Abstrak :
Dehidrasi adalah keseimbangan negatif pada cairan tubuh yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pengetahuan mempengaruhi terjadinya risiko dehidrasi. Desain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sampel sebanyak 100 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan tetang pola minum yang sehat dengan risiko terjadinya dehidrasi pada pekerja (p=0,000; a=0,05). Peneliti menyarankan edukasi kesehatan terkait pola minum yang sehat sebagai behavioral intervention untuk mengubah perilaku berisiko dehidrasi pada pekerja.
