"Hampir semua produk yang diedarkan di pasar merupakan produk yang hanya dilekati dengan satu merek, namun ternyata saat ini terdapat produk yang dilekati dua merek sekaligus. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai legalitas pelekatan dua merek pada satu produk dan mengenai tanggung-jawab produk dari produk yang dilekati dua merek sekaligus tersebut. Kedua permasalahan tersebut diulas menggunakan metode kualitatif dan ditinjau dari hukum merek dan hukum perlindungan konsumen. Pembahasan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pelekatan dua merek pada satu produk tidak dilarang menurut hukum merek Indonesia. Dilihat dari hukum perlindungan konsumen, hal tersebut tidak menimbulkan masalah bagi konsumen untuk mengidentifikasi produk. Kedua pemilik merek yang melekatkan mereknya pada produk yang dilekati dengan dua merek sekaligus, masing-masing memiliki tanggung-jawab produk atas produk tersebut. ......Almost all of the products which are available in the market are only attached with a trademark, but now there are products which are attached with two trademarks at once. This study examined the legality of attaching two trademarks at once on a product and examine the product liability for a product which is attached by two trademarks at once. Both of those issues were examined using qualitative method and examined in the terms of Trademark Law and Consumer Protection Law. The attaching of two trademarks at once to a product is legal based on Indonesian Trademark Law. In the terms of Consumer Protection Law, the attaching of two trademarks on a product does not interfere the purpose of the establishing of trademark as intellectual property. Both of the trademark?s owner who attach his trademark to a product which is attached of two trademarks at once, both of them have product liability to that product."
