Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti hubungan antara causality orientation dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian.Pengukuran Causality Orientation menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi dari alat ukur General Causality Orientation Scale (GCOS) yang dibuat oleh Deci dan Ryan pada tahun 1985 dan pengukuran kesejahteraan psikologis menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWBS). Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 139 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara autonomy orientation dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan skor signifikansi, sebesar 0.000, p<0.05; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara controlled orientation dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan skor signifikansi sebesar 0.012, p<0.05; terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan bersifat negatif antara impersonal orientation dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan skor signifikansi sebesar 0.000, p<0.05. ......The purpose of this research is to study the correlation between Causality Orientation and Psychological Well-being of students Police College. The Causality Orientation was measured with an instrument that was adapted from the General Causality Orientation Scale (GCOS) that Deci and Ryan developed, while the Psychological Well-Being was measured with an instrument that was adapted from the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWBS). 139 people participated in this study and they were sampled using the purposive sampling method. The results of this research shows a significant correlation between autonomy orientation and Psychological Well-Being with a significance score of 0.000, p<0.05; a significant correlation between controlled orientation and Psychological Well-Being with a significance score of 0.012, p<0.05; a negative and significant correlation between impersonal orientation and Psychological Well-Being with a significance score of 0.000, p<0.05.
