This paper aims to scrutinize the bilateral relation between the people's republic of china and republic of singapore with a specific case of environemental cooperation in their collaborative project known as "sino-singapore tianjin eco city" (SSTEC). It examines the needs of solutions to compensate chinese urban growth and the availability of singaporean expertise in sino-singapore tianjin eco city project. The writers argued that, within the bilateral relations between the two countries, the importance of this project can be categorized into three main divisions. Which are in environmental affairs, economic affairs, and political affairs. those all were executed by the implementation of the bilateral cooperation between people's republic of china (PRC) and republic of singapore (ROS) in this "SINO-Singapore tianjin eco city" project by tranforming a waste land into an eco-friendly smart city to address environmental threats

Abstrak :
This article discusses the significance of Malacca Straits as one of the pivotal sea lines in the world. It argues that the security of Malacca Strait involves the nexus of external and internal maritime security and therefore it should be assessed by dual approach. This article emphasize the maritime security problems in the Malacca Straits and concludes by advocating a more comprehensive maritime security framework?particularly to Indonesia, ASEAN and other non-regional actors ? in order to bring new approaches to the maritime security problems in the Malacca Straits

South China has become one of the most of serious hot spot in the world. The geopolitics of the sub region plays a very crucial tole in the pattern of interactions among the claimant states of the south china sea.

Nowadays Sulu Sea is becoming the core of geopolitics issues between Indonesia, Malaisya and the Philippines. The three countries are looking at Sulu Sea as the strategic environment which has the substance of their national security interest, but the maritime security condition at Sulu Sea has no longer stable after the existence of Abu Sayyaf Group. In this thesis will explain about the agreement of maritime security cooperation which is called as the Trilateral Cooperation Arrangement in preserving Indonesia, Malaisya and the Philippines national security interests at Sulu Sea. The agreement has been initiated by the minister of foreign affairs of those three countries in order to their common concern about the threat that has been conducted by the Abu Sayyaf Group. Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philipinnes as the three countries who agreed in the Trilateral Cooperation Arrangement at Sulu Sea recognize the threat in the maritime areas is maritime piracy such as ship hijacking and kidnapping for ransom that could threatened their national security interest as well as their sovereignty at sea. Therefore in order to overcome the maritime piracy at Sulu Sea, the three countries implement the initiatives that have been agreed.

Considering is strategic location, turkey realized that strategically managing the defence industry would be very important for the security of the state.

The idea of Global Maritime Fulcrum brought by President Joko Widodo further states that Indonesia wants to restore its glory at sea and play an important role in the maritime sector: Looking at the situation, in which the geo-economic and geopolitical center of gravity has now shifted from Western countries to the East Asian countries, has positioned Indonesia in the midst of a strategic change process. This provides an opportunity for Indonesia to realize the vision of Global Maritime Fulcrum. As the largest archipelagic country in the world, Indonesia is endowed with enormous marine potential with a great economic value which need to be supported by the development of maritime infrastructure and connectivity. Indonesia's efforts to realize the vision of Global Maritime Fulcrum by conducting its maritime diplomacy, one of them is through an international strategy in the form of international cooperation with partner countries and international organizations (IO) at bilateral and multilateral levels. This article discusses the application of the blue economy concept that aims to generate profits from the results of marine potential yet still preserve the sustainability of marine ecosystem in perceived as one of an apropriate step and in needed to realize the vision Global Maritime Fulcrum under the President Jokowi Dodo and Jusuf Kalla administration from 2014 to 2017.
