"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di rumah sakit dilaksanakan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum
Pusat Fatmawati. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 6 minggu dari tanggal 1 Juli sampai dengan
tanggal 20 Agustus 2015. PKP di rumah sakit bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi profesi
apoteker memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati sesuai
dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya, memiliki
gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan
kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di
rumah sakit. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker
RSUP Fatmawati telah melakukannya tugasnya dalam pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik.
Apoteker berperan dalam mengelola aspek-aspek pengelolaan manajerial dan pelayanan
kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit melalui fungsinya sebagai manajer dan drug informer. Selain itu,
apoteker juga berperan dalam Panitia Farmasi dan Terapi (PFT), satu diantara perannya yaitu
mengkaji dan menyusun formularium Rumah Sakit.. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh gambaran umum dari pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di RSUP Fatmawati yang
meliputi pelayanan farmasi klinik dan non klinik. Fungsi pelayanan farmasi klinik berupa
pemberian informasi obat (PIO) dan konseling kepada pasien. Fungsi pelayanan non klinik
meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, produksi, dan
pengawasan perbekalan farmasi. Untuk memaksimalkan fungsi Bagian Farmasi baik dalam hal
pelayanan farmasi klinik maupun pelayanan farmasi non klinik maka perlu dilakukan penambahan
jumlah sumber daya manusia, seperti apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Selain itu,
peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana penunjang perlu diperhatikan agar
pekerjaan kefarmasian dapat dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya.ABSTRACT Profession Internship in hospital was held at Hospital Pharmacy Department of General Hospital

pharmaceutical and health care services generally, have a real picture of the issues pharmaceutical
practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the
development of pharmacy practice in hospitals. Based on Profession Internship activities
undertaken, it can be concluded that the Pharmacist of Fatmawati Hospital has been doing its job
properly in pharmacy services. Pharmacists play a role in managing the managerial aspects of
management and pharmacy services in hospitals through its function as a manager and drug
informer. In addition, the pharmacist also plays a role in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics
Committee (PFT), one among his role is to review and prepare hospital formulary. Apothecary
student have managed to obtain a general overview of the implementation work in Fatmawati
hospital which includes pharmaceutical care clinic and non clinic. The function of clinical
pharmacy services for the provision of drug information service (PIO) and counseling to patients.
Non-clinical service functions including planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution,
production, and control of pharmaceuticals. To maximize the function Pharmacist both in terms of
clinical pharmacy services as well as non-clinical pharmacy services it is necessary to increase the
amount of human resources, such as pharmacists and pharmacy technical personnel. In addition,
improving the quality of human resources and supporting facilities need to be considered in order

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng
Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal
25 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker
memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam
bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku
serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian
di Puskesmas, serta melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker
di Puskesmas.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik, meliputi pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberian
informasi obat, dan pelayanan informasi obat. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta
wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas telah diperoleh penulis. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan PKPA,
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah menerapkan seluruh aspek pelayanan
farmasi klinik dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng berupa
kurangnya tenaga Apoteker yang tidak seimbang dengan jumlahnya pasien. Selain itu, perlu
diadakannya ruang konseling agar kegiatan konseling berjalan dengan baik. ABSTRACT Profession Internship in community health center located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This

center in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and pharmaceutical ethics applicable,
and in the field of public health, understand and have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and
behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice apothecary profession and work in
health centers, as well as see and learn strategies and the development of professional practice of
pharmacists in community health center. Based on profession internship activities undertaken, it
can be concluded that pharmacists in Cengkareng sub-district health centers have responsibility for
the management of pharmaceutical and clinical pharmacy services, including assessment
prescription, drug delivery, give the information of drugs, and drug information services.
Knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice
apothecary profession and work in health centers has been obtained by the authors. Based on
observations during the implementation, Cengkareng sub-district health centers in general have
implemented all aspects of clinical pharmacy services properly. Problems that occur in
Cengkareng sub-district health center in the form of shortage of pharmacists is not balanced with
the amount of patients. In addition, the holding space needs counseling so that counseling
activities run well.

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 282 Jakarta Barat.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober
2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab
apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, emahami seluruh kegiatan
pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang
permasalahan dalam praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dalam mengatasi
permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma
No. 282 Jakarta Barat secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam
pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai
dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan pelayanan
kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua) hal, yaitu: kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa
pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta melakukan
pelayanan farmasi klinik. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 282 adalah ketiadaan
Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat. Selain
itu, agar pasien lebih nyaman dan terbuka dalam memberikan dan menerima informasi, maka perlu
disediakan ruang konseling khusus bagi pasien.

absence of Pharmacist Assistants who can replace the pharmacy manager while it is not in place.
