"Cibinong merupakan kecamatan di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat yang diketahui memiliki kasus DBD paling banyak setiap tahun. Peningkatan kasus dan KLB DBD dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor salah satunya yaitu kurangnya peran serta masyarakat dalam pengendalian DBD, terutama pada kegiatan pemberantasan sarang nyamuk (PSN) dari kesadaran pribadi. Indikator keberhasilan dari PSN adalah ditemukannya Angka Bebas Jentik (ABJ) ≥ 95%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi PSN pada ibu rumah tangga di kecamatan Cibinong serta faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi meliputi pekerjaan, pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku ibu rumah tangga, penyuluhan, keaktifan jumantik, pemberian abate, dan jumlah konteiner. Desain penelitian cross-sectional dan jenis penelitian observasional. Sampel penelitian yaitu ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Cibinong sebanyak 125 orang. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian lainnya menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap penerapan PSN adalah penyuluhan, kader jumantik. Sedangkan hubungan yang tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan PSN adalah pendidikan, pengetahuan, dan sikap. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi penerapan PSN adalah penyuluhan dengan OR 93,615 (95% CI 12,174 ? 719,855).

Cibinong is a sub-district in Kabupaten Bogor, West Java which known to have the most dengue cases in every year. Increasing cases and outbreaks of DHF can be affected by many factors. One of them is lack of community participation of controlling DHF, especially on the activities of PSN (Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk) of personal awareness. Success indicator of PSN is found ABJ (Angka Bebas Jentik) > 95%.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect of PSN on housewife in Kecamatan Cibinong and factors that influence were job, knowledge, attitude, behavior of housewife, counseling, active jumantik, giving abate and the number of container.

Study design which is applied was cross-sectional and type of study was observational. Sample of research which was housewife in Cibinong sub-district is 125 people. In this research, analysis used chi-square and multiple logistic regression.

Other study showed a significant correlation to implementation of PSN were conselling, jumantik framework. While correlation insignificant toward implementation of PSN were education, knowledge and attitude. Factors the most influence of PSN implementation was conselling with OR 93,615 (95% CI 12,174 - 719, 855)."

"ABSTRAKHipertensi adalah komorbid utama namun sulit untuk dikelola pada pasien hemodialisis. Peran apoteker untuk meningkatkan hasil klinis pasien hemodialisis hipertensi perlu dievaluasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh konseling apoteker dalam menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada pasien hemodialisis hipertensi di unit hemodialisis Rumah Sakit Fatmawati Jakarta pada tahun 2018, dengan mengendalikan beberapa perancu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi- eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode consecutive sampling untuk 30 pasien dalam kelompok intervensi dan 28 pasien dalam kelompok kontrol. Konseling apoteker hanya dilakukan pada kelompok intervensi. Parameter yang digunakan adalah predialisis, intradialisis, dan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik postdialisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05) untuk tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik predialisis pada kelompok konseling. Berdasarkan analisis multivariat dengan metode backward, konseling apoteker ditemukan menjadi faktor yang paling menentukan dalam mengurangi tekanan darah sistolik predialisis (p < 0,05) yang dikontrol oleh pendidikan dan frekuensi hemodialisis. Konseling apoteker juga secara signifikan mengurangi tekanan darah diastolik predialisis (p < 0,05) dikontrol oleh jenis kelamin, tekanan darah intradialisis sistolik (p < 0,05) dikontrol oleh frekuensi hemodialisis, dan tekanan darah diastolik intradialisis (p < 0,05) dikontrol oleh usia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah konseling apoteker adalah faktor yapng paling menentukan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pra- dan intradialisis pada pasien hemodialisis dengan hipertensi.

ABSTRACTHypertension is a major comorbid yet difficult to manage in hemodialysis patients. Pharmacist's role to improve the clinical outcome of hypertensive hemodialysis patients needs to be evaluated. The study objective was to evaluate the effect of pharmacist counseling in lowering systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive hemodialysis patients in hemodialysis unit of Fatmawati Hospital Jakarta in 2018, by controlling some confounders. The study used a quasi-experimental with pretest- posttest design. The research sample was taken by consecutive sampling method for 30 patients in the intervention group and 28 patients in the control group. Pharmacist counseling was carried out only in the intervention group. The parameter used were predialysis, intradialysis, and postdialysis systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The results showed that there were significant differences in pretest and posttest (p < 0.05) for predialysis systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the counseling group. In multivariate analysis with backward method, pharmacist counseling was found to be the most determinant factor in reducing predialysis systolic blood pressure (p < 0.05) controlled by education and hemodialysis frequency. It also significantly reduced predialysis diastolic blood pressure (p < 0.05) controlled by gender, intradialysis systolic blood pressure (p < 0.05) controlled by hemodialysis frequency, and intradialysis diastolic blood pressure (p < 0.05) controlled by age. The conclusion of the study is pharmacist counseling was the most determinant factor in lowering pre- and intradialysis blood pressure in the hypertensive hemodialysis patient."
