"Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat untuk mengurangi preferensi utama sebagai moda transportasi yang dapat menimbulkan kemacetan, polusi udara dan penggunaan energi berlebihan, dengan mengedepankan konsep penataan ruang kota yang memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan beragam fungsi dan terintegrasi dengan mempromosikan gaya hidup sehat melalui aktivitas berjalan kaki dan bersepeda sebagai moda transportasi aktif serta memaksimalkan penggunaan moda transportasi massal. Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menata penerapan konsep TOD di kawasan Harmoni, sebagai salah satu rencana penataan kawasan transportasi dan mixed use building. Dalam mendukung terbentuknya kawasan TOD diperlukan juga tempat hunian bagi masyarakat agar kawasan Harmoni dapat hidup dan dijangkau masyarakat khususnya bagi yang menengah kebawah.

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is an alternative solution for the community to reduce their main preferences as a mode of transportation that can cause congestion, air pollution and excessive energy use, by saving the concept of urban spatial planning that maximizes land use for various functions and is integrated by promoting urban style. healthy living through walking and cycling activities as active modes of transportation and maximizing the use of mass transportation modes. This design was carried out with the aim of managing the application of the TOD concept in the Harmoni area, as one of the plans for structuring the transportation area and multi-purpose building. In supporting the formation of the TOD area, residential areas are also needed for the community so that the Harmoni area can live and be accessible to the community, especially for the lower middle class."
