"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas mengenai Industri Pertahanan Israel. Analisis dalam tesis ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) konsep dasar. Pertama yang dikemukakan oleh Schweller mengenai negara Bandwagoning, kemudian Arms Dynamic yang dikemukakan oleh Buzan dan yang terakhir ialah mengenai Military Defence Industry. Berdasarkan konsep tersebut diketahui bahwa suatu negara Bandwagoning biasanya akan memiliki tingkah laku untuk melakukan upaya Arms Reduction atau pola dinamika persenjataan yang paling sederhana karena negara bandwagoning dalam sistem Military Defence Industry akan bersikap lebih dependent terhadap negara super powernya. Peneitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang akan membuktikan apakah pola perilaku Israel akan sesuai dengan situasi normatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Israeel tidak berperilaku seperti bagaimana sebuah negara Bandwagoning yang total surrender. Kemudian menjelaskan bagaimana proses yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya Industri Pertahanan di Israel tersebut. Hal yang kemudian menarik untuk dibaca lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses about the Israel Defense Industries. The analysis in this thesis using three (3) basic concepts. First proposed by the state Bandwagoning Schweller, then Arms Dynamic proposed by Buzan and the last one is the Military Defence Industry. Based on the concept that a country known Bandwagoning behavior will usually have to make an effort Arms Reduction or pattern dynamics of the simplest weapons because the state bandwagoning Military Defence Industry in the system will be more dependent on the state super power.
