"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbandingan terapi,toksisitas dan kesintasan
hidup. Pasien predominan usia antara 40-60 tahun (81,7%),Karsinoma sel skuamosa (78,8%),
diffrensiasis sedang (63,5%), stadium III B (68,3%), dan ukuran tumor > 4 cm (62,5%)
Kemoradiasi merupakan terapi yang umumnya dilakukan. Karbogen ( karbon dioksida 2%

"ABSTRAK
Kanker merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu perhatian dunia.
Perbedaan jenis dan stadium kanker mempengaruhi terapi pengobatan seperti operasi,
radiasi, kemoterapi, terapi hormone, terapi kekebalan dan terapi yang ditargetkan. Terapi
yang paling sering dilakukan adalah kemoterapi. Namun secara global, layanan terhadap
manajemen kemoterapi belum maksimal, baik dari intern Rumah Sakit maupun
pelayanan terhadap pasien. Dengan memanfaatkan pesatnya berkembangan teknologi,
maka layanan manajemen kemoterapi berbasis web dan android dapat menjadi solusinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sebuah prototipe sistem
informasi manajemen kemoterapi yang berfungsi untuk menentukan jadwal kemoterapi
dan manajemennya yang berbasis web dan android sebagai layanan otomatis bagi
petugas kemoterapi dan pasiennya. Metode pengembangan system yang digunakan yaitu
prototyping yang didalamanya mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe,
pengujian prototipe, memperbaiki prototipe, dan mengembangkan versi produksi.
Analisis sistem dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan analisis PIECES
(Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). Hasil dari penelitian
ini adalah sebuah prototipe sistem informasi manejemen kemoterapi dengan
menggunakan aplikasi berbasis android maupun web. Aplikasi sistem informasi ini
digunakan antara pasien dengan dokter atau perawat sehingga dapat meningkatkan
pelayanan dan meminimalisir kekhawatiran efek samping yang dirasakan pasien. Jadwal
kemoterapi ditentukan secara otomatis dan pasien akan mendapatkan notifikasi ketika
mendekati jadwal kemoterapi tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ini sangat
bermanfaat bagi pasien dan tenaga kesehatan sehingga pelayanan kemoterapi dapat
terkontrol oleh sistem informasi manajemen ini.

ABSTRACT
Cancer is a non-communicable disease that is one of the world's attentions. Different
types and stages of cancer affect treatment therapies such as surgery, radiation,
chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immune therapy and targeted therapies. While the most
frequent therapy is chemotherapy. But globally, the service to chemotherapy
management has not been maximal, either from internal hospital or patient service. By
leveraging the rapid development of technology, web-based and android-based
chemotherapy management services can be the solution. This study aims to design and
create a prototype chemotherapy management information system that serves to
determine chemotherapy and management schedule based web and android as an
automatic service for chemotherapy officers and patients. The system development
method used is prototyping which includes identification of needs, prototype
manufacture, prototype testing, prototype fixing, and developing production version.
While to identify the system needs done by qualitative method using PIECES analysis
(Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service). The result of this
research is a prototype information system of chemotherapy management using android
and web based application. This information system application is used between patients
with doctors or nurses so as to improve services and minimize concerns of perceived side
effects. The chemotherapy schedule is automatically determined and the patient will get
a notification when approaching the chemotherapy schedule. Overall, this application is
very useful for patients and health personnel, so it is expected that chemotherapy services
can be controlled by this management information system."
