"Komitmen perubahan diperlukan untuk mencapai efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara jarak kekuasaan (power distance) dan komitmen perubahan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melihat hubungan jarak kekuasaan (power distance) terhadap ketiga dimensi komitmen perubahan, yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, dan komitmen normatif. Pengukuran jarak kekuasaan menggunakan Global Culture and Leadership Scale dan komitmen perubahan menggunakan Commitment to Change Inventory. Hasil perhitungan dari 164 responden, menunjukkan bahwa jarak kekuasaan memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan komitmen perubahan, r=-651, p< .01, lebih spesifik lagi hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa jarak kekuasaan memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan komitmen afektif perubahan r=-476, p< .01, komitmen kontinuan perubahan r=-547, p< .01, dan komitmen normatif perubahan, r=-594, p< .01. Berdasarkan hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar jarak kekuasaan dalam organisasi maka komitmen perubahan individu akan semakin rendah.

Commitment to change is required to achieve organizational effectiveness. This study was conducted to see the relationship between power distance and commitment to change. In addition, this study also tries to identify the effects of power distance to the three dimensions of commitment to organizational change. This research used Global Culture and Leadership Scale and Commitment to Change Inventory for Commitment to change. The results from 164 respondent showed that power distance has negative significant correlation with commitment to change, r=-.651, p<.01. Specifically, results showed that power distance has negative significant correlation with affective commitment to change r=-476, p< .01; continuance commitment to change r=-547, p< .01; normative commitment to change r=-594, p< .01. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the lower the power distance in organization, the higher individual commitment to change."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh positif dari desentralisasi, koordinasi, adaptability culture, knowledge exchange dan member perceived LMX terhadap 3 dimensi commitment to change. Dalam penelitian ini, proses pengumpulan data menggunakan survey/kuisioner. Objek penelitian kali ini adalah 119 orang asisten manajer/junior manajer dan supervisor di salah satu BUMN bidang transportasi yang sedang mengalami perubahan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode general linear model (GLM) pada SPSS versi 22, penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa koordinasi berpengaruh positif terhadap 3 affective, continuance dan normative commitment to change. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa adaptability culture dan adaptability culture memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap affective dan normative commitment to change. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pola interaksional dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dalam proses perubahan organisasi untuk meningkatkan komitmen karyawan pada perubahan organisasi tersebut.

This study contains the impact of decentralization, coordination, adaptability culture, knowledge exchange and member perceived LMX to employee commitment to change. The process of collecting data in this research with survey questionaire. Object of this study is 119 assistant manager/junior managers and supervisors at one of the state-owned company in transporttasi field that is undergoing organizational change. By using the general linear models (GLM) in SPSS version 22, this research showed that coordination has positive influence on affective, continuance and normative commitment to change. In addition, this study also showed that adaptability culture and member percived LMX has a positive influence on affective and normative commitment to change. Thus, this study found that interactional patterns required by the company in the process of organizational changes to improve employee commitment.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh komunikasi perubahan,
rasa percaya pada manajemen dan sinisme rekan kerja terhadap sinisme
perubahan kemudian pengaruh sinisme perubahan terhadap intensi untuk menolak
perubahan di lingkungan instansi pemerintah, yaitu unit kerja ABC dan DEF
organisasi XYZ. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai negeri sipil di
dua unit kerja tersebut dengan jumlah 167 orang. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan data yang diperoleh diolah dengan
menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi perubahan dan sinisme rekan kerja berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap sinisme perubahan, sedangkan rasa percaya pada manajemen
tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap sinisme perubahan.
Selanjutnya sinisme perubahan terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap
intensi untuk menolak perubahan.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to investigate the effect of change communication,
trust in management and cynicism of colleagues on change-specific cynicism,
which, in turn, lead to intention to resist change in public sector, which is unit
ABC and DEF at organization XYZ. Respondents of this research are civil
servants on both units counted to 167 people. Quantitative method is used as the
research method which the data were analyzed using Structural Equation
Modelling (SEM). The results show that change communication and cynicism of
colleagues has significant effect on change-specific cynicism, while trust in
management could not be proven has significant effect on change-specific
cynicism. Then change-specific cynicism has significant effect on intention to
resist change."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kematangan Unit Layanan Pengadaan ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kematangan ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat. Tujuan pertama dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Project Management Process Maturity PM 2 Model dari Kwak Ibbs. Adapun tujuan kedua dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor individual, prosedural, dan organisasional sebagaimana dikemukakan Attafar, dkk. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah postpositivisme. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Validitas data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematangan ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat berada pada level 1 ad hoc. Hal itu karena faktor organisasional masih kurang mendukung, meskipun faktor individual dan prosedural sudah cukup baik. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi dirumuskan bagi peningkatan level kematangan ULP Kementerian Agama Pusat dan pengelolaan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan level kematangan tersebut.

This thesis aims to analyze the maturity level of procurement service unit of Ministry of Religion and analyze factors that affect the maturity of the unit. This thesis applies theory of Project Management Process Maturity PM 2 Model by Kwak Ibbs to analyze the first objective and theory of Attafar, et al. that explain three factors, each of them as individual, procedural, and organizational factor to analyze the second objective. Research approach applies post positivism. Data were collected through interviews and document study. This research applies data analysis technique model by Miles and Huberman. Triangulation is method of data validity. The results show that the maturity of procurement service unit of Ministry of Religion is at level 1 ad hoc. It was because of organizational support is still lacking, although individual and procedural factor good enough. Therefore, recommendations are formulated to improve maturity level of the procurement service unit and manage the factors that influence it, so that it can support the improvement of the maturity level."

"Analisis Pengaruh Readiness for Change terhadap Resistance to Change Karyawan dalam Proses Perubahan Organisasi Studi Kasus: BPJS Kesehatan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh negatif dari individual readiness for change dan organizational readiness for change terhadap resistance to change. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online. Objek penelitian ini adalah 3634 karyawan BPJS Kesehatan dengan masa kerja lebih dari setahun. Melalui metode Structural Equation Modelling, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individual readiness for change memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap resistance to change kemudian individual readiness for change dan organizational readiness for change memiliki korelasi signifikan satu sama lain.

Analysis of The Effect of Readiness for Change on Employee Resistance to Change in Organizational Change Processes Case Study BPJS Kesehatan This study aims to understand the negative effects of individual readiness for change and organizational readiness for change against resistance to change. The process of collecting data in this study using survey methods by distributing the online questionnaire. The object of this study was 3634 BPJS Kesehatan employees with a working period of more than a year. Using the Structural Equation Modeling method, the results showed that individual readiness for change has a positive influence on resistance to change then individual readiness for change and organizational readiness for change have significant correlation with each other organizational change readiness for change resistance to change Structural Equation Modelling, BPJS Kesehatan
