"Gojek dan Grab merupakan perusahaan online food delivery application dengan pangsa pasar terbesar di Indonesia. Dengan pelayanan mereka yang canggih dan kehadiran teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang revolusioner, keduanya telah berhasil mendominasi pangsa pasar terbesar di negara ini. Melalui penerapan AI, Gojek dan Grab mampu memberikan pengalaman pemesanan makanan online yang lebih nyaman dan efisien bagi pengguna mereka. Teknologi AI ini memungkinkan mereka untuk menyediakan rekomendasi makanan yang tepat, mempercepat proses pengiriman, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. AI memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menyediakan pengalaman konsumen yang lebih baik, yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara konsumen dan merek serta menjadi diferensiasi merek tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang didasarkan pada model stimulus-organisme-respons, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh AI terhadap brand preference untuk layanan online food delivery di Indonesia. Metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square digunakan untuk menganalisis 320 responden yang diperoleh dari survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI marketing efforts memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap brand experience, brand preference, dan repurchase intention. Secara khusus, personalization, information, dan accessibility dalam upaya pemasaran AI terbukti berpengaruh terhadap brand experience. Temuan ini akan membantu perusahaan aplikasi online food delivery dalam merancang kegiatan pemasaran AI dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik.

Gojek and Grab are online food delivery application companies with the largest market share in Indonesia. With their sophisticated services and the presence of revolutionary Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, both of them have succeeded in dominating the largest market share in this country. Through the implementation of AI, Gojek and Grab are able to provide a more convenient and efficient online food ordering experience for their users. This AI technology allows them to provide the right food recommendations, speed up the delivery process, and increase overall customer satisfaction. AI has a very important role in providing a better consumer experience, which can strengthen the relationship between consumers and brands and differentiate the brand. In this study, which is based on the stimulus-organism-response model, this study examines the effect of AI on brand preference for online food delivery services in Indonesia. The Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square method was used to analyze 320 respondents obtained from a questionnaire survey. The results of the study show that AI marketing efforts have a significant impact on brand experience, brand preference and repurchase intention. In particular, personalization, information, and accessibility in AI marketing efforts have proven to have an effect on brand experience. These findings will help online food delivery application companies design AI marketing activities and develop better marketing strategies."

"Since 2004, graphene has risen in popularity owing to its superior properties. However, limits to the scale of production methods have rendered graphene a costly material. Moreover, existing production methods require chemicals that are detrimental to the environment. This study uses Coconut Coir Dust (CCD) as a carbon precursor and an intermediate product in the manufacturing of graphene. Firstly, CCD sieved into a 100 mesh was carbonized using a hydrothermal method at temperatures of 235oC, 250oC, and 265oC, for 4 hours. Following this, the resulting solid residue was pyrolyzed at 1000oC for 2 hours under the protection of nitrogen (N2). The hydrothermal solid residue was labelled CHT (hydrothermal temperature) and the pyrolysis product was named as SP (hydrothermal temperature). Both samples were characterized using SEM, XRD and EDS. In addition, Raman characterization was conducted for SP samples. At the end of the process (SP), the XRD pattern showed two broad peaks centered around 2? ~24o and 44o corresponding to a (002) and (100) graphite plane. This pattern is similar to that of reduced-graphene oxide. SEM images showed a sheet-like microstructure is caused by undegraded lignin. A perforated and corrugated sheet formed after pyrolysis, which subsequently confirms the formation of reduced-graphene oxide. Furthermore, the Raman result indicates that higher hydrothermal temperatures lead to an increasing integrated ID/IG ratio. The ratios were 1.62, 1.71 and 1.77, for SP 235, SP 250, and SP 265, respectively. Research results conclude that the carbonaceous material formed through hydrothermal and pyrolytic processes contained a mixture of an amorphous-carbon form and a graphene-like cluster. Results additionally show a similar structure with reduced-graphene oxide."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang pemahaman manajer terhadap implementasi pay for position di RSU Puri Raharja. Pay for position ini sudah dilaksanakan pada 01 mei 2013. Selama pelaksanaan ini periode Oktober-Januari 2013 diketahui masih ada keluhan baik formal maupun informal tentang pay for position ini. Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara variabel organisasi dan individu terhadap persepsi pemahaman manajer terhadap pay for position. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman para manajer tentang pay for position masih kurang, masih memahami secara umum saja dan tidak mendetail. Pay for position juga belum didasarkan atas resiko dan beban kerja sehingga keadilan belum dirasakan. Pejabat dan unit terkait belum paham betul tentang sistem pay for position. Pimpinan sendiri mempunyai komitmen agar sistem pay for position ini bisa mencapai tujuannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Tahapan-tahapan, sosialisasi serta penyebaran pedoman belum maksimal, karena dari konsultan lebih sering berhubungan dengan manajer SDM. Manajer yang lain dilibatkan sebatas informasi terhadap system pay for position ini. Kondisi ini menyebabkan ketidakpahaman para manajer tentang pay for position , ditambah lagi dengan mundurnya manajer SDM yang mengikuti proses sosialisasi dari awal.

ABSTRAK
This thesis discusses the understanding of manager”s for position on the Puri Raharja Hospital, which was implemented on 01 May 2013. During this implementation period October 2013 to January 2014 are still known to exist, both formal and informal complains about the pay for this position. This thesis
explore the relationship between organization and individual variables on the perception of managers understanding of the pay for this position. The method used is aqualitative method. The results showed an understanding of the managers pay for this position is still lacking, understand in general terms and not detailed. Pay for this position is also not based on the risk and workload so that justice is not perceived. Officials and related units do not understand well about the system of pay for this position. Leaders committed themselves that the system pay for this position can achieve its goal of improving the welfare of employees. Stages, socialization and dissemination of guidelines is not maximized, because of the consultant is more often associated with the HR manager. Other managers involved limited information to the manager pay for position, coupled with the withdrawl of the HR manager who follows the socialization process from the beginning"
