"Intensi keluar dari organisasi merupakan suatu isu penting dalam konteks perilaku organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran kelekatan karyawan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara identifikasi organisasi dan intensi keluar dari organisasi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 260 orang dari perusahaan konsultan dan organisasi pemerintah di Indonesia menggunakan alat ukur Organizational Identification Scale, Turnover Intention, dan Job Embededdness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaidentifikasi organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif dengan intensi keluar dari organisasi, identifikasi organisasi berpengaruh secara siginifikan dan positif pada kelekatan karyawan, dan kelekatan karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif pada intensi keluar dari organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan kelekatan karyawan pada organisasi berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara identifikasi organisasi dan intensi keluar dari organisasi pada karyawan perusahaan dan pegawai organisasi pemerintahan. Implikasi teori dan praktis dari hasil penelitian didiskusikan lebih lanjut pada tulisan ini.

Turnover intention is an important issue in the study of organizational psychology. Drawing from conservation of resource theory, this study aimed to examine the mediating role of job embeddedness in the relationship between organizational identification and turnover intention. Data were gathered from 260 participants from consulting companies and goverment offices in Indonesia, using Organizational Identification Scale, Turnover Intention Scale, and Job Embededdness Scale. Results showed that organizational identification had a significant negative effect on turnover intention, organizational identification had a significant positive effect on job embeddedness, and job embeddedness mediated the relationship between organizational identfication and turnover intention. Theoretical and practical implications were further discussed."

"Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap performa tugas dengan mempertimbangkan peran keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel mediator pada Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC). Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 872 responden yang merupakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di DJBC. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan metode persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap performa. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan keterikatan kerja berperan sebagai mediator penuh dari pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan performa tugas, serta menjadi mediator parsial dari pengaruh efikasi diri dan performa tugas. Namun, hasil pengujian empiris tidak mendukung adanya pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan transformasional dan performa tugas.  Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara aktif dengan memberikan umpan balik dan saran bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan performa tugas dengan membangun kepercayaan diri pegawai dalam menyampaikan ide terkait peningkatan kinerja, membangun inspirasi pegawai dalam bekerja, mendorong kepemimpinan transformasional melalui manajemen talenta, dan mendorong keahlian pegawai sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan.

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on task performance by considering the role of work engagement as a mediating variable at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC). Respondents in this study amounted to 872 respondents who were Civil Servants (PNS) at DJBC. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and then processed using the structural equation method (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of data processing show that there is a direct positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on performance. The results of this study also show that work engagement acts as a full mediator of the influence between transformational leadership and task performance, as well as a partial mediator of the effect of self-efficacy and task performance. However, the results of empirical testing do not support the positive and significant direct effect of transformational leadership and task performance. This research contributes actively by providing feedback and suggestions for organizations to improve task performance by building employee confidence in conveying ideas related to performance improvement, building employee inspiration at work, encouraging transformational leadership through talent management, and encouraging employee skills according to the tasks assigned."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional melibatkan 69 staf pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kesehatan dengan menggunakan sampel total sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan analisis regresi linier.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:1) kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara masing-masing memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersamasama diuji yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dan paling dominan mempengaruhi terjadinya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah kepuasan kerja setelah dikontrol variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi.
Peningkatan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kesehatan harus selalu ditingkatkan antara lain menciptakan dan meningkatkan unsur-unsur kepuasan kerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional di antara para pimpinan dan staf serta menciptakan lingkungan budaya organisasi yang mendukung terjadinya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The method used in this research is quantitative with cross sectional design involving 69 staff employees in the Education and Training of Health Workers using total sample sampling. Results of bivariate analysis using linear regression analysis.
The results showed: 1) job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture each has positive and significant relationship to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational culture jointly tested that has a significant relationship and most dominant influence on the occurrence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is job satisfaction after the controlled variable transformational leadership and organizational culture.
Improved behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB ) employees in the Education and Training of Health Workers should be improved , among others, create and enhance elements of employee satisfaction , transformational leadership among the management and staff as well as creating an environment that supports the organizational culture Organizational Citizenship behavior behavior (OCB).

"The topic of this book is known as dynamic scheduling, and is used to refer to three dimensions of project management and scheduling: the construction of a baseline schedule and the analysis of a project schedule's risk as preparation of the project control phase during project progress. This dynamic scheduling point of view implicitly assumes that the usability of a project's baseline schedule is rather limited and only acts as a point of reference in the project life cycle. Consequently, a project schedule should especially be considered as nothing more than a predictive model that can be used for resource efficiency calculations, time and cost risk analyses, project tracking and performance measurement, and so on. First, the construction of a project baseline schedule is a central theme throughout the various chapters of the book, and is discussed from a complexity point of view with and without the presence of project resources. Second, the creation of an awareness of the weak parts in a baseline schedule is discussed at the end of the two baseline scheduling parts as schedule risk analysis techniques that can be applied on top of the baseline schedule. "Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian yang mencoba menjelaskan peran suatu bagian dalam sebuah organisasi,dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji peranan Hubungan Masyarakat (humas) Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (PU) dengan mengacu pada pelaksanaan Undang-undang no. 25 tahun 2009 tentang pelayanan publik danbagaimana humas kementerian tersebut menerapkan beberapa hal yang diwajibkan dalam undang-undang demi tercapainya suatu konsep good governance.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus yang menjadikan HumasKementerian PU sebagai objek penelitian. Pada pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara terhadap beberapa pihak yang berwenang dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis pada kinerja humas. Disamping itu peneliti menggunakan teori multi sistem dari Grunig sebagai alat analisis kinerja suatu kelompok atau organisasi.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Humas Kementerian PU adalah tipe organisasi Sinkronis (synchronic) yang lebih mengutamakan respon masyarakat dari kebijakan yang sudah ditentukan. Disamping itu Humas Kementerian PU saat ini memiliki perilaku organisasi yang dikategorikan sebagai routine habit yang menjalankan program hanya sebatas rutinitas tanpa melakukan pencarian informasi yang lengkap. Sedangkan dari sisi anggota organisasi sebagian besar anggota Humas Kementerian PU saat ini bertipe routine habit yang bersifat pasif dan lebih bersifat menunggu arahan yang diberikandari atasan dibandingkan melakukan inisiatif tertentu.

This research conducted to explain how part of organization playing its role to reach out the organization?s aim. It trying to inspect the role of the public relations of Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (PU) in applying the Act, which is UU no. 25 year 2009 about public services, and how they implemented compulsory Act in order to achieve good governance concept.
This research is a qualitative case study method and the public relations of Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum (PU) is the research object. Data collected by interviewing several official that have authorities in strategic decision-making in the public relations performances. Besides that, researcher using the Grunig?s theory of multi-system as organization?s analysis tools.
This research discover that they are a synchronic type organization, which means they accentuate responses from civilians about the policy that have been made before. At the same time, they have a fashion (so called ?routine-habit?) in running policy without digging any further complete information on how people responses. Meanwhile, this ?routine-habit? is also become a manner among organization?s member, lack of initiative and passively waiting for duty call.

"Dalam pekerjaan, work-life balance dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational pride dan job satisfaction. Untuk mencapai work-life balance, seorang pegawai harus mampu menyeimbangkan kehidupan di dalam dan di luar pekerjaannya. Work-life balance salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh supervisor support. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara supervisor support, job satisfaction, dan organizational pride sebagai anteseden dan konsekuensi dari work-life balance. Data dari 319 responden yang merupakan bagian dari struktur organisasi pemerintah Instansi Aguna Karya berhasil dikumpulkan dan kemudian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antar variabel dalam penelitian, yaitu supervisor support, work-life balance, organizational pride, dan job satisfaction.

In the field of work, work-life balance is considered as one of the important factors that can affect organizational pride and job satisfaction. To achieve work-life balance, an employee must be able to balance life inside and outside his work. Work-life balance can be influenced by supervisor support. This quantitative research aims to analyze the relationship between supervisor support, job satisfaction, and organizational pride as antecedents and the consequences of work-life balance. Data from 319 respondents who were part of the Ministry of Finance's organizational structure were successfully collected and then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between variables in the study, namely supervisor support, work-life balance, organizational pride, and job satisfaction."

"Budaya keselamatan pasien (BKP) adalah penerapan sistem asuhan pasien dalam organisasi yang tercermin dalam sikap, perilaku, keterampilan, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, pengetahuan, tanggung jawab, dan nilai yang ada dalam diri petugas kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku organisasi berdasarkan karakteristik individu, kelompok dan organisasi terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien oleh perawat rawat inap di RS Hermina Daan Mogot RSHDM).
Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan responden seluruh (111) perawat pelaksana pada unit rawat inap RSHDM. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan metode univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik individu, karakteristik kelompok dan karakteristik organisasi terhadap BKP di RSHDM adalah baik. Hasil BKP perawat pelaksana rawat inap RSHDM menunjukkan nilai baik. Tanggung jawab menjadi satu-satunya variabel yang tidak ada hubungan dengan BKP sedangkan kepemimpinan paling berhubungan dengan BKP.

Patient safety culture (PSC) is the application of patient care systems in the organization which are reflected in the attitudes, behaviors, skills, communication, leadership, knowledge, responsibility, and values that exist in health care workers. This study aims to determine the organizational behavior based on the characteristics of individuals, groups and organizations on patient safety culture by nurses on inpatient units in Hermina Hospital Daan Mogot (HHDM).
The design of this study using cross-sectional method with respondents from all (111) nurses on inpatient units in HHDM. Questionnaire data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes.
The results showed the characteristics of an individual, group characteristics and organizational characteristics of the PSC in HHDM is good. Results PSC inpatient nurses HHDM shows good value. Responsibility to be the only variable that did not match while the leadership were most associated with PSC.
