The construction of dam infrastructure is one of the government's main programs in supporting food security. The construction of the dam is carried out through a process of public procurement of goods/services. One of the efforts to minimize the negative impact of this procurement on social, economic, and environmental aspects is the implementation of the Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP). The problem to address in this research is that there are no SSP indicators in dam construction, resulting in not optimally reducing the negative social, economic, and environmental impacts of dam construction in Indonesia. This study aims to formulate social, economic, and environmental indicators for SPP, analyze the application of indicators, analyze factors, actors that influence the implementation of SPP, and finally formulate policies related to the implementation of SPP indicators. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with questionnaires and interviews with government procurement actors in the dam sector to determine the level of importance of indicators and examination of procurement documents to assess the current implementation of indicators. In this study 64 sustainability indicators were produced, analysis of the current application of indicators, factors and actors that influence the implementation of SPP and policy formulation, namely the SPP Model which pays attention to the impact of each process and the results of the process on the economy, social and environment with regulated indicators and operational guide. The conclusion of this study is that it is necessary to improve the implementation of SPP in the dam sector by applying the SPP Model in stages."

Climate change is a response to the increasing concentration of greenhouse gases resulting from human activities. In 2015, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), including Indonesia, signed the Paris Agreement. One of the frameworks provided in the Paris Agreement is related to financial support. Green bonds are defined as fixed-income financial instruments used to raise or refinance capital for eligible green projects. The trend of green bonds aims to create opportunities for investing in the environment, adding value to both the environment and the economy of a country. However, the global representation of green bonds in the bond market is still less than 2%. Although the green bond market in Indonesia is growing rapidly, it is still in its early stages. The issue addressed in this research is the fact that the issuance of green bonds in Indonesia, primarily by corporate entities, remains low. This is despite the implementation of sustainable finance policies since 2014 and the availability of regulations and frameworks for green bond issuance since 2017. Based on this issue, the research aims to evaluate green bond policies and provide policy recommendations to support sustainable development efforts in Indonesia. The research methodology combines quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed method), utilizing quantitative content analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, financial analysis, and in-depth interviews. The research findings indicate that green bonds in Indonesia have the potential to be utilized as a financing alternative that supports sustainable development efforts. Constraints in the development of the green bond market in Indonesia include the lack of financial benefits for issuers and investors in green bonds and the suboptimal incentives provided to parties investing in green bonds in Indonesia. The conclusion of this research highlights the need for additional efforts beyond the current initiatives, such as providing additional incentives for parties investing in green bonds, strengthening regulations/policies to encourage growth and development of the green bond market in Indonesia, and fostering collaboration among governments to support the development of the green bond market in Indonesia to achieve sustainable development goals."

Ecotourism, as one of the products or types of tourism from sustainable tourism, which implements conservation, economic and educational values on it. The emergence of ecotourism trends is based on the growth of global tourism and is an effective instrument of sustainable development. The study was conducted in Bantaeng Regency, located in South Sulawesi Province, as a representative area that succeeded in developing ecotourism as a global concept at the local scale in gathering collaboration with other actors, both state and non-state actors who also had interests and influences. Evolutionary Model of Tourism Partnership (Selin and Chavez, 1995) to analyze the stages that have been traversed in the process of developing ecotourism in Marina Beach and Protected Forest Campaga with all actors involved. Based on the findings of the authors in this assessment, the pattern of relations that exists between stakeholders in the development of ecotourism at Marina Beach and Protected Forest Camp runs by emphasizing the strength of local government, especially Regent Nurdin Abdullah in designing development and being directly involved in each stage of the Evolutionary Model of Tourism Partnership . Research also shows that no business actor or private investor is involved in developing ecotourism in Bantaeng Regency which has an impact on the still small number of foreign tourists visiting Bantaeng Regency and the lack of utilization of media technology as a means of promotion and marketing."

Faktor-faktor psikologis tersebut antara lain, environmental concern, perceived knowledge about sustainability issues, perceived consumer effectiveness, perceived marketplace influence, subjective norm, spirituality, attitude towards sustainable purchasing, drive for environmental responsibility, dan supportive behaviors for environmental organizations.

Along with economic growth and increased consumption, environmental problems are arising, especially in Asian countries. At the same time, sustainable products and brands are struggling to gain attention from the market. Unfortunately, sustainability studies are scarce in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the influence of psychological factors on Indonesian consumers’ sustainable purchase behavior. The psychological factors include environmental concern, perceived knowledge about sustainability issues, perceived consumer effectiveness, perceived marketplace influence, subjective norm, spirituality, attitude towards sustainable purchasing, drive for environmental responsibility, and supportive behaviors for environmental organizations. Using a self-administered online survey, this research took Java Island consumers aged 18-44 as the respondents. The data of 600 young consumers were obtained and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique in Lisrel 8.8 software. The findings demonstrate that perceived knowledge, subjective norm, and supportive behavior for environmental organizations are the significant predictors of sustainable purchase behavior. The result is useful to marketers in persuading consumers to buy sustainable products.
