"Perkembangan internet terutama perkembangan aplikasi Web 2 berbasis internet memungkinkan setiap orang berkomunikasi secara interaktif secara pribadi maupun komunitas. Perubahan ini membuat WOM tradisional beralih ke komunikasi elektronik Word of Mouth (eWOM). Komunikasi elektronik ini dilakukan melalui blog, forum, media sosial. Melalui media ini konsumen bertukar informasi tentang produk dan jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas argumen, kredibilitas sumber sebagai variabel eWOM pada media sosial terhadap kepercayaan merek pada industri body lotion Nivea. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuestioner kepada 120 Mahasiswi FISIP di Universitas Indonesia. Data dianalisa dengan regresi sederhana SPSS versi 16, dari uji data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil eWOM berpengaruh sebesar 63,2 %.

The development of the Internet, especially in internet-based Web application 2 allows anyone to communicate interactively in person or community. This change makes traditional WOM communication switch to electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM). Electronic communication is done through blogs, forums, social media. Through this media consumers exchange information about products and services.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of argument quality, source credibility as a variable eWOM in social media on brand trust in the industry Nivea body lotion. Data were obtained through questionnaires spread to 120 FISIP students at the University of Indonesia. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 16 simple regression, and the final results showed that eWOM significantly affect with a power of 63,2 %."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisa dari sistem electronic voting real-time berbasis web dari segi performa web framework Symfony yang digunakan serta dari segi desain antarmuka yang dibuat dengan menambahkan elemen AJAX. Berdasarkan hasil analisa performa, yang meliputi analisa page load time dan bandwidth, Symfony memberikan performa yang jauh lebih rendah, dengan page load time 341.74% lebih lama dan throughput 46.54% lebih kecil, dibandingkan dengan website berbasis PHP serupa yang dibuat tanpa menggunakan framework, sehingga penggunaan Symfony dalam hal ini tidak direkomendasikan. Analisa antarmuka memberi hasil yang mencapai target dengan final score 81.74, dengan beberapa hal yang masih perlu diperhatikan seperti komposisi warna, posisi elemen, serta efektivitas informasi.

This undergraduate thesis emphasizes on the analysis of the web based, real-time electronic voting system, based on the performance of the Symfony framework utilized, along with the intereface itself, designed by adding the AJAX element. The performance analysis, which involves page load time and bandwidth analysis, shows that Symfony performs very poorly, with 341.74% longer in page load time and 46.54% lower in throughput, compared to the identical PHP website designed without the use of framework, so that the use of Symfony framework is not recommended in this matter. The interface analysis reaches the target with 81.74 as the final score, along with some additional works on some details that need to be fixed such as the composition of the color, positioning of the elements, and information effectivity."
