is job satisfaction which is scaled with Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire Subscale. This research is a quantitative research with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Respondent of the research was 74 permanent employees in PT. X who had working period for more than a year. The result of this research showed that perceived organizational support has positive influences on job satisfaction among employees in PT. X."

"Penurunan kesejahteraan subjektif pada ibu bekerja semakin menjadi perhatian, seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran self-compassion dan perceived social support sebagai prediktor subjective well-being pada ibu bekerja. Terdapat 118 ibu bekerja dengan rentang usia 23 – 56 tahun yang menjadi partisipan penelitian ini. Hasil analisis hierarchical multiple regression mengindikasikan bahwa self-compassion dan perceived social support berperan secara simultan dalam menjelaskan subjective well-being ibu bekerja dan self-compassion (β = 0,563, p < 0,01) merupakan prediktor yang lebih dapat menjelaskan subjective well-being pada ibu bekerja dibandingkan perceived social support (β = 0,520, p < 0,01).

The decline in subjective well-being among working mothers has become an increasing concern, in line with the rising number of women participating in the workforce. This study aims to examine the role of self-compassion and perceived social support as predictors of subjective well-being among working mothers. A total of 118 working mothers, aged between 23 and 56 years, participated in this study. The results of a hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that self-compassion and perceived social support simultaneously predicted subjective well-being in working mothers. Furthermore, self-compassion (β = 0.563, p < 0.01) emerged as a stronger predictor of subjective well-being compared to perceived social support (β = 0.520, p < 0.01)."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai gambaran work-family conflict yang dialami ibu bekerja di PT. X sumber serta bentuk dukungan sosial yang mereka peroleh dalam mengatasi work-family conflict. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ibu bekerja di PT. X menghadapi work-family conflict berbasis waktu seperti banyaknya waktu yang dihabiskan dalam pekerjaan mengurangi waktu ibu bekerja dengan keluarganya dan berbasis tekanan seperti tuntutan pekerjaan dari atasan yang membuat ibu bekerja merasa tertekan maupun konflik dalam keluarga yang memberikan tekanan dan stres kepada ibu bekerja yang berdampak pada dirinya sendiri, keluarga, dan pekerjaannya. Dalam mengatasi konflik tersebut, ibu bekerja melakukan upaya yang bersumber dari dirinya sendiri, mendapatkan dukungan sosial baik dari keluarga seperti orang tua, suami, kerabat, asisten rumah tangga, teman dan perusahaan. Dukungan sosial yang diterima ibu bekerja yaitu dalam bentuk dukungan emosional berupa kata-kata positif, dukungan informasi terkait anak, dukungan persahabatan berupa ketersediaan teman yang menghabiskan waktu bersama, dan dukungan berwujud berupa bantuan mengasuh anak, finansial, mengerjakan pekerjaan, fasilitas perusahaan, serta fleksibilitas waktu bekerja. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar ibu bekerja meningkatkan komunikasi dan waktu berkualitas dengan keluarganya serta saling menerapkan active listening antar anggota keluarga. Selain itu, perusahaan terutama atasan juga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan fasilitas untuk membantu permasalahan ibu bekerja.

This study discusses the description of work-family conflict experienced along with the sources and forms of social support received by working mothers at Company X in overcoming work-family conflicts. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results of this study explain that working mothers at PT. X face time-based work-family conflict, such as the amount of time spent in work reduces the time to spend with with her family and time-based conflict, such as work demands by managers that make working mothers feel depressed or conflicts in the family that give pressure and stress to working mothers which have an impact to herself, her family, and her work. In overcoming this conflict, working mothers make several efforts to overcome them, namely those that come from themselves, get social support from families such as parents, husbands, relatives, household assistants, friends, and companies. The social support received by working mothers is in the form of emotional support such as positive words and motivation, informational support related to children, companionship support in the form of friends to spend time together, and tangible support in the form of childcare assistance, financial assistance, doing work, company facilities, as well as flexibility in working time."

"Hustle culture pada mahasiswa dapat memengarui tingkat kesejahteraan mereka. Secara khusus, mahasiswa berkewajiban menyelesaikan studi dengan baik dan membutuhkan ketersediaan dukungan sosial yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran persepsi dukungan sosial dan prestasi akademis terhadap kepuasan hidup mahasiswa. Keseluruhan partisipan berjumlah 130 orang yang berusia 18–25 tahun (M = 21,03, SD = 1,034) dan merupakan mahasiswa aktif Universitas Indonesia. Variabel pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan sosial dan prestasi akademis secara bersama-sama berperan signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup (R2 = 0,288, F(2, 127) = 25,624, p = 0,000). Perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat membuat program yang memfasilitasi dukungan sosial sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi akademis mahasiswa.

Hustle culture among college students can influence their level of well-being. Specifically, college students must complete their studies well and they need adequate social support. This study aims to examine the role of perceived social support and academic achievement on students' life satisfaction. There are a total of 130 participants aged 18–25 (M = 21,03, SD = 1,034) who are active students at the University of Indonesia. Variables in this study were measured using Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the study indicate that perceived social support and academic achievement simultaneously contribute to life satisfaction (R2 = 0.288, F(2, 127) = 25.624, p = 0.000). Universities are encouraged to develop programs that facilitate students' social support while also enhancing their academic achievement."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah work-family conflict work interfering with family/ WIF maupun family interfering with work/ FIW dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan secara negatif dan apakah family supportive supervisor behavior dapat berperan sebagai moderator untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif di antara work-family conflict WIF maupun FIW dan kepuasan kerja.
Tipe penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 205 ibu bekerja dengan menyebarkan kuesioner offline dan kuesioner online. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tiga variabel penelitian, yaitu Work-Family Conflict Scale WFCS untuk mengukur work-family conflict, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire MSQ short-form untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, dan Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior Scale untuk mengukur family supportive supervisor behavior.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict berhubungan secara negatif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja work interfering with family, ? = -0.32, p < 0.05 dan family interfering with work, ? = -0.29, p < 0.05 . Akan tetapi, penelitian ini belum berhasil membuktikan peran moderasi family supportive supervisor behavior untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif antara work interfering with family maupun family interfering dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan.

The aim of this study were to prove whether work family conflict work interfering with family WIF and family interfering with work FIW negatively related to job satisfaction and whether family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderator, could weaken negative relationship between work family conflict WIF and FIW and job satisfaction.
Type of this research was quantitative research with cross sectional design and conducted on 205 working mothers via offline and online questionnaire. There were three instruments to measure three variables, such as WFCS to measure work family conflict, MSQ SF to measure job satisfaction, and FSSB Scale to measure Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior.
This research has proven successfully that work family conflict WIF and FIW related negatively and significantly with job satisfaction work interfering with family 0.32, p 0.05 and family interfering with work 0.29, p 0.05. However, this research has not proven moderating role of family supportive supervisor behavior significantly to weaken negative relationship between work interfering with family nor family interfering with work and job satisfaction.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan lsquo;panggilan rsquo; dan POS terhadap kepuasan kerja pekerja media. Terdapat 101 pekerja media dari berbagai jenis media TV, radio, cetak, online yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini, kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan MOAQ-JSS, lsquo;panggilan rsquo; diukur dengan Answered Occupational Calling Scale, dan POS diukur dengan menggunakan SPOS versi pendek. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa POS b = .12, SE b = .02, p < .01 memengaruhi kepuasan kerja para pekerja media secara lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan pengaruh dari lsquo;panggilan rsquo; b = .09, SE b = .09,p.

This study aimed to examine the correlation of calling and POS towards media workers rsquo job satisfaction. There were 101 media workers from various types of media TV, radio, printed, online who participated in this study. In this study, job satisfaction was measured using MOAQ JSS, calling was measured using Answered Occupational Scale, and POS was measured using short version of SPOS. This study showed that POS affect media workers rsquo job satisfaction more strongly b .12, SE b .02, p .01 than the effect from calling b .09, SE b .09, p.

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital (PsyCap) dalam memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dan subjective well-being pada istri yang bekerja. Penelitian ini penting karena belum ada pemahaman yang jelas terkait dengan bagaimana perceived social support dapat berperan pada subjective well-being istri yang bekerja. Pada penelitian ini, subjective well-being diukur dengan Satisfaction with Life Scale dan Scale of Positive Affect and Negative Experience, perceived social support diukur menggunakan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan psychological capital diukur dengan PCQ-12. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 117 istri yang bekerja. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa psychological capital memediasi hubungan antara perceived social support dan subjective well-being. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk memperkaya literatur terkait variabel perceived social support, psychological capital, dan subjective well-being.
