ABSTRAK
Ekstrak buah naga (Hylocereus undatus) yang mengandung fenol memiliki khasiat untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah. Kemampuan ekstrak buah naga untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah dapat dijadikan sebagai zat aktif dalam produk nutrasetika antidiabetes dalam bentuk sediaan beads hidrogel. Eksipien koproses gom xanthan-gom arab memiliki kemampuan mengembang yang baik dan membentuk sambungsilang dengan ion kalsium dengan proses gelasi ion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan beads hidrogel ekstrak buah naga dengan eksipien koproses gom xanthan-gom arab. Ekstrak etanol 70% buah naga diformulasikan dengan perbandingan ekstrak dan polimer 1:3 dan 1:2 serta 4 macam dosis zat aktif. Formula 4 menghasilkan daya mengembang terbaik sebesar 163,75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar fenol total ekstrak buah naga sebesar 1,21 ± 0,01 mg GAE/g. Beads hidrogel yang diformulasikan menunjukkan bentuk yang pipih berwarna kecoklatan, berbentuk bulat dan berwarna putih ketika dimasukkan ke dalam air. Formula terbaik adalah formula 4 dengan perbandingan ekstrak dan polimer 1:2. Formula 4 mengandung kadar ekstrak sebesar 310,64 ± 4,49 mg/g beads. Oleh karena itu, beads hidrogel ekstrak buah naga berpotensi digunakan sebagai minuman antidiabetes.

ABSTRACT
Dragon fruit (Hylocereus undatus) extract containing phenol has the ability to decrease blood glucose levels. Therefore, it can be used as an active ingredient in nutraceutical antidiabetic product in the dosage form hydrogel beads. Coprocessed xanthan gum-arabic gum excipient has a good ability to swell and crosslinked with calcium ions by ionotropic gelation. The aim of this research was to formulate a hydrogel beads of dragon fruit extract based on coprocessed xanthan gum-arabic gum excipient. Ethanol extract 70% of dragon fruit extract was formulated with coprocessed excipients in the ratio of 1:3 and 1:2 and 4 doses of active ingredient. The best swelling ability was formula 4 with value 163,75%. The result showed that total phenols content of dragon fruit extract was 1,21 ± 0,01 mg GAE/g. The obtained hydrogel beads showed a flattened shape with brown color, became spheric and white when put in water. The results reveal that formula 4 was the best formula with 1:2 ratio of extract and coprocessed excipient. Extract content of formula 4 was 310,64 ± 4,49 mg/g beads. Therefore, hydrogel beads of dragon fruit extract has the potential to be used as a antidiabetic drink.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di GlaxoSmithKline Jalan Pulobuaran Raya Kav III Blok DD No. 2-3-4 Jakarta Timur bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di departemen pengawasan mutu GlaxoSmithKline. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Template Excel Spreadsheet untuk Pengolahan Data Hasil Analisis Sirup Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, dan Dextromethorphan HBr Menggunakan Gas Chromatography. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memahami tahapan dalam pembuatan sistem komputerisasi yang digunakan di industry farmasi dan membuat excel spreadsheet pengolahan data hasil analisis sirup Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, dan Dextromethorphan HBr menggunakan gas chromatography.

Internship in GlaxoSmithKline Jalan Pulobuaran Raya Kav III Blok DD No. 2-3-4 East Jakarta aims to make the pharmacists may know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry as well as to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the quality control department in GlaxoSmithKline. Given the special task entitled Excel Spreadsheet Template for Processing Data Analysis Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, and Dextromethorphan HBr Syrup using Gas Chromatography. The purpose of this special task is to understand the stages in the manufacture of computerized systems used in the pharmaceutical industry and create an excel spreadsheet data processing analysis results Pseudoephedrine HCl, Triprolidine HCl, and Dextromethorphan HBr syrup using gas chromatography.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Apotek Prima Sehat. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengevaluasi pelayanan di Apotek Prima Sehat yang perlu ditingkatkan berdasarkan kepuasan pelanggan.
