"Lansia akan mengalami penurunan dan perubahan pada berbagai aspek, dan ketika lansia mampu menyesuaikan diri terhadap perubahan akan mencapai integritas diri namun bila tidak mampu menyesuaikan dapat menyebabkan keputusasaan hingga depresi. Terapi kelompok terapeutik (TKT) merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan tahap dan tugas perkembangan psikososial pada lansia dan psikoedukasi keluarga (FPE) merupakan terapi kepada keluarga untuk membantu dalam perawatan lansia. Tujuan karya ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kelompok terapeutik dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap integritas diri dan depresi pada lansia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu operational research dengan menggunakan TKT dan FPE untuk mencapai integritas dan mencegah depresi bagi lansia. Responden dari kegiatan ini ditentukan secara purpose sampling dan sampel kegiatan ini sejumlah 34 lansia dimana 19 mendapatkan TKT dan FPE kemudian 15 lansia mendapatkan TKT. Hasilnya setelah diberikan terapi TKT dan FPE terdapat peningkatan integritas diri tidak signifikan (p value >0,05) dan penurunan tingkat depresi lansia secara signifikan (p value <0,05). Pada kelompok dengan TKT terdapat penurunan tingkat depresi secara signifikan (p value <0,05) dan peningkatan integritas diri tidak signifikan (p value >0,05). Terdapat perbedaan tidak signifikan (p value >0,05) antara kelompok yang diberikan terapi TKT dan FPE dengan kelompok yang diberikan TKT.

The elderly will experience a decline and change in various aspects, and when the elderly are able to adapt to changes they will achieve self-integrity, but if they are not able to adjust, they can lead to despair and depression. Therapeutic group therapy (TKT) is a therapy taken to prepare for the stages and tasks of psychosocial development in the elderly and family psychoeducation (FPE) is a therapy for families to assist in the care of the elderly. The purpose of this scientific work is to determine the effect of therapeutic group therapy and family psychoeducation on self-integrity and depression in the elderly. The research design used is operational research using TKT and FPE to achieve integrity and prevent depression for the elderly. Respondents from this activity were determined by purpose sampling and the sample of this activity was 34 elderly, of which 19 received TKT and FPE, then 15 elderly received TKT. The result, after being given TKT and FPE therapy, there was an insignificant increase in self-integrity (p value > 0.05) and a significant decrease in the level of depression in the elderly (p value < 0.05). In the group with TKT there was a significant decrease in the level of depression (p value <0.05) and an insignificant increase in self-integrity (p value> 0.05). There was no significant difference (p value > 0.05) between the group given TKT and FPE therapy and the group given TKT"

"This study aimed to determine the effect of septoplasty on functional outcomes and physical fitness level.Seventeen patients (mean age = 27.52 ± 7.77 years) with obvious nasal septal deviations (NSDs) were enrolled in the study. All patients underwent a detailed otorhinolaryngologic examination, and the functional movement skills and physical fitness level were evaluated before operation and 6 months after the operation. functional outcomes were assessed using the timed up and go test and timed up and down stairs test. The physical fitness level of patients was assessed using 6-min walking test (6-mWT), muscle strength tests, muscle endurance tests, flexibility tests, agility test, speed tests, and balance tests. A significant improvement was observed in functional outcomes and most of physical fitness parameters after septoplasty operation (P < 0.05). These findings suggested a positive effect of septoplasty on the physical fitness level and functional outcomes, which could be an important point for the relationship of physical fitness level and functional outcomes with NSD."

"Manifestasi klinis anak dengan pneumonia adalah peningkatan produksi sputum yang kental, dan sulit dikeluarkan. Salah satu terapi suportif yang diberikan adalah fisioterapi dada. Fisioterapi dada diberikan untuk mengalirkan, mengeluarkan sekresi pada saluran pernapasan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui dampak fisioterapi dada terhadap status pernapasan (RR, HR, SpO2) anak balita pneumonia. Desain penelitian yang digunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan pre test dan post test without control. Methode consecutive sampling, dengan 35 jumlah responden di RSUD Wilayah Jakarta. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi pada RR, HR dan SpO2 dengan signifikansi p = 0.001. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan penelitian selanjutnya memakai sampel lebih banyak dan menggunakan desain time series pada fisioterapi dada.

Clinical manifestations of children with pneumonia is increased production of viscous sputum, and difficult to remove. One of supportive treatment given is chest physiotherapy. Chest physiotherapy is given to drain secretion in the respiratory tract. The purpose of this study to know the effect of chest physiotherapy on respiratory status (RR, HR, SpO2) children pneumonia. The study design used a quasi experimental with pre test and post test without control. Sampling methode is consecutive sampling, with 35 respondents in Jakarta Regional Hospital. Results of the analysis showed that there was a diffrence before and after intervention in RR, HR and SpO2 with significance p = 0.001. the results of the study recommends further research taking more samples and using time series design on chest physiotherapy."

"Latar Belakang. Industri sulam tapis merupakan industri informal khas Provinsi Lampung dengan proses kerjanya dilakukan secara tradisional yang membutuhkan ketelitian tinggi dan waktu lama 1-3 bulan . Proses menyulam dilakukan dengan posisi duduk tanpa sandaran punggung, sandaran lengan dan leher menunduk. Proses tersebut dilakukan dalam waktu lama sekitar 4-6 jam per hari sehingga mengakibatkan keluhan ketidaknyamanan pada bahu. Penelitian ini merancang kursi meja sulam kain tapis dengan pendekatan ergonomi agar tercapai postur kerja yang ideal, sehingga dapat mengurangi ketidaknyamanan bahu pada pekerja perempuan sulam tapis di Bandar Lampung.Metode. Desain eksperimen one group pre-post test dengan intervensi kursi meja sulam tapis selama 2 dua hari dalam 6 jam kerja/hari. Metode pengambilan data dengan cluster sampling n=22 di 2 industri tapis Bandar Lampung pada bulan Mei-Juni 2018.Hasil. Rerata skor VAS ketidaknyamanan bahu sebelum intervensi sebesar 5.48 0.64, sedangkan skor VAS selama 2 hari intervensi adalah 0.77 0.21. Penurunan skor VAS pra dan post intervensi sebesar 4,71 0,73 p< 0,001 .Kesimpulan. Terdapat penurunan rerata skala VAS ketidaknyamanan bahu yang bermakna antara pra dan post intervensi kursi meja sulam tapis selama 2 hari.

Background Tapis weaving is an informal sector industrial Lampung Province with a traditional method which need a high accuracy in a work process. It is need 1 ndash 3 months for made every sheet of tapis weaving. Weaving process doing by sitting without arm and back rest and bowing position. The duration for working is about 4 6 hours per day which caused a shoulder discomfort symptom. This study was to designed chair ndash table for tapis weaving by the ergonomic approach, aiming to reduce shoulder discomfort among female tapis weaving workers at Bandar Lampung.Methods One group pre post test examination design, intervention using chair table tapis weaving for 2 days in 6 hours day. Cluster sampling method data n 22 from 2 industrial sectors of tapis weaving in May ndash June 2018.Results Pre intervention mean of Visual Analog Scale VAS score for shoulder discomfort is 5.48 0.64, and mean post intervention is 0.77 0.21. "Ulkus kaki diabetik adalah komplikasi kronik diabetes melitus yang mengakibatkan kerusakan kulit yang dapat meluas ke tendon, otot, tulang atau persendian. Ulkus kaki, infeksi, neuroarthropati dan penyakit arteri perifer mengakibatkan gangren dan amputasi ekstremitas bagian bawah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ROM ankle terhadap proses penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik di rumah sakit di propinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen pre post test dengan kelompok kontrol, melibatkan 7 responden kelompok intervensi dan 7 responden kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability consecutive sampling.Penelitian ini menggunakan t test, diperoleh hasil adanya perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata skor penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol setelah dilakukan latihan ROM ankle (p= 0,001; α = 0,05 ). Demikian juga terbukti tidak ada hubungan antara lama sakit DM (p = 0,656 ; α = 0,05), GDN (p = 0,648 ; α = 0,05), GDPP (p = 0,883 ; α = 0,05) dan infeksi ulkus (p = 1,000; α = 0,05) dengan skor penyembuhan ulkus kaki diabetik.Peneliti memberikan saran agar latihan ROM ankle dapat diterapkan pada perawatan ulkus kaki diabetik sesuai dengan formula yang ada. Penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan dengan jenis gerakan yang lain, melibatkan tidak hanya sendi ankle. Selain itu dilakukan penelitian dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.

Diabetic foot ulcer is a chronic complication of diabetes melitus disease resulting in destructruction of skin that can spread to tendons, muscles, bones or joints. Foot ulcers, infections, neuroarthropati and peripheral arterial disease lead to gangrene and amputation of the lower extremities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ankle ROM exercises on the healing of diabetic foot ulcers in the hospital province of Lampung. This study used quasi-experimental design pre-post test with control group. This study recruited 7 respondents intervention group and 7 respondents control group by non probability consecutive sampling.

The t test result showed that there was a significant difference in the mean score of the healing of diabetic foot ulcers between the intervention and control group after ankle ROM exercise (p = 0.001; α = 0.05). There are no relationship among the illness period of DM (p = 0.656; α = 0.05), GDN (p = 0,648 ; α = 0,05), GDPP (p = 0,883 ; α = 0,05) and ulcers infection (p = 1.000; α = 0,05) with a score of healing diabetic foot ulcers.

The researcher suggested that ankle ROM exercises could be applied to the diabetic foot ulcers care in accordance with the existing formula. Further research needs to be done with other types of movement, involving not only the ankle joint, but also other parts of joints. In addition the study should be recruite a larger number of samples."
