This study researches the factors influencing parental decisions in choosing an Islamic savings account for their children. This study uses Conjoint Analysis, a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to predict how users will respond to produced qualities (attributes) for goods or services. The results are a ranking of 6 factors (attribute) based on importance, the factors chosen through a discussion with banking experts. Each factor’s category (level) is similarly defined and ranked. The resulting ranking of factors are: Withdrawal Fee, Underbalance Penalty, Utility Limit, Minimum Deposit, Minimum Balance, and Transfer Fee."
