"ABSTRAK
Cellular manufacturing systems have gained significant research attention in recent years because of their inherent ability to spur productivity. Classical cellular manufacturing literate has concerned itself with the problem of identifying appropriate machine-part groups. This paper proposes a mixed-integer nonlinear programming formulation model for the machine layout problem in cellular manufacturing. The objective of the formulation is to minimize a surrogate-weighted cost of intercellular material movement under capacity and part requirement constraints. A heuristic solution method is proposed, and a numerical example is presented to illustrate the model and demonstrate the solution improvement."

"ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan strategi keberlanjutan perusahaan terus tumbuh mantap dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal ini terutama berlaku untuk produsen otomotif. Industri otomotif menarik untuk dikaji di negara - negara berkembang dikarenakan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan negara, mendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan industri pendukungnya, serta dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan modal yang besar dan merata. Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara variabel - variabel yang berpengaruh dengan performa di produsen otomotif Indonesia dengan kapabilitas manufaktur dan strategi keberlanjutan. Data yang dikumpulkan dari produsen otomotif di sekitar area Jakarta, Bekasi Karawang. Data diproses menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Analisis dari perusahaan - perusahaan yang dipilih disediakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu memahami bagaimana produsen otomotif mengetahui efek dari strategi keberlanjutan dalam performa perusahaan berdasarkan kapabilitas manufaktur yang dimiliki. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa kapabilitas manufaktur mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap strategi keberlanjutan. Dan strategi keberlanjutan juga mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap performa manufaktur. Hasil ini penelitian ini dapat berimplikasi secara teoritik maupun secara praktik kepada dunia manufaktur.Kata kunci: strategi keberlanjutan, performa manufaktur, dan kapabilitas manufaktur.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of sustainability strategy in corporate has continued to grow steadily in recent years. This is particularly true for automotive manufacturer. This research discusses the correlations between influential variables with performance in Indonesia automotive manufacturer by manufacturing capability and sustainability strategy. Data was collected from automotive manufacturers around Jakarta, Bekasi Karawang area. Data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . The analysis of this paper in the selected companies is provided with the purpose to help understand how automotive manufacturers know the effect of sustainability strategy in manufacturing performance based on their manufacturing capability. The result of the research is manufacturing capability have positive influence towards sustainability strategy. Sustainability strategy also have positive influence against the performance of manufacturing. The research of result may have implications for in theoritic as well as in practice to the manufacturing.Keywords sustainability strategy, manufacturing performance, and manufacturing capability."

"As one of the eighteen field-specific reports comprising the comprehensive scope of the strategic general report of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, this sub-report addresses long-range planning for developing science and technology in the field of advanced manufacturing technology. They each craft a roadmap for their sphere of development to 2050. In their entirety, the general and sub-group reports analyze the evolution and laws governing the development of science and technology, describe the decisive impact of science and technology on the modernization process, predict that the world is on the eve of an impending S&T revolution, and call for China to be fully prepared for this new round of S&T advancement. Based on the detailed study of the demands on S&T innovation in China’s modernization, the reports draw a framework for eight basic and strategic systems of socio-economic development with the support of science and technology, work out China’s S&T roadmaps for the relevant eight basic and strategic systems in line with China’s reality, further detail S&T initiatives of strategic importance to China’s modernization, and provide S&T decision-makers with comprehensive consultations for the development of S&T innovation consistent with China’s reality. "ABSTRAK
Produk andalan dengan kualitas tinggi yang dapat memberi kepuasan bagi konsumen dan harga ekonomis merupakan target produksi suatu produk manufaktur. QFD merupakan salah satu bentuk pendekatan untuk dapat mencapai kepuasan konsumen, setelah merubah keinginan/kepentingan/kebutuhan konsumen menjadi pendekatan secara teknik, sehingga dapat ditentukan kualitas yang tepat dan selanjutnya akan dapat ditentukan pula faktor faktor utama yang paling berpengaruh untuk dapat menghasilkan produk tersebut.
Dengan memperhatikan tingkat kepentingan/kebutuhan konsumen, kepentingan/kebutuhan teknik, tingkat relasi/korelasi antar faktor-faktor rancangan, perencanaan proses, perencanaan produksi dan pengendalian, memperlihatkan adanya suatu proses penganalisaan dalam upaya mendapatkan suatu informasi yang akurat untuk menghasilkan produk manufaktur.
Aplikasi QFD untuk Model Analisis Proses Pengembangan Suatu Produk Manufaktur, dikembangkan untuk maksud itu. Dengan model ini akan lebih memberi arah sebagai suatu masukan dalam pengambilan keputusan, karena dengan model ini tidak hanya penentuan kualitas, akan tetapi akan diperoleh juga informasi lain, Benchmarking dengan produk pesaing, misalnya.
Solusi model analisis ini akan menghasilkan suatu masukan terhadap perancangan produk, perencanaan proses, perencanaan produksi dan pengendalian dalam suatu industri manufaktur.

ABSTRACT
A reliable product with good quality that satisfy the customer and economy priced is production target of a manufactured product. QFD is a tool approach to achieve customer satisfaction, after modifying customer requirement to technically approach until it can be determined the right quality and also can be determined the main factors which influence in producing that product.
By observe the degree of importance of customer requirement, technical requirement, the degree of relation/correlation among design factors, process planning, production planning and control, show us there is an analysis process effort to get an information accurately to produce manufacture product.
Application of QFD for Analysis Model of A Manufacture Product Development Process is developed for it's purpose. With this model will be more clear as a guidance for input to decision making, because with this model not only define the quality, but also to gain other information, Benchmarking with the other product, for instance.
Solution of this model will resulting an input for Design Product, Process Planning, Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing industry.
