"Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma nomor 389 Depok dilaksanakan selama satu bulan pada bulan Juli 2018. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apotek Kimia Farma nomor 389 telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum dilakukan adalah konseling dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO).

Internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 389 Depok was held for one month in July 2018. This internship was intended to make Apothecary students understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the practice include the management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumable medical device and pharmacy clinical services in Pharmacy. Kimia Farma was managing pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumable medical device in accordance with the laws and ethical based on Regulation of Minister of Health No. 35 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy. Pharmacy clinical services that have not done at Kimia Farma No. 389 are counseling and Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring."

Actavis Indonesia bertujuan untuk memahami dan menilai bagaimana penerapan aspek-aspek Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dalam suatu industri farmasi serta memahami tugas dan peran profesi apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dalam hal manajemen risiko mutu terhadap terjadinya pencemaran silang produk serta upaya pencegahan yang perlu dilakukan untuk terjadinya pencemaran silang produk.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di KFTD Cabang Bogor bertujuan untuk memahami dan menilai bagaimana penerapan aspek-aspek Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dalam suatu Pedagang Besar Farmasi serta memahami tugas dan peran profesi apoteker di Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk menganalisis inspeksi diri terkait dengan bangunan, fasilitas, dan peralatan di KFTD Cabang Bogor serta upaya perbaikan dan pencegahan yang perlu dilakukan untuk terjadinya ketidaksesuaian kondisi lapangan dengan CDOB.

The spesific assigment aims to understand the rule and duties of pharmacist profession to self inspection about utlity at KFTD Bogor and efforts to preventive and corrective the unconforming as Good Distribution Practice."

"Efisiensi penjerapan dari pembuatan etosom dengan metode cara dingin lebih kecil dari metode hidrasi lapis tipis. Oleh karena itu, perlu dipelajari lebih lanjut hal apa saja yang mempengaruhi efisiensi penjerapan. Metode pembuatan etosom dilakukan dengan cara dingin dan hidrasi lapis tipis dengan formulasi yang sama, kemudian suspensi etosom yang terbentuk dilakukan sonikasi. Efisiensi penjerapan masing-masing metode ditentukan dengan metode ultrasentrifugasi dan dilakukan secara tidak langsung serta karakterisasinya dilakukan dengan Confocal Laser Scanner Microscopy. Nilai rata-rata efisiensi penjerapan cara dingin adalah 77,51923 4,991208065 dan nilai rata-rata efisiensi penjerapan metode hidrasi lapis tipis 83,38473 2,138725.Hasil karakterisasi dengan menggunakan Confocal Laser Scanner Microscopy menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode tersebut memiliki ukuran 200 nm dan bentuk vesikel yang sferis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode tersebut memiliki hasil yang baik walaupun efisiensi penjerapan metode cara dingin lebih kecil dibandingkan metode hidrasi lapis tipis.

The entrapment efficiency of ethosome produced by the cold method is lower than thin layer hydration method, therefore, we must know about entrapment efficiency factors . The method to formulation of rhodamine B ethosome using cold method and thin layer hydration, the suspension of ethosome is sonicated. Entrapment efficiency determined using spectrofotometry uv vis and characterization of ethosome determined by confocal laser scanner microscopy. The average of cold method entrapment efficiency 77,51923 4,991208065 and The average of thin layer hydration entrapment efficiency 83,38473 2,138725.

The quality of ethosome characterization by confocal laser scanner microscopy show that formulation of cold method and thin layer hydration vesicle size are 200 nm and vesicle morphology is spheric. This is show that the quality of cold method is as good as thin layer hydration method, although cold method of entrapment efficiency less than thin layer hydration method."
