Dalam perencanaan proyek konstruksi, diperlukan uraian pekerjaan proyek yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Nyatanya, masih ada proyek konstruksi khususnya proyek jalan yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaannya dalam segi waktu maupun biaya. Untuk itu, diperlukan WBS Work Breakdown Structure sebagai acuan pelaksanaan proyek guna mendefinisikan pekerjaan proyek hingga ke sumber dayanya. Hal tersebut akan dibahas pada penelitian ini, sehingga nantinya pelaksanaan proyek diharapkan dapat sesuai dengan perencanaannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menguraikan rincian pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi jalan hingga ke sumber dayanya dalam bentuk Kamus dan Checklist WBS Work Breakdown Structure .

ABSTRACT
In the construction project plan, a description of the project work that will be used as a reference for the implementation of the construction project is required. In fact, there are many construction projects, especially road projects that are not in accordance with the plan in terms of time and cost. For that, we need WBS Work Breakdown Structure as a reference project implementation in order to define project work to the resources. It will be discussed in this research, so that the implementation of the project is expected to be in accordance with the plan. The results of this study describe the details of the road construction projects to their resources in the form of WBS Work Breakdown Structure Dictionaries and Checklist.
