"ABSTRAK
Gagal ginjal terminal adalah suatu proses patofisiologis dengan etiologi yang beragam, mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi ginjal yang progresif. Salah satu terapi pengganti ginjal yang dilakukan adalah hemodialisis. Bagi pasien hemodialisis sangat lah penting untuk melakukan pengelolaan cairan dalam mencegah hipo/hipertensi, sesak, oedem, dan lainnya. Hal tersebut harus didukung oleh perawat dengan memberikan edukasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deksriptif sederhana dengan menggunakan analisis univariate analisis deskriptif . Selanjutnya pengambilan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner pertanyaan terbuka yang dibagikan kepasa pasien hemodialisis. Analisis penelitian ini adalah univariat yang merupakan analisis tiap variabel yang dinyatakan dengan menggambarkan dan meringkas data dengan cara ilmiah dalam bentuk tabel atau grafik. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah metode Non ndash; Random Sampling dengan tehnik Quota Sampling yaitu 65 orang berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan cairan yang telah dilakukan oleh pasien hemodialisis sudah baik. Perawat harus mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kembali dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan agar tetap menciptakan pengelolaan cairan yang baik kepada pasien yang melakukan hemodialisis. Kata Kunci : gagal ginjal terminal, edukasi kesehatan, pengelolaan cairan pasien hemodialisis.

ABSTRACT
End Stage Renal Disease is The pathophysiologic process with diverse etiology, resulting in a progressive decline in renal function. One of renal replacement therapy does is hemodialysis. For patients on hemodialysis is so important to the management of fluids in preventing the occurrence of such a state of excess fluid volume hypo hypertension, tightness, edema, and others. It must be supported by a nurse to provide health education. This research was a simple descriptive using univariate analysis descriptive analysis . Furthermore data collection was obtained through a questionnaire distributed an open question revelation of hemodialysis patients. Univariate analysis of this research was that an analysis of each variable declared by describing and summarizing the data in a scientific manner in the form of tables or graphs. The sampling technique was the method of non random sampling with quota sampling technique with 65 peoples based on inclusion criteria. These results showed that the management of fluid that has been done by hemodialysis patients is good. Nurses should maintain and even increase back in providing health education in order to keep creating good fluid management to patients who do hemodialysis. "ABSTRAK
Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is still a major public health problem in many regions in Indonesia including Bandung City. Community participation in implementing Eradication of Mosquito-Breeding Sites is still needed as it is considered the most effective method in controlling the dengue fever. This study aimed to determine the influence of health education towards community participation to eradicate mosquito-breeding sites, which was measured by knowledge level and larva index conducted in Bandung, specifically in two different locations with the highest and the lowest incidence rates of DHF. This study used quasi-experimental method. Samples were 100 people living in Cijawura and Cisaranten Wetan Subdistricts taken by using purposive sampling technique. Pre-test results showed that knowledge level of respondents in both subdistricts was significantly increasing (p value = 0.000) after health education was given. Container index (CI) and House index (HI) values in Cijawura Subdistrict were 13.2% and 26.7% respectively, then 9.6% and 28.4% respectively in Cisaranten Wetan Subdistrict. After the health education, CI value in Cijawura and Cisaranten Wetan Subdistricts significantly decreased (p value < 0.05), but HI value did not (p value > 0.05)."

"ABSTRAK
Pencegahan dan penanganan perokok pemula dengan mengedepankan efek
negatif rokok dianggap kurang efektif. Tindakan keperawatan sebagai salah satu
strategi pencegahan dengan memberikan edukasi interaktif yang memaparkan
efek positif tidak merokok, diharapkan dapat merubah sikap dan persepsi remaja
tentang perilaku merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh
edukasi interaktif positif terhadap persepsi dan sikap remaja tentang perilaku
merokok di Depok. Desain penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan masing-masing
kelompok terdiri atas 36 remaja. Teknik sampling menggunakan multistage
random sampling. Hasil uji t independen menunjukkan ada peningkatan rerata
persepsi dan sikap kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan
kelompok kontrol dengan nilai sebesar 0,001 dan 0,000. Edukasi interaktif positif
dapat meningkatkan persepsi dan sikap secara signifikan tentang perilaku
merokok. Disarankan agar edukasi interaktif positif diterapkan di sekolah yang
terintegrasi dengan program kesehatan remaja.

ABSTRACT
The prevention and treatment of novice smokers by prioritizing the negative
effects of smoking are considered less effective. Nursing action was as one of
prevention strategies by providing interactive education through exposing the
positive effects of non-smoking, it was expected to change the attitude and
perception of adolescents about smoking behavior. This study aimed to identify
the influence of positive interactive education toward the perception and attitude
of adolescent about smoking behavior in Depok. The quasi-experimental design
with each group consisted of 36 adolescents. The sampling technique used
multistage random sampling. Independent t-test result showed the increase of
perception and attitudes rates of the intervention group, which was higher than the
control group on value 0,001 and 0,000. Positive interactive education could
significantly increase the perception and attitude about smoking behavior. It was
recommended that the positive interactive education could be implemented in
school that was integrated with adolescent health program."

"ABSTRAK
Ketuk Pintu Layani Dengan Hati KPLDH adalah program kesehatan dari Pemerintah DKI Jakarta yang sudah direncanakan dan dimulai sejak 2015. Program ini bertujuan untuk mendekatkan akses kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Dalam program ini, tim kesehatan terdiri dari 3 tenaga kerja medis: dokter, bidan dan perawat mengunjungi rumah warga. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini fokus pada salah satu implementasi program yaitu Home Health Promotion berkaitan dengan tujuannya untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar memiliki paradigma sehat terutama masyarakat di Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama. Di antara kecamatan lain yang berada di Jakarta Selatan, secara statistic, kecamatan ini adalah yang paling padat dengan jumlah pendatang tertinggi tinggal di dalamnya. Terlebih lagi, pencapaian program KPLDH di daerah ini adalah yang paling rendah di antara kecamatan yang lain. Jadi, penelitian ini focus untuk menjabarkan implementasi kegiatan Home Health Promotion, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam kepada perencana, pelaksana dan penerima program. Hasil dari penelitian merekomendasikan agar perencana program dapat menambahkan sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat dan memberi pelatihan bagi pelaksana program. Sedangkan untuk pelaksana program agar menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan menambahkan fasilitas promosi kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Ketuk Pintu Layani Dengan Hati KPLDH is a health program from the Government of DKI Jakarta that has been planned and executed since 2015. It aims to make health access near to the people. In this program, health team consists of 3 medical personnel doctor, midwife and nurse visits people rsquo s home. Furthermore, this research focuses to one of the program rsquo s implementation Home Health Promotion, which related to its activity that aims to educate people to have health paradigm especially people lives in Kebayoran Lama District. Among other districts in South Jakarta, statistically this district is the most densely populated with high numbers of newcomers living in it. Also, the accomplishment of KPLDH program in this district is the lowest among other districts. Hence, this research focus to describe the implementation of Home Health Promotion, and to discover supporting and obstacle factors of the implementation of its activity. This research used qualitative approach. Data collection technique is field observation and in depth interview to the program rsquo s planner, executors and recipients. Result of this research recommends the planner of the program to add some more socialization about the program to the society and to give training to the implementer. While for the program rsquo s implementer, it recommends them to work according to the main assignment and to add more health promotion facilities."

"Haid pertama dan menstruasi dianggap hal tabu dan memalukan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat termasuk remaja putri. Haid pertama merupakan pengalaman psikologis dan bermakna bagi remaja putri. Pemberian edukasi reproduksi persiapan haid pertama diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan remaja dalam menghadapi haid pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh edukasi reproduksi persiapan haid pertama terhadap pengetahuan, respon emosional dan sikap remaja pada haid pertama. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experiment Pre-Post Test with Control Group Design dengan sampel 174 remaja putri yang dipilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling.
Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan tingkat pengetahuan p=0,001 , respon emosional p=0,001 dan sikap p=0,001 remaja putri terkait haid pertama antara kelompok kontrol dan intevensi, serta terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Sehingga pemberian edukasi reproduksi persiapan haid pertama direkomendasikan untuk dapat diterapkan di tatanan sekolah dan komunitas guna mempersiapkan remaja menghadapi haid pertama dan menstruasi.

Menarche and menstruation are considered taboos and embarrassing by communities including female adolescents. Menarche is a psychological and meaningful experience for female adolescents. Reproductive health education for menarcheal preparation is expected to enable female adolescents in preparing the menarche. The aim of this study was to identify the influence of reproductive health education related to menarcheal preparations to female adolescents rsquo knowledge, emotional response and attitude on menarche. The research design was Quasi Experiment Pre Post Test with Control Group Design. The samples were 174 female adolesents, selected by stratified random sampling technique.
The results showed a significant difference of knowledge level p 0,001 emotional responses p 0,001 and attitude p 0,001 between the female adolescents from control and intervention group, as well as those between before and after intervention. It is recommended to provide the reproductive health education related to menarcheal preparations at school and community settings to prepare female adolescents in facing menarche and menstruation."

Pendekatan teori keperawatan dalam pelaksanaan pemberian asuhan keperawatan merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pelaksanan program ners spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah. Teori keperawatan dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh pasien, seperti halnya masalah pada pasien dengan gangguan sistim perkemihan. Pasien dengan masalah gangguan pada sistim perkemihan akan mengalami berbagai perubahan pada sistim keseimbangan tubuh, sehingga tubuh memerlukan suatu proses adaptasi. Pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy, melalui mekanisme koping, sistim regulator dan kognator dapat mengatasi perilaku adaptif maupun maladaptif yang dialami oleh pasien berdasarkan hasil pengkajian perilaku dan stimulus. Pelaksanaan penerapan Evidence Based Nursing: melalui pemberian intervensi keperawatan non farmakologi: Aerobic Exercise Intradialytic pada pasien Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V yang menjalani hemodialisis, terbukti dapat meningkatkan pencapaian adekuasi dialisis pasien. Hasil penerapan proyek inovasi penggunaan model the activated health education melalui media edukasi flipchart mengenai terapi pengganti ginjal terbukti berpengaruh dan mampu meningkat pengetahuan pasien mengenai terapi pengganti ginjal.


The concept of nursing care implementation is one of the objectives medical nursing specialist medical programs. Nursing theory can be applied to various problems issued by patients, as well as problems in patients with urinary system problems. Patients with problems in the urinary system will be changes in the bodys balance system, so the body needs an adaptation process. Roys adaptation theory, through coping regulations, regulator and kognator system can overcome the adaptation and maladaptive problems needed by patients based on the results of behavioral and stimulus assesment. Nursing-Based Evidence Implementation: through the implementation of non-pharmacological nursing interventions: Intradialytic Aerobic Exercise in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V on hemodialysis, can improve patient dialysis adequacy. The model of health education application the activated through flipchart education media on kidney prevention therapy has been able to increase patient knowledge about kidney therapy.

"Latar belakang: Anak penyandang sindroma Down mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan, terutama kemampuan kognitifnya. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya pengetahuan terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Metodeedutainmentdapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan khusus dalam mengedukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak penyandang sindroma Down, menggunakan alat permainan edukatif busy book. Anak penyandang sindroma Down belajar dengan baik secara visual, oleh karena itu busy bookdapat dibuat sesuai dengan kondisi anak dalam memberikan edukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut
Metode: Penelitian eksperimental klinis ini terdiri dari 30 anak penyandang sindroma Down dengan rentang usia 8-13 tahun; dengan 15 anak mendapatkan edukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut menggunakan busy book, dan 15 anak mendapatkan secara verbal konvensional. Rentang umur subjek dipilih setelah disesuaikan dengan mental anak normal usia prasekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tujuh Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa di DKI Jakarta dan Yayasan POTADS. Delta skor pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak penyandang sindroma Down pada kelompok busy bookdan kelompok verbal konvensional dianalisis perbedaannya menggunakan independent T-test(nilai p<0.05).
Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara delta skor pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak penyandang sindroma Down melalui edukasi dengan busy bookdan verbal konvensional.
Kesimpulan: Alat permainan edukatif busy bookdapat menjadi media pembelajaran efektif dalam mengedukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak penyandang sindroma Down.

Introduction: Children with Down Syndrome are developmentally delayed particularly in cognitive ability, and it affects their oral health knowledge. An edutainment method can be used as special approach to educate them regarding the oral health knowledge, using the busy book. Down syndrome children has strength in visual memory, therefore the busy book has been customized for Down syndrome children to help them in learning the DHE.
Methods: This experimental clinical study included 30 Down Syndrome children (aged 8-13); 15 children had DHE using busy book (experiment group) and 15 children (control group) had conventional verbal DHE. The study was conducted in 7 special primary schools in Jakarta and POTADS foundation. This age range was chosen after adjustment of mental age of children without Down Syndrome. The scores of the dental health knowledge of children in experiment and control group were analysed and their differences measured using independent T-test (with p value <0.05)
Results: There is a statistically significant difference between delta score of dental health knowledge after DHE using busy book and after conventional verbal DHE (P<.05).
Conclusion: Busy book appears to be an effective learning tool for dental health education in Down Syndrome children.

"Pendahuluan Penyaktit Tuberculosis (TBC) merupakan penyakit menular yang membutuhkan waktu pengobatan sampai 6 bulan. Dukungan PMO keluarga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, tindakan pencegahan dan kepatuhan pasien. Salah satu metode yang telah terbukti memberikan efek positif adalah Intervensi edukasi kesehatan terstruktur. Tujuan Mengidentifikasi pengaruh intervensi edukasi kesehatan terstruktur terhadap dukungan PMO keluarga dan kepatuhan minum Obat anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Metode Penelitian quasy eksperimen dengan pretest and posttest with control goup. Sampel 38 responden pada kelompok intervensi dan 38 pada kelompok kontrol. Analisa data menggunakan uji independent t-tes.dan Mann Whitney Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terstruktur terhadap dukungan PMO keluarga setelah diberikan intervensi dengan nilai p=0.001 .Terdapat pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terstruktur terhadap kepatuhan minum OAT setelah diberikan intervensi dengan nilai p=0.003. Kesimpulan : edukasi kesehatan terstruktur bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada PMO keluarga akan meningkatkan pendidikan kesehatan, pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi tindakan yang sehat dalam dukungan keluarga dan meningkatkan kepatuhan minum OAT pada pasien TBC.

Introduction Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that requires treatment for up to 6 months. Family PMO support plays an important role in increasing knowledge, preventive measures and patient compliance. One method that has been proven to have a positive effect is a structured health education intervention. Objectives To identify the effect of structured health education interventions on family PMO support and adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) in Muaro Jambi District. Quasy experimental research method with pretest and posttest with group control. A sample of 38 respondents in the intervention group and 38 in the control group. Data analysis using independent t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of structured health education on family PMO support after being given an intervention with a value of p=0.001. There was an effect of structured health education on adherence to taking OAT after being given an intervention with a value of p=0.003. Conclusion: structured health education aims to provide information to PMO families will improve health education, will ultimately affect healthy actions in family support and increase adherence to taking OAT in TB patients."

"Anemia gravidarum khususnya anemia akibat kekurangan zat besi merupakan kasus yang masih sering terjadi pada ibu hamil baik di Indonesia maupun global. Menurut WHO, anemia gravidarum merupakan penurunan konsentrasi kadar hemoglobin kurang dari 11 g/dl. Karya ilmiah ini melaporkan hasil case study yaitu implementasi asuhan keperawatan edukasi kesehatan atau Health Information Package Program (HIPP) pada ibu hamil dengan anemia berat pada usia kehamilan 28 minggu dengan status obstetrik G2P1A0. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian edukasi kesehatan pada pasien anemia gravidarum efektif untuk meningkatkan nilai Hb yaitu sebanyak 1.3 g/dL dalam waktu satu minggu tanpa adanya transfusi darah PRC, meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga terkait anemia, kepatuhan konsumsi tablet zat besi, serta menerapkan pola diet dan kebutuhan nutrisi ibu hamil sesuai dengan anjuran. Oleh karena itu, penulis merekomendasikan pemberian edukasi kesehatan pada ibu hamil dengan anemia berat untuk mencegah terjadinya hospitalisasi akibat perburukan berulang dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan janin.

Anemia gravidarum, especially anemia due to iron deficiency, is a case that still occurs frequently in pregnant women, both in Indonesia and globally. According to WHO, anemia gravidarum is a decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin levels of less than 11 g/dl. This scientific paper reports the results of a case study, namely the implementation of health education nursing care, or the Health Information Package Program (HIPP) in pregnant women with severe anemia at 28 weeks' gestation with G2P1A0 obstetric status. The results of the intervention showed that providing health education to patients with anemia gravidarum was effective in increasing Hb values by 1.3 g/dL within one week, increasing knowledge of mother regarding anemia, adherence to iron tablet consumption, and implementing dietary patterns. and nutritional needs of pregnant women according to recommendations. The authors recommend providing health education to pregnant women with severe anemia to prevent hospitalization due to repeated worsening and improve the welfare of the mother and fetus."
