"ABSTRAKPenyakit Ebola disebabkan oleh virus Ebola yang termasuk dalam keluarga virus floviridae. Penyakit ini menyebar melalui kontak langsung dengan cairan tubuh individu terinfeksi. Dalam penelitian ini, dibahas mengenai model matematika transmisi penyakit ebola dengan relapse dan reinfeksi. Penyakit tersebut dimodelkan dengan menggunakan sistem persamaan diferensial biasa berdimensi tujuh. Model ini menunjukkan adanya fenomena backwards bifurcation yang dianalisa dengan memperhatikan perubahan arah pada titik keseimbangan endemik. Eksistensi backward bifurcation pada model penyakit Ebola dikarenakan adanya relapse dan reinfeksi sehingga terdapat titik keseimbangan endemik saat basic reproduction number R0 kurang dari satu. Jumlah total kasus baru individu terinfeksi Ebola meningkat dengan meningkatnya nilai parameter relapse dan reinfeksi.

ABSTRACTEbola disease is caused by the Ebola virus which belongs to the floviridae virus family.This disease spreads through direct contact with the body fluids of infected individuals.In this undergraduate thesis, we discussed the mathematical model of Ebola diseasetransmission with relapse and reinfection. This infection is modeled using systemof seven dimensions ordinary differential equation. This model shows the backwardbifurcation phenomenon that is analyzed by considering the direction change in theendemic equilibrium point. The existence of backward bifurcation in the Ebola diseasemodel is due to relapse and reinfection so there is an endemic equilibrium point whenbasic reproduction number R0 is less than one. The total number of new cases ofindividuals infected with Ebola increases with increasing values of the parameters relapseand reinfection."

Karya sinematografi berupa film dan serial televisi, termasuk dalam bentuk ciptaan yang dilindungi. Dalam pembuatan suatu film maupun serial televisi tentu terdapat usaha dan kerja keras dari semua orang yang terlibat di dalamnya, bahkan seringkali dibutuhkan biaya tinggi. Akan tetapi, banyak pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab mendistribusikan film dan serial televisi tersebut melaui penyediaan situs-situs layanan streaming video yang ilegal untuk kepentingan komersial, sehingga dapat dikatakan sebagai kegiatan pembajakan. Situs-situs tersebut pun dapat dengan mudah diakses secara gratis dimana salah satunya adalah situs indoxxi. Sementara itu, kemunculan berbagai penyedia jasa layanan streaming video yang legal pada saat ini, ternyata masih belum bisa menghapuskan keberadaan situs-situs penyedia jasa layanan streaming video yang ilegal. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan pendistribusian konten digital di internet, penyelenggaraan sistem elektronik pada situs indoxxi dan tanggung jawab hukum bagi penyelenggara situs layanan streaming video yang ilegal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap hukum positif tertulis, termasuk meneliti melalui bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Selanjutnya, dari hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa perjanjian lisensi merupakan elemen yang paling penting dalam rangka pendistribusian konten digital. Selain itu, terdapat bentuk-bentuk penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat ditempuh terkait dengan pelanggaran hak cipta dalam bentuk pembajakan tersebut.

Cinematographic works in the form of films and television series, included as the form of protected works. In making a film or television series, certainly there are a lot of effort and hard work from everyone involved in it, often high costs are needed. Unfortunately, many irresponsible parties are distributing these television films and series through the provision of illegal video streaming service sites for commercial purposes, which is can be called as piracy activities. These sites can also be easily accessed for free, one of it is indoxxi website. Meanwhile, the emergence of various legal video streaming service providers at the moment, it turns out, is still unable to eliminate the existence of sites that provide illegal video streaming services. The research aims to analyze the activities of distributing digital content on the internet, organizing electronic systems on indoxxi sites and legal responsibilities for providers of illegal video streaming service sites. This research is a normative juridical research, namely research conducted on written positive law, including researching through library materials or secondary data. Furthermore, from the results of this study it was found that the license agreement is the most important element in the context of the distribution of digital content. In addition, there are forms of dispute resolution that can be taken related to copyright infringement in the form of piracy.
