"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan diagnosis budaya organisasi dan kompetensi manajerial. Responden adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pactoconvex Niagatama. Penelitian ini rnenggunakan konsep Competing Values Framework (Cameron dan Quinn, 2006) dengan kuesioner Organization Culture Assessment Instrument dan Management Skill Assessment Instrument yang kernudian diolah dengan Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tipe budaya organisasi saat ini didominasi oleh tipe clan dan market, sementara tipe budaya yang diinginkan didominasi oleh tipe clan dan aclnocracy. Hasil lainnya adalah bahwa karyawan rnenilai kornpetensi rnanajerial berada pada posisi "sedang" yang berarti telah cukup rnernuaskan dan kategori kornpetensi yang perlu rnenjadi fokus perbaikan adalah managing team, managing continuous improvement dan managing coordination.

This study aims to diagnose the organization culture and managerial competencies using the Competing Values Framework by Cameron and Quinn (2006). Respondents are whole employees of PT.PactoconveX Niagatama, a professional convention organizer. This study used Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) and Management Skill Assessment Instrument (MSAI). By using descriptive analysis and Importance Performance Analysis, the result found that clan culture and market culture are dominant in current situation. Moreover, clan culture and adhocracy culture are the preferred dominant culture. The result also found that employees feel that the score for management skill is "moderate" (satisfying enough). PT.PactoconveX Niagatama should concentrate to make an improvement in some management skill categories: managing team, managing continuous improvement and managing coordination."

"Abstract. The aim of the research is to study the perception of the operational employees toward the result
of functional analysis in Micro Banking District Center, Jakarta of PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk (Persero). The
research is descriptive and uses quantitative approach. The data were collected by spreading questionnaires,
using stratified random sampling technique. The result of the research shows that the perceptions of the Bank
Mandiri?s employees toward functional analysis result is ranging ?good?. However improvement in the aspects
of compensation, facility completeness and compatibility, and educational suitability are still needed."
