"Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Organisasi Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional dilatar belakangi oleh adanya tuntutan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi hukum sehingga mengharuskan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional melakukan Pengembangan Organisasi.
Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang dikemukakan oleh Cummings and Worley melalui pendekatan pada aspek strategi, teknologi, struktur, sumber daya manusia, sistem dan budaya dalam organisasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan staf di lingkungan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan merujuk pada pendapat informan dan didukung dengan teori-teori yang terkait dengan pengembangan organisasi.
Dari analisis hasil wawancara secara mendalam terhadap informan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Strategi, berupa visi, misi tujuan dan sasaran telah digunakan secara efektif dalam pedoman keija 2) pada aspek teknologi, masih terdapat kekurangoptimalan pada website yang dimiliki, hal ini terlihat dari kurang lengkapnya informasi yang ditampilkan 3) pada aspek Struktur, Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional belum mencerminkan pola kerja pendokumentasian yaitu pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian sehingga terjadi tumpang tindih pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan. 4) sedangkan Sistem kerja yang terjadi selama ini telah mencerminkan sistem kerja yang kondusif dimana setiap tugas dan kegiatan dikoordinasikan dengan baik antara bidang satu dengan bidang yang lain 5) Sumber Daya Manusia, jumlah yang ada sekarang ini dapat dikatakan memadai akan tetapi dari kualitas, sumber daya manusia harus ditingkatkan dalam upaya penyebaran informasi hukum, 6) Budaya kerja yang terjadi di Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional telah berjalan dengan baik dimana masing-masing individu dapat mengutarakan pendapatnya dan dengan kuat memegang komitmen untuk memajukan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional.
Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu adanya pembenahan pada struktur organisasi Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional dengan memperhatikan alur kerja pendokumentasian yaitu pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian, kemudian pada teknologi terutama pada website bphn.go.id harus segera dibenahi terutama kelengkapan konten atau muatan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas, pada sisi sumber daya manusia, diperlukan reward sebagai penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja agar pegawai benar-benar melaksanakan tugas terutama dalam penyebarluasan informasi hukum.

The research conceming the development of the organization of the centre of the documentation and national legal information background by the existence of the society demand in receiving legal information so as require the documentation center and legal information national conduct the organization development
The analysis that be used is the qualitative descriptive analysis with the approach that it is propose by Cummings and Worley through the approach in the aspect of the strategy, technology, the structure, human resources, the system and the culture in the organization, the informant in this research is the official and the staff in the Central environment of the documentation and legal information national, the data collection is carry out with the deep interview, whereas the analysis is carry out by referring in the informant 's opinion and being support with theories that are relate to the development of the organization.
From the analysis product by the interview in depth against the informant, could be conclude that 1) the strategy, took the form of the point of view, the aim mission and the target is us effectively in the work guide 2) in the aspect of technology, still is gotten less optimally in website that is had, this is seen from more incomplete him information that is put forward 3) in the aspect of the structure, the centre of the documentation and legal information national did not yet reflect the pattem of the work of the documenting that is the collection, the Processing and the presentation so as to the overlap in the implementation of the work happen.4) whereas the work system that happen unti 11 now reflect the conducive work system where each task and the activity is coordinate well between the field of one and the other field 5) human resources, this current available number could be said adequate but from the quality, human resources must be increase towards the spreading of legal information, 6) the work culture that happen i n the centre of the documentation and legal information national went well where respectively the individual could explain his opinion and powerfully hold commitment to move forward the centre of the documentation and legal information national
Results of the research suggest that needing the existence of the repairing to the structure of the organization of the centre of the documentation and legal information national by paying attention to the work channel of the documenting that is the collection, the processing and the presentation, afterwards in technology especially in website bphn, five, id immediately must be straighten out especially the completeness content or information cargo that could be access by the wider community, to the side of human resources, is need reward as the appreciation towards the achievement of the work so that the ofEcial really carries out the task especially in the spreading of legal Information.

"PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk. as the biggest state-owned bank in Indonesia must perform changes and its employees must continuously adapt to its environment in order to exist in its endeavour to be the best in the banking world. This quantitative research uses samples taken randomly from the population of the entire employees of Bank Mandiri central office located in Jakarta. The analysis of the data uses the regression design to perceive the influence of five disciplines of learning organization—i.e. personal mastery, shared vision, mental model, system thinking, and team learning—toward the competence improvement of Mandiri Bank Central Office’s employees in Jakarta, signified by motives, traits, self concept, knowledge, and skill. The result of the research shows that learning organization has a strong relation and a significant influence toward the competence improvement of the employees at Mandiri Bank Central Office in Jakarta.

"ABSTRAK
Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-undang nomor 30 tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris yang disahkan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2014 menentukan bahwa Notaris harus berhimpun dalam satu wadah organisasi notaris yang diharuskan berbentuk perkumpulan yang berbadan hukum yaitu Ikatan Notaris Indonesia INI . Beberapa orang berpendapat bahwa ketentuan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan UUD 1945. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian, yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan organisasi-organisasi notaris yang ada di Indonesia dengan adanya ketentuan bahwa notaris berhimpun dalam satu wadah organisasi notaris. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan secara yuridis normatif. Tahap penelitian terdiri atas penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumen dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa keberadaan INI sebagai wadah tunggal organisasi Notaris bertujuan agar pemerintah dapat lebih maksimal dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap organisasi yang ada, sedangkan organisasi Notaris lain selain INI hanya dianggap sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan.

ABSTRACT
Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2014 about Position of Notary, which was enacted on January 15th, 2014 assign Notary to come together in one provision of Notary Organization, which is the Indonesian Notary Organization. Some people say that this provision is not compatible to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945. Based on this, the author is interested to conduct a research to know the position of Notary Organizations in Indonesia with the existing provision. The research is descriptive analytical with normative juridical approach. The research phase consists of literature and field research. Data collection tehniques were conducted by document studies and interviews. Analytics are done using normative qualitative analysis method. Based on the results of the research, it can be argued that the existence of INI as a single container of all Notary Organizations is to maximize the government rsquo s supervision to existing organizations, while other Notary Organizations aside from INI are only seen as civic organizations."

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai masalah yang dihadapi oleh organisasi selama implementasi program yang ditinjau melalui landasan perencanaan strategis. Proses perencanaan strategis digunakan sebagai material penilaian akan masalah dan potensi sebagai bagian dari managemen organisasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang didesain secara deskriptif berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan di organisasi Global Green Growth Institute. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan bagaimana organisasi telah mengidentifikasi masalah yang mereka hadapi selama implementasi program dan melalui poses perencanaan strategis mampu mengidentifikasi masalah dan potensi yang dimilikinya disaat yang bersamaan pula diberikannya beberapa saran guna organisasi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dari implementasi programnya yang didasari oleh proses perencanaan strategis agar sesuai dengan komponen-komponen yang ada di dalam pemaparan teori perencanaan strategis pada sistem managemen organisasi.

ABSTRACT
This undergraduate thesis discusses the problem that organization face during program implementation that is review based on strategic planning approach. Strategic planning process is used as a material assessment of problem and potential as part of effective organizational management. This research is a qualitative research that is designed descriptively based on observation and interview conducted in Global Green Growth Institute organization. The results of this study describes how the organization has identify the problem that they have faced during program implementation and through strategic planning process are able to identify the problems and potentials it has at the same time also given some suggestions for the organization to improve the effectiveness of their program implementation based on strategic planning process to fit the components that exist in the presentation of the theory of strategic planning on the organization 39 s management system."
