"ABSTRAKDengan adanya Undang Undang No. 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik maka masyarakat dapat menggunakan hak nya untuk mengakses informasi publik kepada Badan Publik salah satunya adalah Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia. Undang Undang Keterbukaan Publik merupakan salah satu dari bagian kehumasan yang tak terpisahkan serta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Good Goverannce bagi Badan Publik itu sendiri sehingga citra yang ditimbulkan kepada masyarakat akan menjadi potifi dan lebih baik. Dalam makalah ini akan dibahas bagaimana peran Humas Hubungan Masyarakat dan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi PPID Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia dalam menjalankan fungsi kehumasan serta mengimplementasikan UU No. 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik serta mengaitkan dengan konsep kehumasan dan Good Governance.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan penyimpanan berbasis cloud dalam mengelola arsip pribadi digital bagi mahasiswa UI yang melaksanakan tugas akhir. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara, dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengorganisasian penyimpanan awan dalam pengelolaan arsip digital oleh mahasiswa UI yang melaksanakan tugas akhir menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa sudah terbiasa menggunakan penyimpanan awan. Namun, pengelolaan arsip digital yang dilakukan cenderung sederhana, terutama saat memasuki dunia perkuliahan. Mahasiswa lebih fokus pada tahap penyimpanan file dengan aman dan kemudahan akses di penyimpanan awan, tanpa mengacu pada pengelolaan arsip yang lebih lanjut. Tahap-tahap pengelolaan yang dilakukan meliputi inisiasi, identifikasi, kategori sementara, pemeriksaan atau perbandingan, pemilihan, modifikasi atau penciptaan, hingga tahap kategori. Semua tahapan ini saling terkait satu sama lain. Pengelolaan arsip pribadi digital mahasiswa disesuaikan dengan pengetahuan dan kepentingan arsip masing-masing mahasiswa

This study aims to analyze the use of cloud-based storage in managing digital personal archives for UI students who are completing their final projects. The research was conducted qualitatively through interviews, with data analysis methods using thematic analysis. Data collection took place in May 2024. The results of the study show that the organization of cloud storage in managing digital archives by UI students working on their final projects indicates that students are accustomed to using cloud storage. However, the management of digital archives tends to be simple, especially when they first enter university. Students focus more on securely storing files and easy access in cloud storage, without referring to more advanced archive management. The stages of management carried out include initiation, identification, temporary categorization, examination or comparison, selection, modification or creation, and categorization. All these stages are interconnected. The management of students' digital personal archives is tailored to each student's knowledge and archival needs"
