Weather elements such as temperature, humidity, solar radiation affected plant growthand development, which ultimately affected plants productivity. Climate data also support phenology study, pest and disease research, as well as tree health monitoring on daily basis. In this paper two types of weather element data measurement and recording were discussed, either manual and automatic method."
