Perbaikan implementasi MPS dilakukan dengan metode BPR (Business Process Reengineering) yang dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi proses kemudian merekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan. Untuk mengetahui penyebab perbedaan antara data hasil produksi di sistem ERP dengan hasil aktualnya digunakan metode fishbone diagram sehingga diketahui sumber masalah penyebab utamanya sehingga memudahkan proses penyelesaiannya.
