"Pekerja anak merupakan masalah yang timbul akibat dampak permasalahan ekonomi, sosial, dan kebudayaan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini membahas implementasi Program Pengurangan Pekerja Anak Sebagai Pendorong Program Keluarga Harapan (PPA-PKH) dengan Studi di Kabupaten Mojokerto, dengan paradigma post-positivis, dan melihat implementasi program dari Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan implementasi program PPA-PKH belum cukup maksimal. Hal ini karena masih banyak permasalan dalam implementasi program. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran serta dan keterlibatan semua pihak terkait, agar terjalin hubungan koordinasi yang baik untuk memperbaiki kekurangan dalam pengimplementasian program di tahun berikutnya dan pencapaian kesamaan persepsi untuk membangun tujuan dan menghadapi berbagai kendala bersama menuju keberhasilan program.

Child labor is a problem that arises due to the impact of economic problems, social, and culture in the community. This study discusses the implementation of the Child Labour Reduction Program For Drivers of the Family Hope Program, to study in Mojokerto regency, with post-positivist paradigm, and look at the implementation of the program of Communication, Resources, disposition, and structure of bureaucracy. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The results of this study indicate that the overall implementation of the program, the maximum is not enough. This is because there are still a lot of the problem lies in the implementation of the program. Therefore, it needs the participation and involvement of all parties concerned, in order to create a good relationship coordination to correct deficiencies in the implementation of the program in the next year and the achievement of a common perception to create goals and face many obstacles together towards the success of the program."
