Siri? na pacce sebagai bagian dari nilai budaya yang ikut memengaruhi corak
perilaku orang Makassarmenjadi hal yang tidak terpisahkan dalam sistem
manajemen dan pelayanan keperawatan. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai implikasi dari caring of nursing, sehingga pemberian pelayanan tetap berpusat pada kebutuhan klien. Tujuan penelitian kualitatif etno-fenomenologi ini untuk memahami makna pengalaman orang Makassar menerima pelayanan keperawatan di RSUD Syekh Yusuf, Kabupaten Gowa. Sumber data adalah 4 partisipan dan 4 key informant. Lima tema yang dihasilkan: 1) Manifestasi nilai siri? na pacce saat dirawat; 2) Meyakini konsep dan perilaku sehat-sakit melalui pendekatan naturalistik dan personalistik; 3) Mengharapkan sikap perawat yang lebih caring dan komunikatif; 4) Sikap caring perawat dapat membuat nyaman dan perasaan sembuh lebih cepat; 5) Merasa puas dengan perawatan di Rumah Sakit dari aspek pelayanan, SDM, dan biaya. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan kepada praktisi manajemen keperawatan untuk mempertimbangkan nilai siri? na pacce dan perilaku sehatsakit orang Makassar dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan.

ABSTRACT
Siri' na pacce as a part of the cultural values that influenced behavior of
Macassarese become integral in the management system and nursing services. This is done as the implications of caring in nursing, so it remains centered on the service delivery needs of the client. The purpose of this qualitative research of ethno-phenomenological study is understanding the meaning of the experience of Macassarese receiving nursing care in hospitals Syekh Yusuf, Gowa. There were 4 participants and 4 key informants. There are five themes: 1) Manifestation value of siri 'na pacce while being treated; 2) Believing the concept and health-illness behavioral through naturalistic and personalistic approach; 3) Expect more caring and communicative from nurses; 4) Caring of nursing makes comfortable and feeling well faster; 5) Feeling satisfied with the treatment at the Hospital on its services, human resources, and costs. This research recommends for nursing management practitioners to consider the value of siri 'na pacce and healthillness behavior of Macassarese in the provision of nursing services"

"ABSTRAK
Proses pencapaian standar pelayanan keperawatan yang optimal membutuhkan suatu kontrol agar dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Supervisi klinik keperawatan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan sebagai kontrol dan monitoring terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Dukungan manajer keperawatan dan staf perawat menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas supervisi klinik keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas supervisi klinik keperawatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain Cross Sectional dengan sampel 108 perawat pelaksana yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convienience sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tuntutan kognitif dengan efektivitas supervisi klinik keperawatan r=0,296, p=0,002 . Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu variabel tuntutan kognitif dapat memprediksi efektivitas supervisi klinik keperawatan sebesar 8,7 . Rumah sakit diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kognitif perawat melalui kegiatan seperti diskusi refleksi, brainstorming, program pelatihan, dan peningkatan pendidikan.Kata Kunci: efektivitas, mutu, supervisi klinik keperawatan, tuntutan kognitif

ABSTRACT
The process of achieving the optimal standard of nursing services requires a control to be executed in accordance with predetermined quality standards. Supervision of nursing clinics is an activity undertaken as control and monitoring of nursing service quality. Support of nursing managers and nursing staff becomes important to improve the effectiveness of nursing clinic supervision. This study aims to identify factors that affect the effectiveness of nursing clinic supervision. The research method used Cross Sectional design with sample 108 implementing nurses selected using convienience sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear correlation and regression test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between cognitive demands and the effectiveness of nursing clinic supervision r 0.296, p 0.002 . The conclusion of this research is the variable of cognitive demand can predict the effectiveness of nursing clinic supervision equal to 8,7 . Hospitals are expected to optimize activities that can improve nursing cognition through activities such as reflection discussions, brainstorming, training programs, and educational improvement. "Kinerja perawat sangat penting dalam mencapai kualitas pelayanan. Keselamatan pasien dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan pada 200 perawat yang dipilih menggunakan metode stratifikasi random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang diisi oleh perawat. Data dimasukkan ke dalam perangkat lunak pengolahan data statistik dan melakukan analisis regresi logistik berganda. Riset ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana adalah motivasi kerja, persepsi perawat terhadap penerapan metode tim, lama kerja dan tingkat pendidikan p.

Nurse performance is vital to quality patient care outcomes. Improvements in patient safety can be achieved by improving nurse performance. The purpose of this study is to analys factor affecting performance of nurses working in Hospitals. The study desing using cross sectional approach was conducted on 200 nurses. The study participants selected using stratification random sampling method. The data was collected using structured questionaires filled by nurses. The data was conducted multivariable logistic regression analysis. This research concludes that factors related to the performance of nurses are work motivation, nurse 39 s perception on the application of team method, length of work and education level p."

Resiko yang muncul akibat adanya burnout, turnover intention, dan rendahnya kinerja perawat yaitu tidak efektifnya asuhan keperawatan pasien yang dapat menurunkan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak kompetensi manajerial case manager terhadap burnout, turnover intention, dan kinerja perawat. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional di tiga rumah sakit dengan 235 responden. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial case manager dengan burnout, turnover intention,dan kinerja perawat. Alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas alur pasien yaitu mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi case manager. Perlu adanya peningkatan kompetensi case manager melalui internalisasi peran dan fungsi manajerial case manager serta pendidikan informal maupun formal untuk dapat menurunkan burnout, turnover intention, dan kinerja perawat. Greatest risk arising from burnout, turnover intention, and the low performance of nurses is ineffective nursing care which can reduce the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to identified impact of managerial competence of nurse case manager on burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance. Research method used in this research was cross sectional design in three hospitals with 235 respondents. The results from analysis indicate that there is a relationship between managerial competence case manager with burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance. Alternative solutions to improve the effectiveness of the patient care is to optimize the role and function of the case manager. There needs to be increased case manager competence through internalization of the role and function of managerial case manager and informal and formal education to reduce burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance. "Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dapat menimbulkan insiden keselamatan pasien. Pelaksanaan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang belum optimal berkaitan dengan human error (beban kerja, pemanfaatan waktu dan sumber daya manusia, dan pembagian beban kerja yang belum sesuai). Dibutuhkan kemampuan perawat primer/ketua tim sebagai lini terdepan dalam pemberian asuhan melalui pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 160 perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara total sampling pada salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien (p 0,001; OR 4,302 2,215-8,356). Bidang Keperawatan membuat perencanaan capaian indikator mutu melalui pelaksanaan SKP yang belum optimal.  Kepala ruangan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap  pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang dilakukan perawat primer/ketua tim.

Patient safety is an indicator of service quality that has an impact on patient satisfaction. Non-compliance with the application of patient safety could lead to incidents of patient safety. The implementation of patient safety that is not optimal is related to human error (workload, utilization of time and human resources, and the division of workload that is not appropriate). It takes the ability of the primary nurse / team leader as the frontline in providing care through the implementation of effective delegation. This study aims to identify the relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety. The study design was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken on 160 nurses with a total sampling method at one hospital in Jakarta. The analysis was done by chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety (p 0.001; OR 4.302; CI 2.215-8.356) Director of Nursing makes planning the achievement of quality indicators through the implementation of patient safety goals that is not optimal The head manager monitoring and evaluation implementation of the delegations carried out by the primary nurse / team leader."
