"Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat belakangan ini menghasilkan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan atau Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) yang semakin canggih dan memasuki kehidupan manusia secara ekstensif. Saat ini telah bermunculan teknologi AI yang dapat membuat karya-karya seni seperti lukisan dan tulisan. Tidak jarang masyarakat kemudian memanfaatkan karya-karya seni buatan AI tersebut, baik untuk kepentingan pribadi maupun untuk kepentingan komersial yang menimbulkan manfaat ekonomi. Peristiwa ini menyebabkan timbulnya diskusi mengenai kedudukan karya seni yang dibuat oleh AI menurut Hukum Kekayaan Intelektual, baik di Indonesia maupun di negara-negara lain, seperti apakah karya tersebut dapat dilindungi Hak Cipta dan siapa Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Ciptanya. Penelitian ini menganalisis peristiwa pemanfaatan ekonomi atas karya seni buatan AI serta pihak-pihak yang berhak atas manfaat ekonomi tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dengan mempertimbangkan teknologi AI terdiri dari dua komponen yaitu data dan program, maka sejauh ini pemrogram yang memiliki kendali atas pemanfaatan ekonomi karya-karya seni yang dibuat oleh AI.

Recent rapid technological advancements have result in Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technology becoming increasingly sophisticated and entering human life extensively. Currently, AI technology has emerged that can create works of art such as paintings and writing. It is not uncommon for people to use works of art created by AI, both for personal interests and for commercial purposes that generate economic benefits. Such happening has led to discussions regarding the status of works of art created by AI according to Intellectual Property Law, both in Indonesia and in other countries, such as whether these works can be protected by copyright and who the creator or copyright holder is. This research analyzes the economic use of AI-made works of art as well as the parties entitled to these economic benefits. This research is normative research. In this research it was found that considering AI technology consists of two components, namely data and programs, so far the programmer has control over the economic use of AI-made works of art."

"Penjaminan mutu obat dalam proses distribusi dilakukan dengan menerapkan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL) merupakan salah satu Pedagang Besar Farmasi di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan CDOB dan Cara Distribusi alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) untuk menyalurkan produknya. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan pada PT. APL dalam proses pendistribusian obat yaitu atau pengambilan barang. Dalam proses pengambilan barang di APL cabang Bogor sering memakan waktu karena gudang yang sedang direnovasi dan menyimpan barang terlalu banyak. Dari latar belakang masalah yang terjadi, dilakukan inovasi perencanaan pembuatan metode vision pick dengan teknologi Artificial Intelligence untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses picking order.
Tugas khusus dilaksanakan secara daring. Dilakukan analisa masalah yang terdapat pada PT. APL cabang Bogor dengan melakukan diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan pihak PT. APL cabang Bogor. Dari masalah yang ditemukan kemudian dilakukan inovasi perancangan metode untuk menangani masalah yang terjadi.
Perencanaan inovasi metode vision pick dengan teknologi artificial intelligence telah dibuat dengan kerjasama pihak pengelola gudang yaitu apoteker penanggung jawab dengan divisi teknologi perusahaan. SAP harus diintegrasikan dengan teknologi kecerdasan buatan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan pengambilan barang sehingga proses distribusi di PT. APL lebih efisien.

Drug quality assurance in the distribution process is carried out by applying the Good Drug Distribution Method (CDOB). PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL) is one of the pharmaceutical wholesalers in Indonesia that has implemented CDOB and Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB) to distribute their products. One of the activities carried out at PT. APL is in the process of distributing drugs or taking goods. The process of picking up goods at the APL Bogor branch often takes time because the warehouse is being renovated and stores too many items. From the background of the problems, an innovation in planning the making of the vision pick method with Artificial Intelligence technology was carried out to increase the effectiveness of the order picking process.
Specific tasks are carried out online. Analysis of the problems in PT. APL Bogor branch by conducting discussions and questions and answers with PT. APL Bogor branch. From the problems found, an innovative design method was carried out to deal with the problems that occurred.
The vision pick method innovation plan with artificial intelligence technology has been made in collaboration with the warehouse manager, namely the pharmacist in charge with the company's technology division. SAP must be integrated with artificial intelligence technology to increase the speed of picking up goods so that the distribution process at PT. APL is more efficient.

"Jaringan internet selain mempercepat era informasi juga telah merevolusi kemampuan manusia dan juga mesin. Seiring perkembangan teknologi danmaraknya otomasasi, kecerdasan buatan (AI) mengusung ancaman signifikan terhadap diseminasi informasidi media digitaldan internet. Teknologi AI yang kian realistis dan sulit untuk terdeteksi menambah keprihatinan public terhadap potensi penyalahgunaan. Dengan itu, penelitian ini beragumen bahwa era pasca-kebenaran telah diakselerasi dengan munculnya kecerdasan buatan dan algoritmaprediksi yang berkemampuan untuh mengubahrealita dan persepsi. Teknologi hiper-realistis tersebut dapat membawa niatan jahat seperti memaksa dan mengintimidasi suatu individu atau organisasi, menyebarkan informasi palsu, sabotase, dan sebagainya;mengakibatkan runtuhnya keaslian dan kebenaran. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implikasi sosial, politik dan budaya dari manipulasi yang dihasilkan AI yang tersebar di media sosial dan internet.
The birth of the internet had accelerated the information age and revolutionized the capabilities of both man and machine. Digital media and the internet are now the facilitators of information. However, with rapid development towards automation, technology had now posed a significant threat to communication as artificial intelligence are now the perpetrators of the diffusion of misinformation. As the technology is increasingly realistic and undetectable, concerns are rising over its misuse. This paper argues that the world is heading towards a post-truth era with the emergence of artificial intelligence and predictive algorithm altering reality as we know it. Such hyper-realistic technology can host malicious intentions such as to coerce and intimidate an individual or organization, spread misinformation, sabotage, etc; resulting in the demise of authenticity and truth. This paper aims to explore the social and political implications of AI generated manipulations spread across social media and the internet.
