"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kriteria-kriteria utama yang menjadi prioritas dalam implementasi Human Capital Management (HCM) dan menilai sejauh mana kesiapan perusahaan dalam rangka mengimplementasikan HCM berdasarkan Newbury Index Rating (NIR). Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan dalam penentuan prioritas dan pembuatan model rating. Sedangkan skala NIR digunakan untuk menilai kesiapan implementasi HCM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi serta menggunakan data sekunder. Diperoleh hasil kriteria dan sub-kriteria yang menjadi prioritas dalam implementasi HCM adalah strategi human capital dan pemenuhan fungsi HR di perusahaan. Sedangkan persentase kesiapan perusahaan secara keseluruhan sebesar 40.37% atau berada pada rating B. Skor perusahaan dalam rangka implementasi HCM adalah 12.11 (dari skor maksimal 30) dimana rating criteria kedewasaan human capital adalah C+, rating strategi human capital adalah B+, dan rating kriteria pengukuran kinerja adalah B-.

The objectives of this research are determining criterion for implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) based on their importance, and assessing the readiness of a tower provider company in implementing HCM based on Newbury Index Rating (NIR) method. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used in determining the priority of criteria, and developing rating model to measure the company readiness in implementing HCM. Moreover, NIR scale was used in detrermining the readiness for implementing HCM. The data was colected by deep interview, observation, and verification on secondary data. It turns out that human capital strategy was considered as the most important criteria, and the fulfillment of Human Resource Department function was considered as the most important sub-criteria. The overall percentage of company's readiness in implementing HCM was 40.37% or at level B. Company overall score was 12.11 (on the scale of 30), which was elaborated into the three perspectives of NIR giving the result of C+ for human capital maturity, B+ for human capital strategy, and B- for people measure."

"The traffic accident rate in Indonesia is still considerably high,
as reported by the national police with around 60 accident casualties daily
of these casualties, 24 of them are dead. This figure is relatively high at the
ASEAN level where there are about 112 people died everyday because of
traffic accidents. The objective of the study is to provide an initial
estimation of the traffic accident loss and to use that estimation to assess
the economic impacts of that event. Since the data used in the estimation
are nationwide, then the final output of the study will be in the form of the
accident loss in term of GDP proportion. Using the some calculation
method, _,forecast of the total national accident cost for the next five years
was made. The method to calculate the road accident cost covers four
components: property damage, administrative cost, medical cost, and lost
output. There are two important data needed in this method: aggregate
accident data, and unit cost data for each component. Using these two
types of data, the aggregate cost can be estimated, and at the same time, the
total of certain types of cost. Using the 2002 Indonesia nominal GDP of
1.42 trillion rupiahs, the total accident costs in Indonesia was estimated
around 0.47% of GDP for Police Department reported data and l .46% for
the Health Department data. These figure is relatively high compared with,
for example, Singapore that has figure of 0,46% of its GDP.. For the next
five years, the total amount accident cost which is saved by the action plan
approximately about Rp 10 trillion. This estimation still has under reporting
problems for number of casualities and property damage, and under valued
problem for the estimation of accidents unit cost.

"ABSTRAK
Karya Lulis ini mencoba menyelidiki dan mcnjelaskan dampak korupsi lerhadap GDP perkapita pada panel data 105 negara. Kekhususan paper ini jika dibandingkan dengan studi-studi terdahulu adalah mencoba menyelidiki bahwa dampak korupsi terhadap pembangunan berbeda antar Negara dengan menambahkan variabel dummy negara maju dan negara berkembang Serta pengelompolcan dummy berdasarkan wilayah geogran (yaitu negara barat dan maju, Negara berkembang di Asia, Afrika, Amerika Latin dan r Karibia, serta Eropa Timur dan bekas Uni Soviet). Metode yang dipakai adalah OLS . panel, ZSLS, dan fixed effects regressions. 1-lasilnyamenunjukkan bahwa perlama, dengan meuggunakan OLS dan ZSLS, dampak korupsi terhadap GDP per kapita adalah . ncgatif dan signifikan. Dengan memakai fixed effects, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa l dampak tersebut tidak si gnilikan clikarenakan adanya kemungkinan data panel yang terlalu pendek (hanya 6 tahun durasi data) Serta measurement emor (kesalahan pengukuran variabcl korupsi). Kedua, dampak negatif korupsi dirasakan lebih besar di negara berkembang dibandingkan di negara maju, Ketiga, jika dilihat dari wilayah 0 geografi, dampak negatif korupsi terhadap pembangunan dirasakan paling besar di negara berkembang di Eropa Timur dan bekas Uni Soviet, lalu berturut-turut di Asia, Atnka, rl Negara Barat dan Maju, serta paling kecil dampaknya di Negara berkembang di Amerika Latin dan Karibia.

ABSTRACT
This paper tries to investigate and explain the impact ofcomiption on per capita GDP across 105 countri cs. The distinction of this paper comparing to earlier studies is to investigate that the impact of corruption on development is different among countries by involving dummy developed and developing countries and cluster geographical areas (Western and developed countries, Developing oountries in Asia, Africa, South America and Caribbean, and Eastern Europe and Ex Soviet Union). The methods used are OLS, ZS LS, and fixed effects regressions. The results show that first, by using OLS and ZSLS, the impact of corruption on per capita GDP is negatively significant. Fixed effects estimation show no impact ofoorruption on pcr capita GDP but this is probably duc to the short panel as well as measurement error. Second, developing countries have higher impact of con-uption on per capita GDP rather than developed countries. Third, looking on across geographical areas, developing countries in Eastern Europe and Ex Soviet Union have the highest negative impact, and then in Asia, Afiica, Westem and developed countries, and the lowest is in developing countries in South America and Caribbean.

Pfizer Inc. scbagai salah satu perusahaan farmasi multi nasional terbesar di duniajuga menyadan kebutuhan akan adanya kemampuan beradaptasi ini. Dicanangkan oleh CEO baru, Jefiiey B. Kindler, Pfizer terus bcrbenah diri sejak pencngahan tahun 2006. Namun, transformasi bagi Pfizer bukanlah sekedar efisiensi dalam hal pengurangan biaya semata. Transformasi bagi Pfizer, lebih ke arah menjaclikan Pfizer perusahaan yang lebih baik, mampu berkarya dan berkontribusi terhadap perubahan dunia, menuju dunia yang lebih sehat dan lebih baik sesuai motto Pfizer terbaru, ? Working for a healthier World.
Di PT. Pfizer Indonesia, divisi Finance juga terus melakukan pembenahan diri. Antara lain dengan mengdakan Finance Survey 2006. Survey tersebut bertujuan untuk melihat sejuah mana karyawan memandang kinerja departemen dan divisinya, memahami ekspcktasi karyawan terhadap hubungan antara atasan, bawahan dan rekan sekerja, serta ekspektasi karyawan terhadap program pengembangan din dan harapan terhadap jenjang karir di masa datang.
Dari hasil survey yang ada, penulis menganalisisnya untuk menggagas beberapa altematif solusi dan rekomendasi bagi kemajuan Finance di masa mendatang. Dari bcbcrapa teori mengenai human capital yang dikaitkan dengan knowledge managemeni, change management, culiure management, learning organization dan leadership agiliry, penulis merangkum istilah bam mengenai agile knowledge worker, yang hingga saat ini penulis belum mcndapatkan referensi mengenai istilah agile knowledge worker. Sehingga konsep mengenai agile knowledge worker penulis harapkan menjadi wacana baru bagi pengembangan human capital dan knowledge management.
Penulis juga menggagas beberapa alternatif intervensi, solusi serta implementasi untuk mewujudkan human capital readiness dan agile knowledge worker di divisi Finance, antara lain: menciptakan kriteda dan karakteristik Agile Knowledge Worker di divisi Finance; mendesain core-competency dan core-curriculum yang sesuai; mendesain dan mcnggalakan knowledge sharing session di Divisi Finance sebagai irnplementasi dari knowledge nzanagemeni yang mendukung terciptanya suszained learning arganizaiion; serta mengantisipasi dampaic psikologis yang timbul dari adanya perubahan tersebut.

Radical and global changes inthe world and also the fast development of knowledge economy era (Drucker, 1990) affected and force all profit and non-profit organizations to be radically adaptive to the changes. Pfizer Inc, as one of the biggest phamiaceutical corporation in the world, also aware ofthe needs to be adaptive on the radical change. Led by new CEO, Mr. Jeffiey B. Kindler, Pfizer keeps on enhancing and improving himself by conducting Pfizer transformation since early 2006. For Pfizer People, transformation is not a short cut process of reduction costs and restucturization, but transfonnation are mainly focused to develop healthier and better enviroment in the world as stated in Pfizer new moto: "Working for a healthier World'*`*?'.
In Finance division PT. Pfizer Indonesia, the improvement and enhancement process are led by conducting Finance Survey in February 2006. The survey becomes the basic evaluation and the key indicator as Finance perfonnance. The objectives of this survey were to analyze how Finance colleagues see their division?s performance; to understand colleagues? expectations on the superiors-subordinates relationships and general organization as a whole; to understand employees expectations on the individual development especially on thejob enlargement, job enhancement, leaming development programs which support career path development and also to analyze Finance improvement in business partnering enhancement.
From some theories on human capital compiled with other theories, references and understanding on knowledge management, change management, culture management, learning organization and agility leadership, I summarize the new concept on agile knowledge worker. I haven?t found any references related to agile knowledge worker. I strongly support that the limitation of this new concept can be the new thoughts and ideas ofthe human capital and knowledge management development and implementation.
I also suggest some interventions, solutions, recommendation and its implementation to create human capital readiness, especially in Finance Division PT. Pfizer Indonesia. I also recommend on how to build agile knowledge worker?s eriterias and characteristics by designing Finance core competencies and core curriculum; triggering knowledge sharing sessions as one ofthe knowledge management implementation which support and enhance sustained learning organization culture in Pfizer Indonesia. I also recommend some solutions how to solve the psychological impacts might appear after these interventions applied.

"Penelitian ini ingin menguji secara empiris bagaimana pengaruh intellectual capital (IC) terhadap profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari 19 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 5 tahun (2009-2013). Mengadopsi metode Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) yang dikembangkan oleh Pulic dalam mengukur efisiensi atas kapital yang dikeluarkan. Dengan menggunakan data panel, hasil dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa VAIC memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan namun hanya pada structural capital efficiency (SCE) dan capital employed efficiency (CEE), sedangkan human capital efficiency (HCE) tidak memiliki pengaruh. Hasil regresi berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya CEE yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan VAIC secara keceluruhan maupun komponen di dalam lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh.

The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the relation between intellectual capital (IC) affects the profitability and firm value. Data were obtained from 19 companies of consumer goods sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange over 5 years (2009-2013). Adopting method of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) as the efficiency measure of capital was employed. Regression with panel data shows that VAIC had a positive impact on profitability with structural capital efficiency (SCE) and capital employed efficiency (CEE) only, however human capital efficiency (HCE) had no impact to the firm profitability. The next regression shows that only CEE had a positive impact on the firm value, while the VAIC as overall and the other components had no impact to the firm value."

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kapital sosial yang dihasilkan oleh pekerja dalam hubungannya dengan kapital manusia terhadap mobilitas karir di PT Pertanina Trans Kontinental, Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kapital manusia berpengaruh terhadap kapital sosial, dan kapital sosial berpengaruh terhadap mobilitas karir. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dan bahan evaluasi bagi perusahaan bagaimana mereka mengevaluasi
model pengembangan karir yang di integrasikan dengan pemanfaatan kapital sosial
agar nantinya hal tersebut memudahkan pekerja dalam mengembangkan kapital sosial
dan meningkatkan peluang mobilitas karirnya

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine the extent of social capital produced by the
employees in relation to the career mobility of human capital in PT Pertanina Trans
Kontinental, Jakarta. The method used in this research is SEM with a sample size of
70. The results show that human capital effect on social capital, and social capital
influence on career mobility. This is challenge and evaluation for company how they
evaluate career development models integrated with the utilization of social capital so
that later it is easier for employees in developing social capital and increase the
chances of career mobility"

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan selama kurun waktu 31 tahun. Data tenaga kerja berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan dan kapital fisik Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan digunakan dan diestimasi menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square OLS . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas perekonomian di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan masih dipengaruhi kapital fisik, tenaga kerja dengan tingkat pendidikan dasar ke bawah dan tenaga kerja dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah. Tenaga kerja dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi secara statistik belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas agregat. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tenaga kerja minimal pada pendidikan menengah atas bahkan pada tingkat pendidikan tinggi.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the impact of education on economic growth of South Kalimantan Province for 31 years. Employment data by level of education and capital stock of South Kalimanan Province are used and estimated by Ordinary Least Square OLS . The result shows that productivity in South Kalimantan Province is determined by physical capital, workers with uneducated and primary education, and secondary education. However tertiary education is statistically insignificant to influence the productivity. Overall, the findings recommend that education quality should be improved to at least upper secondary education or even to tertiary education in order to create productive economy."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem sebuah wirausaha dari Stam dan Spigel (2016) dengan mendasarkan pada entrepreneurial human capital yang dijelaskan Skuras dkk. (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggali perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem yang digerakkan oleh entrepreneurial human capital yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu wirausaha perempuan, yaitu pemilik bisnis Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan entrepreneurial ecosystem dari MTG dapat terjadi karena interaksi dari elemen-elemen yang ada dalam ekosistem. Interaksi antar elemen ini dapat terjadi karena peran sentral dari pemilik MTG ini. Pemilik MTG memiliki entrepreneurial human capital yang mendukungnya untuk bergerak membesarkan wirausahanya. Entrepreneurial ecosystem berkembang dari sederhana dengan keterbatasan ketersediaan elemen hingga menjadi kompleks sesuai dengan ukuran wirausaha yang terus berkembang. Inovasi hadir dalam setiap aspek di entrepreneurial ecosystem. Pemilik MTG berperan sebagai activators, browsers dan creators dalam entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The objective of this research is to analyze the development process of entrepreneurial ecosystem of an entrepreneurship which is based on the theory of entrepreneurial human capital. This research uses qualitative method to analyze the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem that is influenced by the entrepreneurial human capital owned by the owner of Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). This research reveals that the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem occurs because of the interaction among elements in the ecosystem. The interaction among elements is materialised as the result of the role of the entrepreneurial human capital owned by the owner of Martha Tilaar Group (MTG). The entrepreneurial ecosystem is developing from the simple one and is reaching its complex form as the elements in the ecosystem is also enlarged. Innovation exist in every aspect of entrepreneurial ecosystem. The owner of MTG has role as activators, browsers and creators in entrepreneurial ecosystem."
