Ketidakpastian dari waktu berakhirnya pembayaran manfaat pensiun berkala pada peserta yang mengalami kejadian cacat total tetap dan meninggal dunia membuat perusahaan harus bekerja keras untuk memastikan kecukupan dana. Penelitian ini berfokus mengenai pola survival dari durasi waktu pembayaran manfaat pensiun berkala beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi durasi waktu pembayaran manfaat pensiun berkala tersebut. Dari hasil analisis, probabilitas survival durasi waktu pembayaran manfaat pensiun berkala berubah signifikan pada jangka waktu kurang dari 10 bulan kemudian menurun secara stabil di sekitar 50% hingga 75% setelah 10 bulan. Melalui metode Cox proportional hazard dengan seleksi forward, diperoleh informasi bahwa hubungan penerima, usia, masa iuran, dan rate risiko Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) adalah faktor yang membentuk model terbaik untuk durasi waktu pembayaran manfaat pensiun berkala dengan nilai -2 log likelihood ratio paling kecil yaitu sebesar 216400,77. ......Uncertainty of the expiration date of the benefit payments to participants who experience permanent total disability and death makes the company has to work hard to ensure adequacy of fund. The focus of this research is about the survival time duration of payment defined benefit pension and the factors that affect them. The results of the analysis, survival probability for the time duration of payment defined benefit pension changes significantly in a period of less than 10 months then decreases steadily at around 50% to 75% after 10 months. Using the forward selection method with Cox proportional hazard model, we obtained information that the recipient relationship, age, contribution period, and rate of work accident security are the factors that make the best-fit model with the smallest -2 log likelihood ratio, which is 216400.77.
