Penelitian ini meneliti tentang implementasi pengenaan tindakan pengamanan (safeguard) dalam melindungi industri dalam negeri terhadap impor produk canai lantaian dari besi atau baja bukan paduan. Kebijakan ini dikeluarkan seiring melonjaknya impor produk tersebut sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya kerugian serius atau ancaman kerugian serius pada industri dalam negeri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Bea Masuk Tindakan Pengamanan (BMTP) telah sesuai dengan aturan di dalam Agreement on Safeguards dan memenuhi kriteria: adanya lonjakan impor, adanya kerugian atau ancaman kerugian, dan adanya hubungan sebab akibat antara lonjakan impor dengan kerugian atau ancaman kerugian. Berdasarkan data impor tahun 2014 ? 2015 dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan BMTP bagi produk tersebut telah memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam menahan lonjakan impor.

ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzes the implementation of safeguard measures in protecting domestic industry against import of product flat-rolled of iron or non-alloy steel. This policy is issued as soaring imports of these products that result in serious injury or threat of serious injury on the domestic industry. These results indicate that the adoption of Safeguard Measures Import Duty (BMTP) in accordance with the rules in the Agreement on Safeguards and following the criteria: increase imports, serious injury or threat of serious injury, and the causal link between increase imports and serious injury or threat of serious injury. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan prinsip kehati-hatian bank terhadap pemberian kredit dengan agunan berupa tanah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pemberian kredit kepada P.T. Z Internasional, Bank X sudah menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, baik yang diatur dalam ketentuan perbankan maupun yang diatur internal oleh pihak Bank X. Selain itu, di dalam skripsi ini juga dibahas mengenai keabsahan perjanjian kredit bagi para pihak yaitu Bank X, P.T. Z Internasional dan juga pihak ketiga yang mengaku sebagai pemilik salah satu sertipikat tanah yang dijadikan agunan. Perjanjian kredit yang dibuat oleh Bank X dan P.T. Z Internasional telah memenuhi syarat-syarat sahnya perjanjian dan syarat-syarat peralihan tanah sehingga perjanjian kredit ini juga mengikat pihak ketiga yang mengaku sebagai pemilik salah satu sertipikat tanah yang dijadikan agunan. ......This mini thesis discusses the implementation of the Prudential Banking Principal toward credit application with collateral such as land. Research method used was the method of research literature with the form of descriptive analytical research. This study found that in giving credit to the P.T. Z International, Bank X has been implementing the prudential banking principles in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the banking and the provisions managed internally by the Bank X. In addition, in this mini thesis also discussed the validity of the credit agreement for the parties, namely Bank of X, P.T. Z International and also the third party who claimed as the certified owner of one of the lands which are the collateral. Credit agreement made by the Bank of X, and P.T. Z International has met the requirements of legality and conditions of the rights to the land so that the credit agreement is also binding on a third party claim as owner of one of the title as collateral.
