"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC) pada industri sektor primer dan sekunder di Indonesia; menguji interaksi antara jenis industri dengan CSR dalam mempengaruhi ERC; serta mengetahui tren ERC seiring peningkatan CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan selama 2011-2013. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 118 perusahaan dengan total observasi 354 firms-years. Pengujian dilakukan dengan data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan informasi CSR dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap ERC, di mana jenis industri dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara CSR dan ERC tersebut, sementara terjadi tren yang menurun pada ERC perusahaan selama 2011-2013.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study are to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC) in primary and secondary industries in Indonesia; the interaction between types of industry and CSR in influencing ERC; and the trend of ERC along with the increase of CSR for the period of 2011-2013. The sample of this study consists of 118 companies with total observations of 354 firms-years using panel data. The empirical results of this study show that the information of CSR disclosed in the companies’ annual reports has positive effect on the ERC, which types of industry can either strengthen or weaken the relationship between CSR and ERC, while there is a decreasing trend of ERC during 2011-2013.

"RINGKASAN EKSEKUTIF
Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas mengenai perencanaan komunikasi sosial terpadu yang ditujukan bagi karyawan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk dalam kaitannya dengan pengembangan program bank sampah di DKI Jakarta. Berdasarkan data dari Yayasan Unilever Indonesia per Juni 2014, jumlah bank sampah binaan Unilever yang terdapat di DKI Jakarta berjumlah 158 bank sampah. Bila dibandingkan dengan jumlah RT di DKI Jakarta yang mencapai 30.442 RT, angka bank sampah tersebut masih tergolong kecil. Padahal bank sampah merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi masalah persampahan di DKI Jakarta. Hal ini disebabkan karena perilaku ramah lingkungan belum menjadi kebiasaan dari masyarakat dan belum adanya agen yang menjadi penggerak perilaku ini.
Atas dasar itu, maka Yayasan Unilever Indonesia sebagai yayasan yang bernaung di bawah Unilever menganggap bahwa perlu dibuat sebuah komunikasi pemasaran sosial terpadu untuk meningkatkan jumlah wilayah adaptor bank sampah dengan melibatkan para karyawan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk sebagai wujud prinsip sustainable living yang menjadi dasar sekaligus visi Unilever.
Kampanye ini akan mengusung ide besar "The Ultimate Champion" yang bertujuan untuk menggali jiwa kompetitif khayalak sasaran untuk berlomba menjadi yang terdepan dalam urusan menjaga lingkungan. Kampanye ini akan dibuat dalam bentuk kompetisi dan dibagi ke dalam tiga periode.
Program kampanye yang dilakukan selama enam bulan ini akan menghabiskan biaya sebesar Rp 617.771.461. Demi kelancarannya, kampanye ini akan diawasi dan dievaluasi dalam rangka melihat dampak dan efektivitas kampanye.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This final assignment will be discussing a social communication planning as an integrated advertising for Unilever Indonesia?s employees, related to development of waste bank program in DKI Jakarta. Based on data gathered by Unilever Indonesia Foundation, as per June 2014 there are 158 waste banks in DKI Jakarta which has been developed under Unilever Indonesia. If compared to total residential in DKI Jakarta that reached 30.422 units, the number of waste banks is still categorized as low. Moreover, waste bank development is one of solution to handle waste problem in DKI Jakarta. This situation is caused by people have not been implementing the environmental friendly behavior, yet no agent of change promoting this behavior.
According to this situation, Unilever Indonesia Foundation, as an organization which under the auspices of Unilever, agreed that there is a need to initiate an integrated social marketing communication in order to elevate the number of adaptor of waste bank, which involve Unilever Indonesia?s employees as an implementation of sustainable living which has been being Unilever?s principle and vision as well to run business.
This campaign will carrying the big idea "The Ultimate Champion", which aim to explore the competitive nature of the target to compete being the champion in order to defend mother earth. This campaign will be packaged in ?competition? form and divided into three stage of process.
This campaign will run for six months and consume the total budget Rp 617.771.461For its progress, this campaign will also be monitored and evaluated in order to see the impact and the effectiveness of the campaign itself."

"Originally, the concept of CSR was come from business ethic values that impose corporation's ethical responsibility to their social dan natural environment. That development of ethical business was part of social consciousness on the degradation of environment as impact of corporation activities. This reality also raised the deep environmental ethic or deep ecology which challenge anthropocentrism economical development and urged ecocentrism development. In Indonesia, this phenomenon was marked by the enactment of Act 4/1982 on environmental management. The constitutional debate on CSR just began when the Indonesian Constitutional court heard and decided the judicial review case of Act 40/2007 on limited liability company which stipulate CSR mandatory law for corporation that have activity in natural resources areas. In its decision, Constitutional Court refused the petition. This means that court affirmed that CSR mandatory law is not contrary to the constitution. However, the legal argumentation of the court was not shifted from economical and environmental perspectives. The constitutional basic of the decision is article 33 (4) concerning national economic principles and article 33 (3) concerning state power on land, water, and natural resources. The constitutional court did not use the human rights concept as the source of CSR mandatory law. "

"Implementasi CSR PT Bio Farma dilakukan melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak dan masyarakat melalui empat pilar yaitu Sehat Bersama BF, Cerdas Bersama BF, Mandiri Bersama BF, dan Hijau Bersama BF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program tersebut berdasarkan observasi di lapangan dan merekomendasikan strategi tepat sasaran dan tujuan dalam mengimplementasikan CSR di desa Sukamulya, Sukabumi. Berdasarkan sintesis kerangka konseptual, 12 dari 17 kriteria telah dipenuhi dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi strategisnya adalah aggressive. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, usulan strategi pengembaan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu mengembangkan pertanian terpadu yang terintegrasi dengan budidaya ikan koi, meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya ikan koi agar dapat dipasarkan lebih luas serta membuka lapangan kerja baru berdasarkan potensi desa di bidang pertanian dan perikanan."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan dari biaya pengeluaran Corporate Social Responsbility dilihat dari variabel ukuran dewan komisaris, kepemilikan saham institusi, dan karakteristik perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) selama periode pengamatan (2013). Variabel karakteristik perusahaan terdiri dari ukuran perusahaan, leverage dan profitabilitas.
Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Tipe model regresi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Total akhir sampel penelitian adalah 99 perusahaan selama periode 1 tahun.
Hasil penelitian uji statistik menunjukkan seluruh variabel independen mempengaruhi biaya pengeluaran CSR. Pada uji t, variabel independen kepemilikan saham institusi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan, dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap biaya pengeluaran CSR. Sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan,dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya pengeluaran CSR.

This reserach define to analyze the determinants of Corporate Social Responsibility expenditure view of variables board of commisioner, Instutional Ownership, and firm characteristics, all of above mentioned listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period (2013). variable of firm characteristics consists of firm size, leverage and profitability.
Data collection method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Type regression model used is multiple regression analysis. The final total sample is 99 companies over a period of 1 year. Results of the study showed statistical test all independent variables affecting CSR expenditure.
The result of t test showed independent variable institutional ownership had a significant negative and profitability had a significant positive effect on CSR expenditure. Whereas board size, firm size, and leverage do not affect the cost of CSR expenditure.

"Skripsi ini membahas persepsi manajer dalam kaitannya dengan implementasi CSR PT Pertamina (Persero). Dalam menjelaskan persepsi, skripsi ini juga mengulas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi manajer dan implementasi CSR menggunakan teori strukturasi Giddens. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajer memandang CSR sebagai potensi pengembang bisnis, cara memanage resiko bisnis dan sebagai cara creating shared value antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat. Persepsi tersebut dibentuk oleh faktor yang bersifat struktur dan agensi. Faktor struktural seperti kultur persaingan, ISO 26000 dan jenis perusahaan memberikan warna yang dominan di dalam persepsi manajer. Sedangkan faktor agensi seperti riwayat pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan relasi manajer di luar perusahaan lebih mewarnai implementasi CSR yang dijalankan manajer. Persepsi tidak selamanya berujung pada implementasi, faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi implementasi adalah posisi (posisi tawar) divisi CSR dalam perusahaan. Implementasi CSR PT Pertamina (Persero) banyak diwarnai oleh kepentingan bisnis perusahaan.

This paper discusses about perception of managers regarding connection with CSR implementation Pertamina (Persero). This paper also discusses some factors that can affect the perception of managers and CSR Implementation using Giddens Theory of Structuration. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interview, observation and document study. The result of this research found that managers view CSR as potential in developing business, techniques in risk management of business, and as way of creating shared value between campanies and communities. The perception is formed of several factors that are structural and agencies. Structural factors such as the culture of competition, ISO 26000, and the type of dominant companies provide variations in perception of managers. On agencies factors such as history of education, work experience, and relationhips managers outside the company give more information about variation CSR implementation. Percepsion is not always lead to implementation. Affecting factors on implementation is the position (bargaining) CSR division within the company. CSR Implementation of Pertamina (Persero) is required by the business interests of the company."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai hubungan antara implementasi CSR PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. dab dinamika konflik di antara komunitas lokal dan korporasi yang dilihat dari persepsi warga kelurahan Puspanegara. Variabel persepsi implementasi CSR sebagai variabel independen dilihat dari beberapa dimensi, yakni persiapan implemenasi CSR, pelaksanaan implementasi CSR, dan monitoring implementasi CSR. Sementara itu, pada persepsi dinamika konflik sebagai variabel dependen, dilihat dari beberapa dimensi, yakni bentuk dan eskalasi konflik, intensitas konflik, peran aktor dan lembaga dalam konflik, dan karakteristik lokal. Untuk melihat implementasi CSR tersebut secara lebih spesifik, peneliti melihat persepsi implementasi CSR Indocement dari 5 aspek yang memang sudah dicanangkan oleh Indocement itu sendiri. 5 aspek tersebut adalah CSR di bidang Ekonomi, CSR di bidang Pendidikan, CSR di bidang Kesehatan, CSR di bidang Sosbudagor (Sosial, Budaya, Agama, dan Olahraga), dan CSR di bidang Keamanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey kepada sejumlah responden yang ditarik secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan multi-state random sampling pada kelurahan Puspanegara. Kriteria responden yang dipilih adalah mereka yang memiliki peran sebagai suami atau istri dalam suatu keluarga (KK).
Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dari implementasi CSR, warga Kelurahan Puspanegara mempersepsikan implementasi CSR Indocement sudah baik dalam bidang Sosbudagor dan Kesehatan, kemudian pada bidang Pendidikan dipersepsikan sedang, pada bidang ekonomi dipersepsikan kurang baik dan pada Bidang keamanan dipersepsikan tidak baik atau buruk karena tidak terlihat. Oleh sebab itu Implementasi CSR Indocement secara keseluruhan bernilai rendah. Di sisi lain, dari persepsi komunitas lokal, Dinamika konflik di antara Indocement dan warga kelurahan Puspanegara cenderung bernilai rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan Indocement telah menyelesaikan penyebab konflik utamanya yaitu polusi debu dengan memasang alat yang bernama electrostatic precipitator.

This study discusses The Relation between PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa's CSR Implementation and The Dynamics of conflict between local communities and corporation which viewed from the perception of residents on Puspanegara village. The variable perception of CSR implementation as independent variable seen from several dimensions. Namely, the preparation of CSR implementation, the execution of CSR implementation, and the monitoring of the CSR implementation. Meanwhile, in the perception of the dynamics of conflict as the dependent variable, seen from several dimensions. namely the shape and the escalation of the conflict, the intensity of the conflict, the role of actors and institutions in conflict, and local characteristics. Then, with the aim to assess the CSR implementation more specifically, researchers examined the perception of Indocement's CSR implementation by 5 aspects that had been declared by Indocement itself. Those 5 aspects are, CSR in Economics, CSR in Education, CSR in Health, CSR in Sosbudagor (Social, Cultural, Religion, and Sport), and CSR in Security aspect. This study used quantitative research method to survey the number of respondents were randomly drawn by using multi-state random sampling technique on Puspanegara village. respondents selected criteria are those who have a role as husband or wife in a family according to their KK (Kartu Keluarga).
The findings showed that the recidents of Puspanegara Village perceived that implementation of CSR in Indocement has been good in the Sosbudagor and Health aspects, then on education aspect is being perceived as medium, in the economic aspect is being perceived as good-less and in the security aspect is being perceived as not good or bad because it is not too visible . Therefore, Indocement CSR implementation overall tend in low category. On the other side, from the perception of local communities, dynamics of the conflict between Indocement and Puspanegara villagers tend low. It is because Indocement has solved the main causes of the conflict, namely dust pollution by installing a device called an electrostatic precipitator.

Laporan ini membahas penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check pada PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). Metode pengukuran dari Corporate Social Responsibility Health Check terdiri dari aspek input, output, outcome, dan impact serta pengukuran business value dan social value yang diciptakan dari
program CSR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa program CSR PGN telah berhasil menciptakan dampak bagi masyarakat walaupun dampak bagi bisnis PGN sendiri masih rendah. Hasil pengukuran akan diikuti oleh rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja program CSR PGN sekaligus penciptaan dampak dari program CSR di masa depan.

Kalbe Farma Tbk. yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri farmasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap pelaksanaan CSR di PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. berdasarkan teori Hendeberg?s CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. sebagian besar telah meliputi kriteria-kriteria dari Hendeberg's CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line.

"The purpose of this study is to understand what are the driving factors and focuses of CSR implementation by family businesses in Indonesia, Japan and Thailand. We investigated how these countries differ and are similar to one another. An in depth literature review was conducted which was also analyzed using NVivo; We also conducted in depth interview with several family businessmen from Indonesia and Japan to gain more insight regarding the topic. The result show that culture religion moral and ethics as the driving factors for these family businesses They all focus their CSR program on education community and the environment. Although all countries were similar they each had their own uniqueness and characteristics.

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk memahami apa saja motivating drivers dan fokus pelaksanaan CSR oleh perusahaan keluarga di Indonesia, Jepang dan Thailand. Kami menganalisa apa saja persamaan dan perbedaan negara negara ini Pene litian ini melibatkan in depth literature review dan juga analisa menggunakan NVivo. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan wawancara dengan pelaku perusahaan keluarga untuk menggali lebih dalam informasi perihal topik studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kultur agama moral dan ethics sebagai driving factors untuk perusahaan keluarga Semua perusahaan keluarga memfokuskan program CSR mereka terhadap pendidikan komunitas dan lingkungan hidup Meskipun semua Negara memiliki kesamaan tetapi mereka juga memiliki."
