"ABSTRAKTugas akhir ini hanya membahas sebatas kasus sengketa transfer pricing PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia untuk tahun pajak 2007. Penulis membahas sebatas penyebab-penyebab apa yang membuat PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia terkena kasus sengeketa transfer pricing. Setelah penulis meneliti lebih jauh, penyebab-penyebab yang membuat PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia terkena kasus ini dikarenakan menurut Direktorat Jenderal Pajak terdapat transaksi yang tidak sesuai kelaziman di penjualan ekspor, penjualan lokal, dan biaya royalty. Tujuan penulisan ini juga untuk melihat apa yang telah dilakukan oleh PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing hingga dia mendapatkan sengketa transfer pricing. Selain itu untuk melihat bagaimana DJP, dan Mejelis Hakim dalam menangani kasus ini.
