Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok Bulan Juli Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Depok dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu Home Pharmacy Care Pasien Osteoporosis serta Osteoarthritis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah menganalisis terapi osteoporosis dan osteoarthritis berdasarkan Resep dokter yang masuk di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 dan melakukan monitoring terhadap terapi pasien lansia dengan penyakit osteoporosis dan osteoarthritis melalui pelayanan Home Pharmacy Care untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan terapi yang diterima pasien

ABSTRACT
Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 Month Period July 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Home Pharmacy Care Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis Patient in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389. The purpose of this special assignment is to analyze therapy of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis based on physician prescription at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 389 and monitoring the therapy of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis patient by Home Pharmacy Care service in order to increasing the outcome of therapy that received by patient.

Pfizer Indonesia Periode Bulan Agustus - September Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Perumusan Training Material dan Dokumentasi Hasil Training NST Liquid di PT. Pfizer Indonesia. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memahami alur proses compounding dan pengemasan NST Liquid, serta titik kritis yang perlu disampaikan dalam pelatihan kepada karyawan, serta mempelajari bagaimana membuat suatu metode pelatihan yang efektif dan efisien. Secara umum, PT. Pfizer Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi

Pfizer Indonesia month period August - September 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Formulating Training Material and Documenting Training Result of NST Liquid at PT. Pfizer Indonesia. The purpose of this special assignment is to understanding the process flow of compounding and packing NST Liquid, and identificating critical point that has to be delivered in the training session to trainee and to learn how to make the training method that effective and efficient. In general, PT. Pfizer Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy

Praktik kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Periode 9-20 Oktober 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di lembaga pemerintahan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di lembaga pemerintahan, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di lembaga pemerintahan, khususnya di Direktorat Penilaian Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Praktik kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pengurusan Izin Edar Alat Kesehatan Diagnostik HIV Tahun 2015-2017.
