"Menurut hukum perbankan Indonesia, bank mempunyai kewajiban untuk menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian dalam menjalankan setiap kegiatan usahanya, termasuk dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya untuk memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen dengan syarat dan ketentuan Letter of Credit (L/C) sebelum melakukan pembayaran. Namun dalam Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit (UCP), terdapat ketentuan yang memuat mengenai hal-hal yang dibebaskan dari tanggung jawab bank dalam transaksi L/C. Skripsi ini akan memfokuskan penelitian pada kewajiban bank untuk menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian perbankan dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya menurut hukum perbankan Indonesia, dihadapkan dengan adanya ketentuan pembebasan tanggung jawab bank dalam transaksi L/C yang diatur dalam UCP. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun menurut hukum perbankan Indonesia bank wajib untuk menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian perbankan dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, namun terdapat beberapa ketentuan dalam UCP yang memuat mengenai hal-hal yang dapat membebaskan bank dari tanggung jawab hukum dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya untuk memeriksa dokumen dalam transaksi L/C. Dimana bank dibebaskan dari tanggung jawab atas hal-hal terkait efektifitas dokumen, yaitu, ketepatan, keaslian, kepalsuan atau akibat hukum dari setiap dokumen serta kesalahan penerjemahan.

According to Indonesia's banking rules, bank has the obligation to imply prudential banking principle in doing its business, including in doing its obligation to examine whether the presented documents are complied with the terms and condition of Letter of Credit (L/C), before honoring the presentation. However in Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit (UCP), there are disclaimer clauses that regulates about the things that have been exempted from bank's responsibility in L/C transaction. This thesis will mainly focus on bank's obligation to imply prudential banking principle in doing its business according to Indonesia?s banking rules, when it is faced with the existence of disclaimer clauses in L/C transaction which regulated in UCP. By using legal normative method, this study concluded that even though according to Indonesia?s banking rules bank has every obligation to imply prudential banking principle in doing its business, there are some things that have been exempted from bank?s responsibility according to UCP, that can release bank from legal responsibility regarding its obligation to examine the presentation of documents in L/C transaction. Where bank assumes no liability of effectiveness of the documents, including form, accuracy, genuineness, falsification or legal effect of any document, and mislead of translation.

"[ABSTRAK
Latar belakang: Metode PCR rutin untuk mendeteksi mutasi pada thalassemia α seperti PCR multi kompleks dan restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) membutuhkan proses yang lama dan reagen yang banyak serta biaya yang besar. Saat ini telah dikembangkan metode baru yaitu tes strip (α-globin strip assay), yang dapat mendeteksi 21 macam mutasi gen globin -α secara simultan dalam satu paket reaksi dan hanya membutuhkan DNA dalam jumlah sedikit.
Tujuan : Mengetahui nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas metode α-globin strip assay dalam mendeteksi mutasi thalassemia-α.
Metode penelitian: Penelitian merupakan uji diagnostik yang dilakukan dengan metode belah lintang yang membandingkan pemeriksaan α -globin strip assay dan PCR rutin dalam mendeteksi mutasi gen pada thalassemia α. Pada tahap I disertakan 17 pasien yang berobat ke pusat thalassemia di RSCM dan Lembaga Biomolekular Eijkman Jakarta pada bulan Oktober 2014 sampai Maret 2015, kemudian tahap II disertakan 18 anggota keluarga inti subjek pada tahap I. Pada semua subjek dilakukan pemeriksaan hematologi termasuk indeks eritrosit, morfologi darah tepi, analisis Hb, PCR rutin dan α -globin strip assay.
Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan: Ditemukan tujuh jenis mutasi yang terdiri dari: 1) delesi 1 gen 3,7kb; 2) non delesi Cd59; 3) non delesi HbCS; 4) delesi 2 gen SEA; 5) mutasi campuran 3,7kb/Cd59 ; 6) mutasi campuran Cd59/HbCS; 7) mutasi campuran SEA/HbCS. Metode α-globin strip assay memiliki nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas sebesar 100%.
Kesimpulan : Metode α-globin strip assay akurat mendeteksi mutasi thalassemia-α dengan tingkat sensitivitas dan spesifisitas sebesar 100%.

Background : Routine PCR methods in detecting mutations that occur in α thalassemia such as multi-complex single tube PCR and PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) require a lengthy process and utilize large amount of reagents and are costly. α-globin strip assay is a new method in detecting α thalassemia related mutations that is able to detect 21 types of globin-α mutations simultaneously in a single reaction and requires only small amount of DNA.
Objective: To determine the sensitivity and specificity of α-globin strip assay compared to routine PCR in detecting α thalassemia associated mutations.
Methods: A cross sectional diagnostic study was performed comparing α-globin strip assay and routine PCR in detecting mutations related to α thalassemia. Phase I of the study includes 17 patients treated for α thalassemia at RSCM and Biomolecular Eijkman Institute between October 2014 and March 2015, phase II includes 18 close relatives of patients recruited in phase I. All subjects underwent hematological examination including erythrocyte indices, peripheral blood morphology, Hb analysis, routine PCR and α ?globin strip assay.
Results: Seven kind of mutations were identified including 1) deletion of one gene 3,7 kb; 2) non-deletion of CD59; 3) non deletion of HbCS; 4) deletion of two genes SEA; 5) mixed mutation of 3,7kb/CD59; 6) mixed mutation of CD59/HbCS; 7) mixed mutation of SEA/HbCS. α-globin strip assay has sensitivity and specificity of 100%.

"Komunikasi merupakan bagian dari langkah strategis manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan yaitu sebagai alat untuk mengarahkan tujuan organisasi kepada internal organisasi maupun eksternal.
Tesis ini membahas mengenai komunikasi internal yang merupakan bagian untuk membangun budaya organisasi dalam mewujudkan employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kasus.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki peran penting dalam membangun budaya organisasi melalui visi dan misi organisasi, strategic direction, sharing values dan empowerment di dalam organisasi. Jika komunikasi internal dapat mengkomunikasikan itu maka karyawan akan memiliki panutan yang baik dan terbentuk budaya organisasi sehingga pada akhirnya akan mewujudkan engagement dalam diri karyawan organisasi.

Employee engagement is success if the company could implement the internal communicationto build the corporate culture in the organization with share values between member of organization. Failure in implementing internal communications will affected to employee engagement in organizations.
This research is focusing internal communications process are happened in PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia and how it can affected to build organization culture and employee engagement. This research using qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection with observation and deep interview.
The result is company is not success to implement internal communications which mean the failure of internal communications is failed to build organization culture and employee engagement.

"ABSTRAK
Keyword adalah salah satu cara yang saat ini menjadi tren dalam kegiatan digital marketing dalam media Instagram yang dilakukan oleh para online shop. Pilihan kata atau keyword yang mereka gunakan adalah nama akun Instagram yang memiliki banyak followers yaitu akun @dagelan. Dagelan adalah sebuah akun Instagram yang menyajikan humor di dalamnya serta diklaim sebagai akun yang memiliki jumlah followers terbanyak di Indonesia sehingga dianggap efektif jika digunakan sebagai kata kunci untuk menarik konsumen. Banyak online shop menggunakan kata dagelan dalam profile Instagram mereka dan dan ketika seseorang mencari akun @dagelan dalam kolom search di Instagram, online shop tersebut akan ikut muncul. Ini merupakan sebuah cara baru dalam dunia digital marketing dengan media Instagram. Sebenarnya cara ini merupakan pengaplikasian teori komunikasi intrapersonal dan digunakan juga oleh mesin pencari Google dengan nama Google AdWords. Namun, Instagram memiliki cara yang lebih sederhana dan sangat mudah jika di bandingkan dengan Google AdWords.

ABSTRACT
Keyword are one of the ways that is currently the trend in digital marketing activities in the media, especially Instagram by the online shop. Choice of words or keyword that they use is the Instagram account name that has a lot of followers that dagelan account. Dagelan is an Instagram account that presents the humor in it and claimed to be an account that has the largest number of followers in Indonesia so it is considered effective if used as keyword to attract consumers. Many online shops use the word of dagelan in their Instagram profile and and when someone is looking for @dagelan in the search field on Instargam, the online shop will also appear.This is a new way in the world of digital media marketing with Instagram. Actually it is an application of intrapersonal communication theory and is used also by the Google search engine as Google AdWords. However, Instagram has a more simple way and very easy when compared with Google AdWords.

"Coronavirus yaitu kelompok virus yang menginfeksi sistem pernapasan yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi pernapasan ringan maupun berat. Salah satu virus yang termasuk ke dalam coronavirus adalah SARS-CoV-2. Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 disebut COVID-19. COVID-19 pertama kali terdeteksi pada tahun 2019 di Wuhan, China. Penyebaran COVID-19 sangat cepat dengan tingkat kematian yang tinggi terus terjadi di berbagai negara sehingga penyakit ini berstatus pandemi. Skripsi ini menyelesaikan masalah klasifikasi virus SARS-CoV-2 dengan menggunakan data sekuens protein coronavirus. Seleksi fitur pada data sekuens protein coronavirus menggunakan metode seleksi fitur Random Forest-Recurisive Feature Elimination (RF-RFE). Setelah dilakukan seleksi fitur, dilakukan klasifikasi menggunakan pendekatan machine learning dengan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machine (PSO-SVM). Hasil terbaik performa rata-rata akurasi, spesifisitas, dan sensitivitas untuk metode SVM berturut-turut adalah 93,43%, 98,06%, dan 88,84% pada data pelatihan sebesar 80%. Untuk metode PSO-SVM, hasil terbaik rata-rata akurasi dan spesifisitas adalah 98,48% dan 98,57% pada data pelatihan sebesar 80%, sedangkan hasil terbaik rata-rata sensitivitas adalah 98,96% pada data pelatihan sebesar 90%. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode PSO-SVM menghasilkan performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode SVM.

Coronaviruses are a group of viruses that infect the respiratory system that can cause mild or severe respiratory infections. One of the viruses that belongs to the coronavirus is SARS-CoV-2. The disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is called COVID-19. COVID-19 was first detected in 2019 in Wuhan, China. The spread of COVID-19 is very fast with a high mortality rate that continues to occur in various countries so that this disease has a pandemic status. This thesis solves the problem of classifying the SARS-CoV-2 virus using coronavirus protein sequence data. Feature selection on coronavirus protein sequence data used the Random Forest-Recursive Feature Elimination (RF-RFE) feature selection method. After feature selection, classification is carried out using a machine learning approach with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Particle Swarm Optimization-Support Vector Machine (PSO-SVM) methods. The best results of the average performance of accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity for the SVM method are 93.43%, 98.06%, and 88.84%, respectively, for training data of 80%. For the PSO-SVM method, the best results on average accuracy and specificity are 98.48% and 98.57% on training data of 80%, while the best results on average sensitivity are 98.96% on training data of 90%. Therefore, in this study it can be concluded that the PSO-SVM method produces better performance than the SVM method."
