"Tesis ini membahas mengenai Analisis dan Implementasi Sistem Integrasi Bisnis Proses Pada Perusahaan Jasa Konsultan. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Indonesia dengan penelitian kualitatif dan proses pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan uji coba. Perusahaan konsultan membagi pekerjaan dalam bentuk proyek-proyek sesuai dengan jumlah klien. Proses bisnis yang terintegrasi ke setiap proyek sangat penting untuk mendukung kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Dampak dari sistem yang tidak terintegrasi akan mengurangi efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam bisnis Selain itu, manajemen harus mengetahui informasi perkembangan kegiatan proyek secara realtime, terperinci dan tepat waktu agar manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Maka dari itu, optimalisai proses bisnis sistem perusahaan perlu diperhatikan agar proses bisnis perusahaan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengoptimalisasikan prosedur sistem sebelum memperoleh proyek, implementasi proyek dan proyek selesai dan memberikan rekomendasi mengenai penyusunan sistem yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis tersebut.
This thesis discusses the Analysis and Implementation of Business Process Integration System at Consulting Services Company. This study took the case of a consulting services company in Indonesia with qualitative research and data collection process through observation, interviews and data collection. The consulting firm divides the work in the form of projects according to the number of clients. Integrated business processes for each project are essential to support project implementation and prompt, precise and accurate decision-making. The impact of an unintegrated system will reduce the effectiveness and efficiency in the business decision-making process. In addition, management must be aware of real-time, detailed and timely development of project activities so that management can make decisions readily, properly and accurately. Therefore, optimization business process system of the company needs to be considered for the process bisnus company to be effective and efficient. In this study the authors will optimize the system procedures before obtaining the project, project implementation and the project is completed and provide recommendations on the preparation of systems related to the business process."

"Organisasi pada era sekarang ini seiring dengan meningkatnya transparansi dan mulai bertumbuhnya pengaruh dari generasi milenial telah mengubah cara kita bekerja, cara kita mengelola suatu pekerjaan, dimana kita bekerja, bagaimana kita mengatur sebuah pekerjaan dan bagaimana kita berkomunikasi. Hal ini membuat organisasi sekarang harus lebih adaptif pada perkembangan zaman dan lebih memperhataikan tren dari generasi milenial yang mulai masuk dalam lingkungan pekerjaan di masa yang akan datang salah satu contohnya adalah dengan menerapkan fun at work. Penelitian ini akan meneliti mengenai hubungan antara Fun at work terhadap variabel organizational citizenship behavior dan creative performance dengan dimediasi oleh variabel work engagement dengan metode SEM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang akan digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan target responden penelitian sebanyak 250 karyawan.

This makes the organization nowadays should be more adaptive to the time change and more concern to the trend of the millenial generation that began to enter the work environment in the future. One of the example is to apply fun at work. This study will examine the relationship between Fun at work to organizational citizenship behavior and creative performance variables with mediated by work engagement variable with SEM method. This research is a quantitative research with data collection technique using questionnaire. The sampling technique that will be used is purposive sampling technique with 250 respondent research target."

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. Kekuatan dengan motivasi tinggi dan kompitmen dalam suatu organisasi menggambarkan budaya organisasi. Manajer bertanggung jawab atas kinerja stafnya. Kepala ruangan adalah tenaga keperawatan yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan kegiatan pelayanan keperawatan diruang perawatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya organisasi dan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 209 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tiga rumah sakit di Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil. Nilai signifikansi hubungan budaya organisasi dan kinerja p<0.001, dan hubungan pelaksnaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dan kinerja p<0.05. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Rekomendasi diperlukan sosialisasi mengenai visi dan misi organisasi untuk mengarahkan perawat pelaksana dalam mengoptimalkan kinerjanya. Peningkatan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepapa ruangan akan membantu memaksimalkan pemahaman mengenai budaya organisasi.
ABSTRACTBackground. Strength with high motivation and commitment in organizational organization. The manager is responsible for the performance of his staff. Outside heads are responsible actions to develop and control nursing care activities in the care setting. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between work and task implementation with nurse executor. Method used is cross sectional approach with 209 respondents. The study was successful in three hospitals in Central Sulawesi. Results. The value of significance of organizational relations and performance p <0.001, and relationship head management functions implementation and performance p <0.05. Conclusion There is a relationship between the organization and the performance of the implementing nurse. There is a relationship between the task performed with the performance of the nurse. Recommendations are needed for the socialization of the organization's vision and mission to direct the implementing nurse in its performance performance. Improve the management functions of the need for understanding."
