Aktivitas rig up lokasi well service PT. Pertamina EP Region Jawa Field Jatibarang dapat berpotensi terjadi kecelakaan berupa kerusakan peralatan rig, maupun fatality pada manusia yang dilakukan oleh operator rig. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui probabilitas terjadinya human error dan violation pada aktivitas rig up yang dilakukan oleh operator rig. Skill, rule dan knowledge base error merupakan klasifikasi yang dipengaruhi oleh jenis informasi yang terlibat dalam kegiatan industri yang dikembangkan oleh J Rasmussen. Menurut Reason, terjadinya tindakan violation adalah keputusan secara sadar, sedangkan error terjadi terlepas dari kehendak seseorang untuk menghindari. Probabilitas terjadinya potensi human error dan violation yaitu ketika operator rig melakukan tahapan task yang salah selain standard operating procedure. Sekitar 63,9% probabilitas rule based error dari 111 tahapan task rig up. Bagi perusahaan lakukan training, pengawasan, review standard operating procedure, dan inspeksi. Bagi operator rig meningkatkan komunikasi dua arah secara jelas antara operator rig dan sinyalman. Bagi peneliti lain sebagai referensi melakukan kajian error dan violation pada rig pemboran.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the probability the potential of human error and violation rig up on the activities carried out by the rig operator. Skill, rule and knowledge base classification error is influenced by the type of information involved in industrial activities developed by J. Rasmussen. According to Reason, the act of violation is a conscious decision, while the error occurs regardless of the will of a person to avoid. Probability the potential of human error and the potential violation is when the rig operators did the wrong stage of the task in addition to standard operating procedure. Approximately 63.9% chance of error of rule-based task rig up 111 steps. For companies doing training, supervision, review standard operating procedure, and inspection / standardization. For rig operators improve two-way communication between the operator clearly and signalman rig. As a reference for other researchers to study error and violation on the drilling rig.

Kompetensi merupakan kriteria yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap pegawai yang melakukan pekerjaan dalam bidang tertentu, termasuk dalam bidang kearsipan. Kompetensi sangat dibutuhkan dalam membentuk sebuah kinerja yang baik demi mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan. Karena jika setiap pegawai memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi maka akan menghasilkan kinerja yang terbaik. Sebagai pengelola arsip seorang arsiparis dituntut untuk dapat memberikan berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu maka seorang arsiparis harus memiliki tiga kompetensi dasar dibidang kearsipan yakni pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi arsiparis terhadap kinerja arsiparis di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya serta juga mengidentifikasi indikator dari kompetensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar bagi arsiparis dalam melakukan kinerja.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara menyeluruh kompetensi arsiparis yang terdiri dari indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap memiliki pengaruh sebesar 56,4% terhadap kinerja arsiparis di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia. Secara parsial konsep pengetahuan dan keterampilan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan konsep sikap dengan t hitung dari konsep pengetahuan sebesar 1,257 dan t hitung dari konsep keterampilan sebesar 1,141 sedangkan t hitung dari konsep sikap sebesar 5,535 dengan t tabel sebesar 1,991. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung dari konsep pengetahuan dan keterampilan lebih kecil dari t tabel sedangkan t hitung dari konsep sikap lebih besar dari t tabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep pengetahuan dan keterampilan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan konsep sikap dalam melakukan kinerja arsiparis di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Competence is a criterion that must be owned by every employee who does work in a particular field, including in the field of filing. Competence is needed in forming a good performance in order to achieve the goals of the organization or company. Because if every employee has high competence it will produce the best performance. As an archive manager, an archivist is required to be able to provide various information needed by the community. Therefore, an archivist must have three basic competencies in the field of filing, namely knowledge, skills and attitudes. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of archivist competence on the performance of archivists at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia and how much they influence and also identify indicators of competencies that have the greatest influence on the archivists in performing performance.

Based on the results of the study, it is known that overall archivist competency consisting of indicators of knowledge, skills and attitudes has an influence of 56.4% on the performance of archivists in the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. Partially the concept of knowledge and skills does not have a significant effect compared to the concept of attitude with t count from the concept of knowledge of 1.257 and t count from the concept of skills of 1.141 while t count from the concept of attitude is 5.535 with t table of 1.991. This shows that the value of t count from the concept of knowledge and skills is smaller than t table while t count from the concept of attitude is greater than t table, so it can be concluded that the concepts of knowledge and skills do not have a significant effect compared to the concept of attitude in performing archivist performance at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia.

Kajian maupun penelitian mengenai teknologi yang menggunakan energi terbarukan sebagai bahan bakar telah menjadi salah satu langkah dalam menghadapi kelangkaan sumber energi dunia. Salah satu langkah tersebut adalah teknologi gasifikasi, yang menghasilkan gas mampu bakar dengan mengkonversikan bahan bakar padat, khususnya biomassa Dalam penelitian sebelumnya, sudah dilakukan penggantian bahan bakar menjadi 100% sekam padi. Akan tetapi, penggunaan biomassa sekam padi masih belum mencapai titik optimum kestabilan api. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa modifikasi lanjut pada gasifier, dan pada burner dengan mencari nilai perbandingan udara bahan bakar yang paling optimum, sehingga mendapatkan pembakaran yang kontinu dan efisien. ...... One of those step is gasification technology, which is able to produce a fuel gas to convert solid fuels, particularly biomass. In previous studies, had done the replacement fuel to 100% rice husks. However, the use of rice husk biomass still has not reached the point of optimum stability of the flame. Therefore in this study carried out several further modifications to the gasifier, and the burner by looking for value ratio of air to fuel the most optimum, to get a continuous and efficient combustion.
