"In this global era, the business competition among the firms is so tight, including in this field. The serve in this field need special attention, because it?s about consumer?s satisfaction. So good moral workers, professional, discipline in doing his duty is needed. These terms are needed in increasing work productivity, serve quality and competition power in our own country and aboard. But in fact, there are still workers that are less in work productivity. Some research told that work productivity is also influenced by satisfaction and work motivation. But in this research the writer not explain about the influence between work satisfaction and productivity because none theory which is explain both of them. For that reason this research will explain about employee perception in work satisfaction and productivity. Based on the background above, in this research the writer choose Telkom, Tbk Company in central Jakarta as an object of the research.
The research question is how The Perception of Outbondcall Employee About Work Satisfaction and Work Productivity in Personal Customer Care Division at Telkom,tbk Company? To answer of that research question, researcher used quantitative approach and using research method by using the survey approach, which implies the use of questioners as the major tool used to collect data and information, beside the others secondary and literature sources.
The conclusion of this research is the outbondcall employee feel uncomfortable in work satisfaction but they still improve their work productivity because they are afraid about the hire. For the conclusion, the company should be attending to the work satisfaction because the employee is the basic of the resource company."

"ABSTRAK
Produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia menghasilkan output yang cukup baik dan terus mengalami peningkatan. Namun, jika dibandingkan dengan negara lain, produktivitas tenaga kerja di Indonesia masih lebih rendah. Sebuah kecenderungan menunjukkan bahwa era industri kini telah berubah menjadi era ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan. Produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor pengetahuan. Secara sosiologis, pengetahuan merupakan hubungan antara pikiran manusia dan konteks sosial yang mempengaruhinya. Pengetahuan yang terkelola akan menghasilkan produktivitas kerja pegawai yang baik, salah satunya dengan pengadaan evaluasi dari perusahaan terhadap pegawai. Studi-studi terdahulu mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan konsep manajemen pengetahuan sebagai variabel independen dan produktivitas kerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen, dengan hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan antara Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja pegawai Corporate Communication Kompas Gramedia.

ABSTRACT
Labor productivity in Indonesia produces good output and continues to increase. However, when compared with other countries, labor productivity in Indonesia is still lower. A trend indicates that the industrial era has now turned into an era of knowledge-based economy. Productivity is influenced by several factors, one of which is the knowledge factor. On sociologically, knowledge is the relationship between the human mind and the social context that influences it. Managed knowledge will result in good work productivity of employees, one of them with the procurement of an evaluation of the company against employees. Previous studies reveal that knowledge management had a positive effected on employee productivity. This article uses quantitative methods with the concept of knowledge management as an independent variable and employee productivity as a dependent variable, with the research hypothesis is there is a relationship between Knowledge Management to Work Productivity of Employee Corporate Communications Kompas Gramedia.Key word: Work productivity, knowledge management, organization, employee."

"Latar Belakang Penelitian: Sektor industri garmen yang berkembang selama 10 tahun terakhir telah dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup besar, tenaga kerja yang diserap industri ini mempunyai perbedaan-perbedaan dalam jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat umur dan suku bunga. Perbedaan ini merupakan masalah tersendiri bagi perusahaan, karena tingkat pendidikan akan mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja. "Suhu panas di lingkungan kerja akan mempengamhi tubuh tenaga kerja sehingga akan mengganggu produktivitas kerja mereka. Rancangan penelitian berupa studi intervensi di mana identifikasi masalah dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan diperoleh hasil yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan terhadap tenaga kerja yaitu berupa faktor panas, debu, penerangan, bahan kimia, dan Esiologi kerja. Dengan cara menggunakan kriteria matriks, maka faktor cuaca panas mendapat prioritas pertama untuk diamati.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan laboratorium, pengukuran lingkungan kerja dan penghitungan terhadap berbagai variabel dari reaksi tubuh terhadap panas lingkungan tersebut di atas. Dari hasil pemeriksaan terhadap 10 orang tenaga kerja maka yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi adalah 6 orang tenaga kerja.
Dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan tentang lingkungan kerja panas dan pencegahannya, memasang penyekat pada sumber panas, perbaikan ventilasi. Setelah dilakukan intervensi maka ke tiga variabel menurun rata-rata menjadi ISBB 27,9 °C 1 0,07 °C, HSI 388,33% ± 6,35% dan A (akumulasi panas tubuh) - 199,31 Kcal/jam ± 2,9 Kcal/jam. Hasil uji statistik untuk ke tiga variabel di atas menutun secara bermakna.

Hot temperature in the workplace would influenced the body of workers, and will reduce work productivity. This study was intervention method study. Problem were identified through observation, questioners, and the results showed that heat, dust, lighting, chemicals, and work physiology had influenced the worker's health Using matrix criteria, heat was first priority to be studied.
Data collection study completed by personal interview, physical examination, laboratorium examination, measurement of workplace and calculation to various variables from the body reaction toward hot environment. Based on the criteria, finally 6 workers was selected as sample of study from 10 workers. The intervention were education about hot in workplace and prevention, to install aluminium shielding, and improvement ventilation.
Atter intervention WBGT Index decrease became 27,9 °C _+ 0,07 °C, body heat accumulation (A) decrease became - 199,31 Kcal/hour ± 2,9 Kcal/hour, and HSI decrease became 38,33% ± 6,35%. Statistically test showed that WBGT Index, A, and HSI decrease significantly.
